It's supposed to be a cheese gordita crunch.

Today I ordered two cheese gordita crunch and I got a small flour tortilla inside a big flour tortilla with sour cream. And other one was a gordita crunch with almost nothing in it. They ruined my dinner, I am too tired to go change it.

The staff was extremely rude and it wasn't a busy day either. They got my order wrong I said three soft tacos no lettuce so why would they give me surpreme tacos with no lettuce.. I wanted they were extremely poorly put together. I'm not going to this Taco Bell again. And they still put lettuce on some of the tacos like come on..

They didn't hydrate their beef in the beefy burrito. It's dry and crumbly with no flavor. Feels like sand in the mouth.

We got the Taco & Burrito Cravings Pack... The beef in the Burrito was not hydrated. It was dry and crumbly, no flavor and very gritty.

Oops there goes my bottom, this happened to all of them.

Ordered $50 worth of tacos with 2 burritos and an order of nachos. For a taco place they certainly don't know how to assemble tacos. Had paper folded inside four of them and paper with holes from the water? In about 8 of them. Had the doritos nacho hard shell tacos and they literally crumbled into salad.

I'm not sure there is more than 1 employee.

Back again for our 2nd anniversary weekend. Came by last year for the first time ever, on a whim,…read moreand instantly named this our favorite spot in Geneva or anywhere else in the FLX area. And for the 2nd time (well, 4th technically - we came back multiple times over each weekend), we had a terrific experience. The staff are SUPER nice here. This time 'round we had Ellie as our server, who gave us great suggestions on the specials and main menu items - and also Justin when we sat at the bar on another evening (super talented drink mixologist). They're just really great at making you feel welcome, you're taken care of every step of the way. The food comes out quick, you have just enough time to relax and chat between dishes but we've never felt like we had to wait long - despite how packed the place always gets (popular spot, for sure). But yeah aside from the terrific service, the main reason we keep coming back is the quality of the dishes they consistently put out there. This trip we got to try the "Friendship Fries" as a moderately spicy, super flavorful appetizer, and then we split a whole branzino in a delicious horseradish sauce. And because we heard great things about their burgers, we came back just now for another dinner and split one of those too - predictably great, barely any condiments needed really. Juicy, well-cooked and tasty as heck. They have a super extensive wine selection from FLX, France, Italy and all across the U.S., but we tend to order from their cocktail menu - just tried the "Ship of Theseus" today. Unique flavor and delightful to sip on. We kinda wanna find another spot in Geneva just so we don't get overly attached, and end up spending most dinners here from now on, whenever we're in town. But so far nothing else has really come close.

5 stars for the service, 3 stars for the food…read more We visited for dinner on a Sunday evening and, thanks to our reservation, were seated right away despite the restaurant being quite busy. The service was excellent. Our waitress was friendly, polite, and attentive throughout the meal, making the experience enjoyable. The food was good, though it wasn't particularly memorable or outstanding. We both love poutine. The fries was good but the gravy was a bit too salty and it definitely need more cheese curds. Overall, it's a great spot for dinner with friends or family, especially if you're in the area and looking for a pleasant dining experience.

Massive fan of the Belhurst Castle in general, a must-visit stop for us whenever we're remotely…read morenear the FLX area. And Stonecutter's Tavern is a neat fixture in an already-fun, gorgeous spot. Once you've visited the Winery, toured the lawns in front of the castle, and maybe stopped by Edgar's (the last of which I'm kinda ambivalent about, truth be told - nice staff there but the food's nothing spectacular), I highly recommend stopping here at Stonecutter's for a good, simple meal. They have a bar area that you can order their signature Wine & Ciders at (along with just about any other drink you can think of), and you're allowed to take those drinks right outside to the Fire Pit they turn on during the evenings (you can even see the stars as you lounge outside, really amazing little spot). Beyond that though, it's a regular, casual dining spot. My wife and I have tried several menu items over the last couple of years, and our recent meal of Chili + Fries next to a very tasty grilled corned beef sandwich with sauerkraut & melted Swiss cheese was perfect for a no-fuss lunch together. Staff are super accommodating and polite, day or night. We actually showed up just after closing on Sunday night, but they still fixed us up with a couple of drinks so we could go outside and sip by the fireplace. Definitely recommend a pitstop here for anyone touring the Seneca Lake wineries or anything along those lines.

I'm not exaggerating when I say this was the worst service of our lives. It started out really…read moregreat in the gift shop by the wine bar where we had a lovely time sampling beer and wine and cheese. Zero complaints with that bar. However, after waiting 30 minutes for a table in Stonecutters we finally got a call and headed to get a table. When we got to the hostess stand there was no one there for at least 10 minutes while we waited again. As we waited at least three parties queued up behind us. When the hostess (with a very bad attitude) finally reappeared she pointed at a table and told us to go sit down with no menus. I had a feeling right then we were in for trouble but my husband was just happy to be out of the house. So we sat, and sat, and sat, and finally she brought menus. Then we sat and sat and sat again waiting for a waiter who showed up about 20 minutes after we were seated. We were ready to order but he just wanted drink orders. He wrote nothing down and remembered even less. Then he brought us a lemonade which neither of us ordered. The weed gummies must be good in this part of the country. We ordered drinks and soups. The soups didn't show up until dessert time. Waiters who write nothing down should be jailed or flogged. We're undecided which. I ordered a turkey panini that allegedly had cranberries on it. My husband had a patty melt. I ordered a salad on the side. I got fries instead. We waited forever for the main courses and when they finally arrived there was no ketchup or mustard. We asked for it but it never showed up. My turkey panini was bland as hell with no discernible cranberries anywhere. And the fries I didn't order were gross and soggy. But I didn't dare ask for a salad knowing I wasn't going to get it. We are currently driving home wishing we had gone to Applebees or Denny's instead. The waiter was pleasant but totally unaware of how slow and frustrating he was. WRITE SHIT DOWN. And move like you have rent to pay please. Even still he had the confidence to ask for a tip. Good for him. It was a bold move after having to apologize every time he approached the table. My husband tips everybody way too much all the time. But this time he looked this guy dead in the eyes and said "10%" with no hesitation. I've never been more in love. If you want to witness the worst service and mid food in the country, definitely go here.
