I don't really leave reviews, especially for fast food chains. However, the food I got from this location today was the absolute best food I have gotten from Taco Bell probably since I was a kid. I got a bean burrito, which was HOT, they gave me a ton of sour cream which I added on (THANK YOU for not just giving a lame dollop and calling it good), the onions were fresh, cheese was melty, and the refried beans were hot and RUNNY (which i'd argue is the entire reason for getting a Taco Bell bean burrito). The Nacho fries I got were so warm and delicious, and the nacho cheese was also HOT (in a great way, I hate when the cheese is lukewarm). Today i went to that Taco Bell with a friend during our school lunch. We went with basically 40 minutes to spare. We order 2 medium baja blasts and 2 crunch wraps. Once we finally got to the window I paid $20 for my full meal. We got the baja blasts after a waiting forever at the window and we were crunching on time by then so we waited and waited for the dam crunch wraps. The employees were just standing around talking doing jack shit because i know it doesn't take 25 minutes to heat up 2 crunch wraps. Once they finally gave us our drinks we waited but then had to leave because THE EMPLOYEES WAS TAKING FUCKING FOREVER. It wasnt even peak hour idk what the employees were doing. We had a 5 star experience (as compared to other fast food) at this Blue Ravine Taco Bell. The employees were friendly so they really do hire friendly people as their signs say. The large dining area was clean, the soda machine was working and the napkins were filled. The orders were fulfilled correctly. The food was tasty. The LUX box was a new try and had some surprisingly good items. The cheese dip was very good. The price tag for items was good. The only downside was the Chulupa shell was stale & not great. As for other items...The hard tacos were good tasting as was the bean & cheese burrito. They had sauce packets & straws behind the counter but easily obtained from a nice worker. Ordered through the app for pick up. That part was easy. It took forever after arriving, for the food to be made despite being 1 of 2 people inside and the drive through line only having 2 cars. No one greeted or acknowledged me when I walked in or after I was standing around for a while. Over the years I have had some awful experience with other locations (most noteably the Cameron Park location where I ordered tacos without cheese or sour cream and recieved a shell filled with just cheese, why?), but this location I have never had any problems with. I took one bite and wanted to throw up after a long piece of hair came out... The other quesadillas (I ordered 6 all together) were undercooked. The cheese in them was not melted at all... I feel so bad for the workers here at night. I came here the other night and the line was extremely long and slow. At first, I was irritated because of the wait. But when I got to the window, it was only two people working the entire restaurant! One taking orders and only one person making food. And they were both very young! I felt so bad for them. This is truly the worst Taco Bell I've ever been to. They used to be decent. I'm not sure if they had a change in ownership or management, but they simply don't care about customer service at all. It took 35 minutes to get an order that was placed online with no one in the drive-through. Only people waiting in the restaurant. I recently ordered something from DoorDash for the first and last time and it took almost 2 hours to be delivered less than 2 miles away.
