I've visited this location twice this week and have been disappointed both times. Both visits were for a milkshake and I did mobile order thinking that the wait would be shorter. Tonight, I ordered at 828pm via mobile app, received a notification at 830 that it was for, and waited over 15 minutes until I noticed the cars behind me were getting milkshakes and food. I called the attendant over and he said he would check on it. He then told me it was put in the wrong spot and was melted, would I like another one. Chick fila I am a patient person but the new system is not working. Customers should not be sitting there for over 15 minutes for one item, especially when it wasn't busy. It was very busy today. The line was very long. Staff were very stressed. And the customer service was not what I am used to or expect from Chick-fil-A. The staff was not very friendly. It appears aa though they needed more help and workers to make the line shorter and faster service. No one asked me what I needed when I was standing at the counter waiting for a refill. I waited at least 6 minutes and then finally the assistant manager, Aubrey, helped me. True trash cans were overflowing and needed to be emptied. I am a HUGE fan of chic Fila but my experience today was very disappointing! read more

very disappointed. I have been trying to reach someone i think since last week. This is the second time they have messed up on orders. First it was my chicken wrap meal and they did not give me the avocado mayo. Which defeats the whole purpose of the wrap i ordered! Then we went back last week and i ordered two more avocado chickken wraps and again!! they failed to provide the sauce. So, three times thet have messed up and i havent recieved any money back because no one answers. I am going there again today with family. Let's see how well they do. This place is falling apart it is pretty clear that everyone is just here for a paycheck. I have been waiting 30 min for a catering order that I was told was ready to pick up. When I showed up they told me they had to cook it after I waited 15 minutes for someone to even acknowledge my presence. read more

Do I really need to say anything? It's Chick-fil-A. The service here is the best I've had at any chick-fil-a. They are super, super fast, and super friendly. I'm not a giant fast food fan, but Chick-fil-A is a one in a while treat. The service is tops for fast food, the food is pretty good, drinks are quickly refilled with no hassle, and you get everything served hot. I am friends with a person who used to work for BK and he always complained about how he could never compete with CFA for quality, meal prep, etc. I had to knock down a star because the parking lot is insane pretty much all the time - with people backing up onto Lancaster ave and if one wants to sit inside, no matter what time of day, there will be 10 million people in there with you. read more

sat in line 45 minutes because the "order equipment wasn't working". while our lane waited several cars asked if the guy in the other lane could take our orders (at this location once you're in line you can't get out- so we were boxed in). the guy said "sorry that's not my lane" while he just sat there- lol. not kidding. after everyone was upset the manager came out yelling at us and refused to serve all the cars in the lane! wtf?!?! never seen anything like it but I'll never spend my money there again. read more

Great place. Service is always performed with a smile. While the drive through line is often quite long at prime times like weekday lunch, it has always been my experience that the management here goes the extra step to make sure that busy customers are met at curbside in such situations, with a way to order and pay and get you moving quickly. The line moves faster then one would think. And, the lines are proof positive of how much people love this place and its food. I have NEVER had a bad experience here and my family loves this place. The food is really tasty. The restuarant is generally clean even when packed. They bring the food to your table and stop by to ask if you'd like a refill to your drink, and, often times. to remove your tray when you are done. Haters are going to hate and I am sad to see that YELP doesn't recognize at least one really nasty review for what it is...someone with an agenda posts a crappy nasty review with all sorts of hashtags to bring down the review ratings. I went to the absolute godly chain of restaurants for dinner. This location just recently changed to a 2 lane dive through and took away their curbeside pickup. Much, much slower than before. So slow in fact that the bottom of my mobile order bag got soggy and ripped while transferring it to my vehicle, thankfully none of my chick fil a chicken nuggies fell to the ground. But it did cause my chick fil a chicken nuggies and chick fil a waffle fries to taste faintly of chick fil a lemonade. 3 stars because chick fil a has never done anything bad before today. read more

Besides having the world's best chicken sandwich, I love going to the Downingtown location (which is right down the street from where I work) because the people who work there are WONDERFUL. The staff is very friendly and attentive, and they even come around to ask if you want a refill on your drink or anything else. It's also a very clean and bright environment, which is great for my lunch break, and very kid-friendly. Closed on Sundays, but how many major corporations really care about their people getting to spend one day a week with their families? I give them credit for it. read more

This is the dirtiest Chick Fil A I've ever visited and have been to numerous locations throughout the country. Garbage and food all over the floor and every garbage can was overflowing so it was impossible to throw away your garbage. The bathrooms were atrocious. While the food may be delicious and the service impeccable, there are three major factors that people seem to be missing here. The first being cost. Within the last few years, the prices have grown in leaps answer bounds. When this location opened up, the price of the chicken sandwich has gone from about $2.09 upwards of $3.09 per sandwich. For a 12 piece nuggets value meal is well over $7.00. These prices are too savvy for someone on a budget, someone that wants more than just a sandwich, but doesn't waste the equivalent of a half tank of gas for a meal. The second thing people are not looking at is the drive thru. On a good day, during the first few minutes of lunch, you could easily wait for more than 8 minutes to get through the line. It's even worse when the high school across the street, Bishop Shanahan, is in session. Kids from the high school go through the drive thru to get lunch. As far as I am concerned, the students shouldn't even be leaving school grounds while class is in session. The third and final thing is this. The crowd inside the restaurant. During a normal lunch, including the kids from the high school included, you can't even move through the place with a tray without running the risk of having it knocked out of your hands by kids running around or people that are just plain rude.
