6/12/26 Haven't been to Chick-fil-A in a hot minute so drove by this location yesterday and they've made quite a bit of remodeling improvements! Drive up space is now covered and drive up window is now a walk thru more personalized door where they come out and greet you with service! Food is as expected, and my son loves the new beverages. We were asked to pull over to the left as our order wasn't quite done but it was a quick wait and under a nice big cover so we were not baking in the sun! Love the new remodel! read more

OMG!!!! Sara back at it again. After the construction this placed didn't change but I still love it. I don't really understand why the drive through must go through the walking entrance for the customers but it's totally fine. Since Chick-fil-A has been here, I only went once back in 2017 (?) taking a HS teen who HAD TO HAVE ! So, today I went for my 2nd time ( and, Last ). I ordered the Pimento Chicken sandwich, but received something different ( just spicy chicken ). I am just NOT a FAN of the food, and that's OK! HOWEVER, what I AM A FAN OF is the teens and people who work there. Every once in a while we pop into Chick-fil-A...after a baseball tournament or on a road trip. This time I wondered why we don't visit more often. The service is excellent and cheerful (a rarity these days), the food is tasty, fresh and comes out quickly, the restaurant itself is extraordinarily clean even when crowded We sat outside on a warm day, but an employee checked on us a couple of times and asked if she could find us an inside table. It's been a while since I've been to chick fil a and was craving their spicy deluxe meal. Food tasted amazing, but for the next three days I was dealing with stomach issues and had bad bowel movements. It was only after I ate at this chick fil a that I wasn't feeling well. Chick-fil-A. Even though my first choice of fast food would be a hamburger over chicken, I do crave a chicken sando every once in a while. When that hits, I go to this CFA. Staff is awesome. The interior is kept clean. The drive thru is relatively quick. Food is served hot. My faves are the chicken sando, chicken nuggets, chicken strips, and kale salad. For folks unfamiliar with the menu, the chicken sando comes basic with breaded fried chicken boneless breast and pickle slices. Toppings are extra. Cheese slice $.40, tomato $.30, and lettuce $.20. The chicken taste and looks like chicken. Simple concept but not widely practiced in the fast food world. The boneless chicken breast is juicy and is a substantial size. Plus I sure do enjoy their kale salad. I don't usually like kale salads but sure dig theirs. It doesn't have the earthy bitter kale taste. And get this, the chick-fil-A sauce doesn't have HFCS. Luv that weirdly colored orange sauce. All in moderation. read more

Happy to say they are back open! Both the service and food are still amazing. The remodel made a big difference.

Let's start with the parking lot....you can't park to dine in without playing bumper cars with the drive through traffic. Poor parking lot design. Then in side. Everything is miniature. Bathrooms are two tiny stalls with no waiting room inside the bathroom without getting hit by a stall door. The kids play area takes up 1/3 of the in door dining area and on a hot Tuesday at noon the whole place was packed with weary mom's and loads of kids. No tables available to sit and eat. Outside dining consists of 3 tables in the scorching sun -- two of which were being used by Chick fil A Managers to orientate new staff - who does orientation during the lunch rush? Now the food -- I ordered the 12 piece nuggets with fries. 12 tiny little breaded nuggets comes in a box the same size as 6 nuggets from any other fast food place. Granted they are chicken breast, but these were greasy, soggy -- like the fryer oil couldn't stay hot to get them crispy. And salted to high heaven -- completely inedible. Oh and fries -- 5 waffle fries. Why bother. Would have asked for a $16 refund but die hard Chick fil A foodies and exhausted mom with kids made it impossible to get back to the front counter. Usually I like this Chick-Fil-A location but I had an experience that kind of surprised me. I went up to the check out counter to pick up my order, the employees seemed busy so I waited patiently. Yet after a few minutes, no one asked how they could help me. I had multiple employees make eye contact with me and did not ask if I needed help. Including multiple managers who looked at me but did not speak to me. It was to the point where an employee asked if they could assist the couple next to me yet I was completely ignored. It took me grabbing the attention of an employee to get my order. I understand things can get busy at fast food locations but customer service is the back bone of Chick-Fil-A. Pleasant experience. First time at this location, ordered the grilled chicken in a deluxe version with tomato lettuce pickle pepper, jack cheese, regular bread and fries with a sweet tea, friendly service clean inside plenty of seating. Food was good but for some reason relatively warm. I could've asked for piping hot fries but that's fine. Overall good experience. read more

Regarding "fast food," the order is usually right. It's the sauces that's the issue. When ordering for delivery or pickup, the sauces are completely missing ~50% of the time, and at least one or two types of sauce are missing ~90% of the time. Also, the Doordash "customer notes" are often completely ignored. At first I figured this is normal, Doordash notes are just a placeholder, but apparently they are actually meant to be read. This is the first time I've been to a Chick-fil-A with less than stellar service! The cashier seemed so bothered and annoyed by me for no reason at all, like she wanted to be anywhere but there. She probably would've been normal level service at another fast food place but I guess I just have higher standards here at Chick-fil-A. Another lady who brought our food was very nice though and on brand, I think she was the manager. I don't know what's going on at the Folsom Chick-fil-A, but it is not giving the usual Chick-fil-A vibe. The front counter staff were super rude--like, no smile, no "my pleasure," nothing. Just cold energy like I was bothering them by existing. The bathrooms are so tiny, you literally can't even stand inside the bathroom to wait for the two tiny stalls without getting hit by the door. It's awkward and cramped and honestly kinda gross feeling. And don't even get me started on the parking lot. They've basically turned the whole thing into one giant drive-through, and it's completely confusing. You can't even park normally or figure out how to get inside without dodging cones and cars. Total chaos. Oh, and the chicken nuggets? I kid you not--they're the size of a quarter. Maybe smaller. For the price? Absolutely not worth it. I felt ripped off and still hungry. It's just not it. Amazing place for some high quality fast food. Service is always 20/10. Brielle helped us out throughout our meal, and even filled my beverage without having to ask myself. These employees truly care about their job and show it! Extremely clean bathroom which is a plus. Playground inside and many kids actively using it. ever since the remodel the orders have been incorrect, I have been 3 times, one time there was a missing sandwich when I got home so I had to make something else for myself, the other 2 times the order was completely wrong. Ordered grilled chicken and got fried spicy chicken, the other I received the wrong type of salad. The ethics of this establishment and its ownership is the antithesis of what you'd expect from Chick-fil-A.. I admit to coming here at least once a week. Great tasting sandwiches that are fresh! Never had a bad meal here. Most importantly, the service here is always spot on. Employees are consistently friendly and respectful, regardless if I'm eating in or picking up through the drive through. You don't find great service like this very often in today's world. My only negative is the locations design. During its prime hours at lunch/dinner, it is a headache to get in and out. Cars in line for the drive thru wraps all the way around the lot to the main road. There's only 1 entrance to the main parking lot and front door and it's almost impossible to cut around the drive thru line. You'll have to park in the Home Depot lot and walk over, avoiding cars driving on the wrong side of the road to cut around the line. *PLEASE. Employees taking orders from the drive thru line need to have the cars in front of them move up before taking orders. There's often 20+ feet in front of them open from the line moving up. In N Out manages the traffic much better. Additionally, during COVID, mobile orders and delivery drivers could pick up orders in specific spots. I really wish they would bring this back. It was very convenient and saved time from finding a parking spot or waiting in the drive thru line. It kind of pointless to order on the app if you still have to park and walk inside. Curb side like other Chick Fil A's is the way to go. Other than that, I love the food and workers here. Just wish the drive thru could be reworked. read more

Every Chickfila I have been to, I have encountered the most friendly people versus many other fast food chains, the employees seem to hate their job. The employees at this location bring such great energy and joy to their job and it is contagious. They ask about your day while still being very effective and quick with getting the order through. The food is consistently good and service (though the drive thru line may be long) is fast. This particular location is great with trying to reach out to their community by having fun weekly giveaways on their facebook and golden ticket days. read more
