My husband got food poisoning after eating food from this location on Friday night. We will never frequent this location or any Taco Bells for a very long time. read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE!! Will never return... the wait here is not worth the headache. Employees are extremely rude- told us to meet him outside over us complaining about not answering the speaker when we pulled up and waited a mere 15 minutes (my boyfriend is crazy and made me wait this long). Save your money and go else where! read more

Was skeptical to visit here because of all the negative reviews but we had a great experience. The man who greeted us at the window, Terrence, was extremely friendly and polite. We had a fairly large order but it took less than 5 minutes for us to get our food. They didn't miss any items and everything was made correctly. They even threw a bunch of sauce packets into the bag without us asking. Will definitely visit this location again. read more

Been there 3 times and the wait has ALWAYS been long. The floor is also very dirty. Just walking on it your shoes will stick

Bad Service, Food served is not hot here at this tacobell location and the beens were dry. read more

I've been to this Taco Bell so many times, it's close to my house and on my way to work. I've been letting a lot go because of COVID. Never complained when my quesadilla or taco has barley anything in it. Honestly it's a bit or miss, completely depends on the staff running the joint that moment. The young man working the drive through window this morning was very pleasant. I was the first one there, they had opened about 10 minutes before. And let me note that there by no means were a lot of people behind me. Just one other car, the whole time I was there. They asked me to pull up, okay cool, I got my food about 5-10 minutes later, cool. Went home, unpacked my baby and looked in my bag, no chips with my cheese sauce, alright whatever, I'm sure I have some at home to dip. But into my quesadilla, no sauce on it. Tried to call, of course the line is busy, tried again, still busy. Then it occurred to me that their phone was turned off, so they weren't going to answer. No, I'm not going back to the place, I'm not hauling my baby back there when they weren't busy, weren't tired from a long day, no. Just do it right the first time. Note to self, always check everything before you leave. read more

Well that's 30 minutes of my valuable life I'll never get back!! No one has been trained here. No one knows what the difference between and taco and a burrito???? I just don't think they care. I heard some customer say that when the place was closed for remodeling, they should have remodeled the employees as well. Food cold, confuses employees, and they don't really want to serve you Taco Bell. I see this place closing very soon!!! read more

Well they open late, take forever in the drive thru, and the staff is rude. One time I went through the drive thru and paid with my credit card. They gave me back someone else's credit card. There is one drive thru window so I have no idea why that would happen. Sketchy. When I went back into the store to get my card back, the woman working the register had an attitude and told me "well that's the drive thru, so that is not my problem." read more

One of the most disgusting fast food places I have ever eaten at... and that is saying a lot! The wait wasn't terrible but the service was horrendous, their rude and inconsiderate. They get annoyed if you ask for sauce or napkins. The food was by far the worst part. The KFC portion of it is gross, chicken is chewy, fries are old and stale, and the sauce tasted like it was drowning in oil. You will be so annoyed if you waste your money here. Go to a McDonald's, or Wendy's, or chick fil a... anywhere but here. read more

Former employee and customer and I honestly have too say that had too be one of the worst places I've worked and eaten at. The food is never right. The management is VERY rude and poor. They treat there customers and employees bad I would not suggest this place too Any body for a job or a place too eat. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. KFC taco bell of Exton should be ashamed of themselves read more

Great if you're on a diet or not hungry. If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered, paid, and waited 25 minutes. Not the epitome of fast food here. We left after spending $16 and getting nothing but a lobg wait. read more

I say stay away from this place. I went one night about 9:30pm and I order 5 extra Crispy chicken legs and the total was 7.00 something. Well I get to the window and they only have 3 of the 5 legs, I was fine with that told them I would just do the 3 then. So the total was the same for 3 and 5 chicken legs. So I asked," shouldn't the price be different?" And he said no they have no way to ring it up. So I had to pay for 5 chicken: 3 legs and 2 chicken pieces that would not be eaten. Wish I could give zero stars. read more

I didn't want to go here to begin with but my friend insisted that we try the $5 chalupa box. She claimed it was the best deal ever. So against my better judgment, we went anyway and before we even went in I was cringing because the last couple times I'd been there, it was absolutely disgusting inside. Like... they'd NEVER seen a broom or heard of a mop before. I was always concerned with the fact that it WASN'T shut down by the health department because it was THAT bad. When we entered, I was pleasantly surprised to see it had been updated. I would never describe it as "clean", but progress was certainly made. We stood at the counter as literally 4 workers walked by us and didn't greet us. We literally had to stare in the girl's soul for her to finally approach us. And to be honest, she was basically the only one worth having on staff because no one else seemed to really be doing anything at all. So we get our food and we pick the least dirty table because God forbid you just sit down at one that's already cleaned. I open my Chalupa and I kid you not, it was like a waffle that was cooked the day prior, thrown back in the freezer, then microwaved the next day. So rubbery, I couldn't even stomach it. And cold, of course. Not to mention the fact that they put so much lettuce you would've thought I asked for a triple serving of it. I did not finish it. Moved on to the soft taco... cold again! The cheese wasn't even the slightest bit melted. Next, the burrito... literally SO nasty. Not sure why it's called a 'beefy' burrito when really it should be called a 'beany' burrito because that's truly all it was. And once again... cold. The best part of the meal were my veggie straws-- oops! I meant my cinnamon twists that literally had no cinnamon on them so basically were veggie straws! While we were eating the employees were all yelling and told a man to hurry up and get his food before it gets cold. I honestly had to laugh because they knew damn well it was already cold! And while we were eating, one of the employees started cleaning the tables and SLAMMING the seats into them so hard... that's a little rude when I'm trying to innocently eat my rubber chalupa you served me. But I wasn't going to complain because I was just happy to see that they did in fact have some cleaning supplies... This Taco Bell is exactly why fast food gets a bad rep. The quality, service, and cleanliness is only a match for a sewer rat. read more

This Taco Bell is awful. The service is awful. The food was cold, the wait was 20 minutes, they forgot an item, the staff was unprofessional and the first thing that was said to us by the boy who opened the window was "I want to go home". Every time I have eaten here, the wait has been long and items have been left out. They don't give you the receipt, so you can't go back in and show that an item has been left out. read more

This place is frikkin freezing always. In Winter and in Summer. AC is on during winters. Can't stay more than a few mins. And let me tell you the order takes an hour. God knows why they call themselves fast food. And that's when there are no other frikkin customers. Food is average or below average. One star is more for this. read more

i am currently writing this in your drive through i have been here for 15 minutes. i would leave 0 stars but you can't

Wow. This place is by far the worst Taco Bell I heve experienced. It was 11::00 am and obviously not very busy by looking at the empty parking lot and only one car in front of me at the drive through. I waited almost 5 minutes at the drive through to place my order. No "we'll be right with you" or anything. The gentleman that finally came on was barely intelligible and fast speaking. Anyway, he took my order correctly after several back and forths with me asking him to repeat himself so that I could understand what he was saying. The food came in a reasonable amount of time. However, whoever made the taco supreme and burrito supreme was only concerned with getting the ingredients into the shells. They did not spead them out at all. One bite was all onion, the next all sour creme etc. Very disappointig that coporate powers that be have not stepped in to fix the problems this place obviously has. read more
