First time here though I've wanted to try for some time now. I like the corner space the have in the pilladio that allows for indoor and outdoor seating with a roll up door in between that gives the inside some welcomed fresh air. They have kiosks you can order from. I ordered the spicy burger and hubby ordered the double cheeseburger. We got a soda regular fries and tried the cookie. The burgers were so juicy and flavorful, the bun was a good quality bun. Ingredients tasted and appeared very fresh. THe jalapeños were sliced raw peppers and we so good on it. Hubby enjoyed his double cheeseburger too. They have condiment packets w mayo ketchup and mustard available, but you honestly don't need it at all because the burgers are tasty the way they are! The pickle on the side was delightful, super crunchy and flavorful. The fries had some sort of green seasoning on it, may have been finely chopped dill or parsley I'm not sure but worked well on the fries. The potion was a pleasant surprise too! We shared one and it was plenty for us. The sodas are natural sodas w real sugar! Big plus in my book! I'm not a soda drinker but when I splurge, it's nice to have this available. The ginger beer soda has a strong ginger flavor that I thoroughly enjoyed but hubby didn't care for. The root beer soda was also very tasty. The double chocolate cookie was cooked to perfection and the chocolate pieces were all melted and warm... sooooo good to top off an excellent meal! The spicy burger was 11.99 and the double cheeseburger was 15.99. The fries were 3.99. Pulled up to Melt in the Palladio to meet a friend who works nearby--she sent that "I need food" text and I took it as a mission. Parking here is abundant, which already puts you in a good mood because nothing kills a craving faster than circling a lot like you're in a scavenger hunt. I went with a double spicy mushroom melt lettuce wrap with a fried egg and a mini Mac on the side... yeah I made a decision and stood on it. Crispy, cheesy, a little messy in the best way, and that fried egg just took it to another level. Every bite had me pausing for a second like hold on... let me respect this. We have not been in this area for a while now and we really enjoyed The Melt our first time here. One of the best burgers and melts we have had. We also loved their design, open air entrance providing a lot of refreshing outside air and breeze. The staff again was very helpful and friendly with their service. Als9 offerr8ng free samples of their chocolate chip cookies. The Double Melt was amazing , cooked perfectly, and so filling. The melts both had an awesome amount of cheese and they were sooooo stretchy. Also cooked and prepared well. Came here for a quick bite the other night. Very cool looking place, trendy, and kept very clean. The grilled cheese was actually pretty decent along with the side of a pickle. Kind of wish they offered a little bit more with a combo, like fries or chips. Maybe they did but this is what we grabbed. I also had a side Cobb salad that was OK. Wasn't anything extraordinary, but I think more of their attention goes into their burgers and sandwiches. The meat in the salad was pretty bland nothing worth bragging about. They have a different brand of sodas there and I thought those are OK. I would recommend this place. Located in the Palladio which is always very nice to walk around it. Customer service was good. Went to the aquarium down tjew street and needed something quick before our next animal encounter. We walked in here and were warmly greeted. Lacy helped us out and answered all our questions. There is now a Shake Shack in the Palladio. Forget this place. It was really overpriced assembly type food that is double what you might pay at In and Out and not even half as good as that place. I think its an East Coast thing were people don't know any better. Before every movie we go to The Melt. Its actually the same price as Shake Shack if not cheaper and way way better. First, service is good and food is excellent. Believe it or not the one and only time we went to Shake Shack they were out of avacado's. (Unforgivable especially in California.) They gave me a $15 credit and interestingly enough it was not even half enough to buy me lunch. The Melt has much fresher ingredients and the atmosphere is much better. You can actually sit outside if you want. The Manager Vic came by and asked if everything was to our satisfaction. At Shake Shack we found filthy tables, an assembly line were nobody basically cared and management that was absent as evidence by poor service and cleanliness of the place. Save yourself a few bucks and a much better atmosphere with I think maybe the tastiest burger in our area which is The Melt. read more

I've been here several times since the Yelp event was held here a few years back. The food is consistent and satisfies the craving for a burger. Everything tastes fresh to me and high quality. The burgers are always good. This last time I came here, I ordered a Cesar salad with grilled cheese croutons and a side of Mac and cheese (lent). The food was not bad. I would've preferred a burger, but glad they have non meat options. My sister got the chicken sandwich and my brother in law got the bbq Bacon burger. They both really enjoyed their food as well. We will definitely be back, but probably to the location closer to Sacramento. Great place to enjoy. The food can get heavy though, and not the healthiest. In the warmer season, they also have concerts at this plaza so parking will be difficult Friday evenings. read more

A great place to get a decadent "naughty", cheesy, high quality meal that's not your usual "fast food"! We had the patty melts and shared the garlic Parmesan fries, and the hubs got a vanilla shake. The patty melts were cooked to order and to Our "doneness" as far as meat goes, and the meal was super good! They give you dipping sauces for the fries/patty melt and everything was delicious! Been craving this place for MONTHS and finally took the chance since I was in the area. The first time I tried The Melt was at their location in Danville. Since then I haven't been able to go again. But ever since moving to Sacramento, I was stoked to see one in Folsom! I'm a very basic person when ordering food so I ordered the Three Cheese Melt and a side of Melty Mac. Ordering was easy as they had the online kiosk. I went during lunch on a weekday and there was no line so that was nice. I ordered my food and it came out in 5min! I took my order to go and ate it at home so it kinda cooled down a bit during the drive so I just microwaved it a bit and boom, it was warm and good and of course cheesy again! The cheese kinda tasted like processed cheese and maybe I'm being super biased since I'm more of a homemade Mac and cheese person, made with real grated cheese. So food is alright, place is somewhat cramped, customer service is meh, but they don't seem to accommodate requests like cooking preferences as it pertains to health concerns. I always get a classic melt burger with fries, and it hits the spot each time. It's not like this place is extremely special or doing the most, but I think that's what I like about it. You take your order on your own with one of the tablets, grab a seat, and your order is done pretty fast no matter how busy they are! The service was good. The food is not great. The burger's flavor profile was lacking. Got a patty melt. It was too sweet and no Rey bread, no sour dough breed. I would not recommend this burger. Sweat potato fries again to sweet. They are seasoned with cinnamon sugar. We also got a barbecue burger on a gluten-free bun. Gluten-free bun was OK, the burger just lacked flavor.
