Can I give it a zero?? This is the worst run fast food restaurant in all of Chester County. They don't have anyone up front to take orders. Outside line of cars around the block. Inside at least 20 people waiting for their ordered. This was at 3pm on a Saturday! A couple came up and asked for a manager. After 5 minutes the kid came back and said "Ummm he is outside". Terrible!!! read more

All this branch represents is lies. I showed up at 10PM to be "welcomed" w NO customer service and employees saying the restaurant is closed even though the website says it closes at 12AM. Truly just disgusting customer service and just all around human decency. -2/10 recommend read more

The food that we ACTUALLY got was good. But they forgot my large Mountain Dew freeze, my step daughters popcorn chicken and got her burrito wrong. And a siarra mist. We asked them 2 times if we had everything. Never going here again. I should have yelped the reviews before coming! read more

The employees are rude and sooooo slow!!! Don't waste your time eating there.

People must hate their life. Everything we ordered was smashed flat. Really annoying.

I've eaten at many Taco Bell locations, but this is the only one that left an impression on me. I went through the drive through and Terrance was one of the nicest employees I've ever encountered. He greeted us kindly and cracked a couple jokes with us. Although far from home, I would travel to this location just to visit Terrance and the rest of the staff again. Our meals were delicious! read more

I did wait quite a while to place my order, then again for my food. They had a long line and were clearly short staffed, for which they apologized. The cashier was holding it together like a boss!! She was taking orders, getting food for people, and she even put on gloves to help make food at one point. Though I waited for a while, everyone was pleasant, my food was correct (and hot), and I was really impressed by how they held it all together. As soon as the line died down the cashier was out in the dining room immediately to clean up. I worked fast food for many years and when people call off (or don't show up, or the schedule isn't sufficient) it can be ultra stressful. I was really impressed by the cashier (didn't catch her name- bright red hair in a bun, get it girl!!). read more

I've given up on this location. Almost every time I come here they mess up my order usually by shorting me an item or two. Don't leave drive through without double checking your order. Food is subpar. I ordered 3 soft tacos-they had less than a teaspoon of meat and a scrap of lettuce. Just horrible. Also being that we are still dealing with Covid Every employee I saw was wearing mask below their chin. Corporate should be ashamed of this location! read more

ZERO STARS ‼‼‼ The worst customer service ever. Literally sit there and look at you while you're at the drive thru & not say anything. Pretending they're on their phones or maybe not pretending... disgusting staff. Ridiculous. The worst Taco Bell I've ever been to read more

I waited in line for over 30 mins. Does this location literally only have one person working? And this wasn't even lunch time! It was 4 pm. It's like this every time I try to go to this location. I wasted my whole lunch break. read more

I came to this restaurant, I ordered at the drive-through. I waited in the drive-through about 15 minutes before my food was ready. When I got the mail it was cold, without a receipt so if I called I didn't have a receipt number to reference for a complaint with the manager. If you decide to come to this restaurant make sure you bring a pillow, blanket, and if you finally get your meal bring a small oven so you can heat The meal after waiting forever to receive your food. read more

Just waited in the drive thru line for an hour and 15 minutes where they did not take our order at the first intercom and the screen was black so we assumed we would order at the window. Got up to the window only to be told we needed to get back in line (where there were about 8 more cars already) to place an order and couldn't do so right there. Absolutely ridiculous. I don't expect much from a Fast food restaurant and I am never one to complain even if the order is messed up or slightly off because I used to work in the industry too but this was absurd that they couldn't even take our order after all that waiting. Guess I won't be back. read more

I was very surprised at how much better the service was at this location. Our order was ready quickly and an employee even brought it to our table. I had a big box consisting of double cheese Gordita with two soft tacos and a drink for $5.99. read more

Don't waste your money here. Missed multiple not so subtle items in my large order. Fries briny as the Dead Sea. Chicken in sandwich somewhat undercooked, potentially a health hazard. Guess these franchises turn a profit no matter what? Oh and, no surprise, they do not give you a receipt. Make sure you ask for one before you leave if you are desperate or foolish enough to try this place. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would, I've gone here multiple times hoping maybe it's just shitty staff that night or they're super busy... yeah no this is like my fifth time and my "quesadilla" was the thinnest tortilla with a sprinkle of cheese and chicken literally only tasted bread...they don't follow measurements correctly. I wait until I travel outside the area for decent Taco Bell it's just not worth the aggravation read more

The food is what it is but the service here today was great. I don't know if Terence is a manager but he should be, so incredibly polite and friendly. I really appreciate good service at places that require a quick turn around. Keep it up! read more

Makes my farts smell like overly cooked raw potatoes with sour cream and pickles that are past it's due date mixed with 10 day old ligament meat that was never cooked and thrown into the trashcan that was never emptied. Overall good place to eat, if you want your bungalow overflowing. read more

They are extremely rude and mess up every order without a single hesitation. A disgrace to both Taco Bell and KFC. You can tell the lack of care for the occupation. read more

Every single time I've gone to this particular store my order is messed up. I order kfc for my kids and I get a couple soft shell taco supremes. However I never receive supreme they're always regular tacos... Every time, not sometimes, every time. I'm done with this location. read more

This place has absolute garbage service. They take forever and are extremely rude. They should at least have the lobby open when the store opens read more

Do you like your tacos unusually soggy, ice cold, and smashed into a bag with sufficient force to ensure a goopy miasma of meat, cheese, and lettuce when you get home? Well then, by all means stop down to the Exton KFC / Taco Bell for some take out. If dining in, don't forget to enjoy the dirty floors, empty ice machines on the soda fountains, and lack of straws, napkins, and condiments. I would really like to see this location closed. There is really not one positive thing I can say about it. read more

If there is a zero star and give it to him this place is absolutely useless I don't understand why they're still open you go to the lobby is closed it takes hours to get your food actually ridiculous Taco Bell and KFC should be ashamed to have this place there read more

They were out of nacho fries. Which fine, they're popular, I guess it's possible they could run out. But then I asked for a plain quesadilla and they said they ran out of that too! It was 7:30pm on a Tuesday. Won't try here again. read more

I wish I could give it no stars... They messed up my order three times this year. I've only been here three times this year. When I say messed up I'm talking forgetting drinks, side dishes, desserts, etc. Fool me once, shame on you. Fool me twice, shame on me. Fool me thrice, I'm writing an angry Yelp review. Dining in? Don't bother. I've seen them make an attempt at mopping just to go back to playing on the phone. I've seen them fight about who has to wipe the tables. They walk slower than old people mate. Why do I have to repeat everything more than two times? Where are the napkin dispensers? This isn't the only fast food restaurant that's like this. There are many with the same type of employees. Why do they think they deserve a permanent, federal, and two-fold pay raise? Do they think they're engineers or something? I've seen homeless people with more ambition, drive, passion, motivation, will, and stamina than do these amoebas that claim to be human beings, and that's an insult to amoebas. Get your act together, KFC-Taco Bell. read more

This is the worst Taco Bell Location I have been to. The floor was sticky, always too cold inside and the worst customer service. They messed up with my order. When notifying them they didn't even care to say sorry. I will never ever go to this Taco Bell. read more

This is the worst location. . The location always closing down the dining room in the late afternoon all through the night . It doesn't make any sense to closing the dining room @ 5pm and only having the drive through open . This is just bad business if corporate doesn't do anything about this location . If this location keeps closing the dining room all the time what the point to have this location even open at all. Minus just closed down completely not everyone wants to go through the drive thru to order food . read more

Do not waste your money, unless you like soggy thin tacos. In addition, the ice tea dispensers do not work on any level. Their explanation, "yeah, the nozzle is the wrong size". Well that helped. In addition, the tables are dirty and there is food laying on the floor beneath the booths. So disappointed because I really like taco bell. read more

Came to this location last night with two other people. We didnt know what we wanted yet and Terrence was so polite and gave us time to figure out our order. He was the best part about the entire visit. We asked for extra hot sauce packets (i use one for like every 2 bites) AND HE DELIVERED. I can't wait to visit Terrence again. If he is able for a promotion, I hope he gets one soon, or a raise. Man made my night. read more

AVOID THIS PLACE. As everyone else has posted...this is about the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited. I too wish I could give it zero stars. I've visited this place about a half dozen times and most visits have been atrocious. I've even filled out the survey as to let them know how disappointed I was. I was contacted by the manager who informed me to return to receive a free meal. When I returned they said the manager isn't on duty and could not honor his "verbal offer". Which if you think about it is pretty ridiculous. You would think they would send you something in the mail like a card or something. It was another disappointing trip to this god aweful Taco Bell. I can assure you this past visit will be my last read more

I stopped on my way home from a late night. They easily could've been rude and short with me. However, the man working at 10:37pm on 12/17/19 should either be promoted to manager, or if he's already a manager, deserves a raise. His patience, courteousness, and polite demeanor so late at night did not go unnoticed. Because of this one person, I will continue to go to Taco Bell/kfc in Exton! read more

Horrible service, they are rude and the wait is painful. I avoid going to this place.

It took well over 20 minutes in drive thru with only 3 cars in front of me. Got to window and he messed up the payment so the manager had to come over, cancel the order, redo it and then charge me... I ate half my meal and my stomach starting hurting and I was vomiting. A few hours later my son was vomiting. All. Night. Long also with stomach pain. When my daughter woke up she had terrible bathroom problems. I will never go there again. read more

Screwed up my take out order badly. Tried to call them no one ever picked up. Food that they gave was bad by Taco Bell standards. I wasn't expecting a lot from t bell and they delivered badly on everything. Wait was long too because they said they had register issues. read more

Let me start by saying it pains me to do this to you taco bell...it really does. Taco bell is the best fast food for the price and usually is that fastest. That being said....what they served me was prison gruel. Beans were hard and cold from sitting, most likely, all day, the lettuce was brown in color, and the tomatoes....were they tomatoes? I was at the drive thru with two cars ahead and 20 minutes later I was at the window. The lady asked me what I ordered and what sauces I wanted before I could finish shut the window. After handing me food I didnt order I gave it back and she gave me my bag. It was cold to the touch already...also forget something and my sauces...I was in a rush and didnt want to deal with it so left....if your hungry skip this drive thru unless your an ex con and wanting to reminisce about your old prison kitchen days. read more
