One of the worst Subway I have visited. My order was supposed to be ready at 1.45PM with a 17 minute lead time. When I reached on time, they hadnt even started making it. Same thing happened to another person. But that is no really the issue. After I got there, the person started making the sub. The whole area with the food bins just didn't look clean. And the person making it was so slow. They were out of multiple things - the person asking another one to restock things in the middle of prep. They just need to be better organized. The final straw that took down the ratings was the knife that she used to cut the sub and push the items inside it to make it easier to pack - it was full of goop from previous subs - how hard is it to clean the knife before using it on next sub. Then finally, they were out of napkins and then I had to wait for that. Lack of cleanliness, not being organized and not following good practices does it for me - not visiting this particular unit again. read more

I walked in at noon. I was the only customer and two more walked in behind me. The lettuce was extremely brown so I asked the employee if they had fresh lettuce. He grunted. I ordered a sandwich. He put the meat on the bread. He asked me what produce I wanted. Again I asked him for different lettuce. He gave me a stunned look. I said the lettuce is very brown he said well.... I don't like to complain about Subway because I eat there often, but this particular location did not make a good sandwich for me. Either the girl wasn't trained correctly or she just doesn't like her job. I ordered a foot-long #30, (the beast). It's supposed to have a half pound of meat on it. I was lucky if I got 4 ounces of meat total and she spread the meat very thin across the sandwich. I used to own a sandwich shop and I know what 8 ounces of meat is. I was very disappointed and I will not be going back to that location ever again. Love this place! I work in the same plaza and while I'm not too crazy of chain sandwich places this place has my heart. The service is top of the line. The manager is super friendly along with his support staff. The environment is super clean including the bathrooms and they even have a clean outdoor seating option if you're interested in soaking up the sun! My only only critic would be that I would like to see the coolers more filled up with soda/juice products or it just taken out all together since they have a fountain machine. But, that's only because I'm an energy saving guru. Anyhow, try this place out. I'm sure your experience would match mine and if not give them the opportunity to make it right read more

cruised in for a turkey sandwich to go, 12;15, prime lunch time. empty except for one table. owner making sandwiches, only guy visible. asked for italian cheese bread, got a plain roll that seemed like yesterday's. Decided to try this one in Folsom on my way home from work, and was very pleased. The employee Dylan was very helpful and had a great customer service. My sandwich and was phenomenal as well. I ordered from here on door dash. The food arrived and the sight of it made my jaw drop. It was like the bottle of Mayo exploded on the sandwich. (See picture). So I called them to see if I could just swing by and have them remake it. That's why they get two stars instead of one, at least they were willing to attempt to correct it. When I got there, the bins were so ran through. Every bin had multiple ingredients from different bins that had dropped in and they never bothers to pick out. The lettuce was brown and filled with fallen onions, peppers, pickles, olives. The spinach appeared to be about 1 day expired as it was wilted and some leaves were mush. Everyone has their own preference for tuna preparation, but I could barely tell theirs was tuna because so much Mayo was mixed in and it was spilling over the container. My restaurant experience was terrible. I understand employees who are busy and get a lot of customers, not really their fault, sometimes you have to wait. But, I did an online order for pick up and was shown that it was ready for pickup. However when I got to the restaurant only one employee working, order not ready, 3 people in line, three more came in and walked out. Waited 20 minutes, order not correct, and I had pre-tipped $3.50. Every single time I have ordered from this subway, they have messed up my order in both the items included and the quantity of items. Even when specifically asked if an item was included on my sandwich, they preceded to say "yes of course" only to find out when I got home that they were missing more than just that item. On top of this, we arrived at least 10 minutes before closing and while the open sign was still lit, the doors were locked and we were not permitted in. I could even see the worker making his own sandwich whilst keeping his head down, pretending we don't exist. I downloaded this app just to warn y'all about this place. PLEASE NEVER GO TO THIS SUBWAY. I revisited my old haunt today. I must say I was quite concerned and disparaged with the quality of the establishment and the lack of positive ambiance that persisted through the grand halls of Subway Sandwiches. No longer were the employees grinning with joy, instead they appeared downtrodden and were almost crying out in pain. I asked the counter attendant who normally wore a tux, but on that day was simply wearing business casual, why the others were so morose. Perchance. He regaled me of an epic battle between the forces of light and dark that had unfortunately ravaged this once great resteráùnt. The Despicable Jared from Subway had broken free from his chains and had waged an all out war on the artísts of sandwíchery. In an ultimate self sacrifice, the leaders of Subway sacrificed themselves in a Sandwichgeddon and bound Jared to the horrific realm of KFCopolis. However, perchance, having used the last of their power, the great Sandwich Lords of Subway perished valiantly. I placed an online order for two sandwiches and one pizza and when I arrive to pick up my order they were still working on the pizza and let me know that their location and or all subway is no longer carry the pizza so it was weird that the website allowed it but they were still doing their best to make sure my order was complete. This review will have to do for all Subway's that I have visited. They are always clean, the employees are always friendly and it is always cheap. I found myself at this Subway probably once a month for whatever the reason and tonight was no different as the mrs. Was in Vegas and I forgot to go shopping. Me and the little lady stopped in and the 4.99 kids deal are a great value as she got not only a sandwich, apples and milk but also a cool little bag with characters from the movie "Inside/Out". I always order the B.M.T which is their version of pepperoni, salami and ham on sourdough. The meats are a little bland but it is filling and cheap. read more

I've been to this location many times. The food is good...fresh...standard subway franchise. I won't be here again though. My son and I walked in on may first, 2014 to find the manager loudly scolding one of his employees, in front of her co-workers, and, as we were now there, in front of customers, as well. He did not stop when we entered, and when he walked out, she was nearly in tears. It was horrible. There is no excuse for speaking to her as he did, and my son was deeply affected by it. I told him that the way this man treated her was not okay, and that I felt we should not go back there. He agreed. He is ten, and he knows more than this manager about human kindness. read more

This Subway location is in the Parkway Plaza in Folsom at the corner of Blue Ravine and East Natoma St nestled between the Parkway and Empire Ranch. On each side the tiny stores are empty but don't let that stop you. There is room to eat inside albeit small room. There are 4-5 tables but it gets the job done and the atmosphere is casual. This location is pretty clean and rarely super busy so you can get in and get your eats fast. Take out and dine in available. The $5 footling promotion makes 12 inch sandwiches more wallet friendly but there are plenty of choices big and small. Parking is easy and right out front. This location is near the fields at Brigg's Ranch in case you are hungry while playing soccer. The staff are friendly. If you are in Folsom and need a quick sandwich this place has it. read more

We had the worst experience at this location today. We were the only ones in there and somehow they messed up 3 of the 4 sandwiches. They dropped the mayo on the floor, got bread out when they messed up one of the sandwiches . With two people making sandwiches it was a completed disaster. read more

OK, this review is for this specific location, not Subway restaurants in general. I've found most Subways to have listless employees who don't have a clue overlorded by penny-pinching owners. How can you screw up making a simple sandwich? Anyway, that is not to be found at this place. I've met the owner on numerous occasions and he is in there making sandwiches right along with everyone else. He also hires some fairly good people, which is especially evident in the mornings and lunch rush. For the most part, the people are helpful, friendly, and competent at what they do. I've discovered that while I don't necessarily enjoy going to *any* Subway, I do particularly like going here. This isn't fine dining, but if you would like a Subway sandwich, skip the bad atmosphere and come here for it. You won't regret it. read more
