My go to Chick fila A near Downingtown area. There is one in Exton probably 15 minutes away from this one, where the service is definitely better. But this one is not bad either. Easy to get into this location but tough as there are 2 lines and the boys/girls do their best to deliver in the evenings to get the orders delivered to the car. But it takes a long wait most of the times. I would recommend just park and go pickup inside. I entered this store on a Tuesday night. At the head of the line were several kids in a group jumping around. A cashier, Kevin, motioned me to his register. I was reluctant to go there fearing the kids would crash into me. I told him that once I eventually got there. Kevin said to me, "Don't yell at those kids." I said I did not and I had indeed not yelled at those kids. He insisted I had. Who is this kid to be correcting me? I did nothing wrong. I left. If you want to be treated rudely, this is the place. It's chick-fil-A. The chicken is amazing. The waffle fries are amazing. The Mac n cheese is absolutely insane! And the service is amazing! This is not a regular stop for me but was in the area and really wanted a number 1 meal, plain(no butter no pickle) and an unsweetened ice tea. It was about 4 pm and the drive thru lane was insane. They even have a double lane setup. I went inside and was served quickly, much faster than those suckers waiting i their cars! The food was delicious but it was insanely packed. It took 20 minutes to get our Cobb salads. They were delicious and the help is always so good, courteous and attentive. They gave us a marker to put on the table and they delivered our food. We were lucky to get the last table and the trash was overflowing. The drive through was like a parking lot so we tried dine in. There drinks also come in many different sizes such as small, medium and large. They have a very well made kids menu at Chick fil a in Downingtown. On their kids menu they have quite a few options for your little one to choose from. They have a 2-6 chicken nugget meal that comes with a small fry and a small drink of your choice. Food was good. Line was long. Didn't ask what sauces I wanted. I asked when I got my food. The lady didn't listen and brought back a mix of sauces that included nothing I Asked for. Ketchup, mayo and chick filet sauce. I had to park and ask again. Door was locked so I asked the lady again running car orders. She brought me back two mayo and two ketchup. No chick filet sauce for 60 nuggets and two chicken sandwiches. I said this for 60 nuggets and two sandwiches and she walked away and never came back and said nothing. What is the point of ordering ahead if you wait longer than the people in the drive thru??
