This newly remodeled McDonalds replaced cashiers with kiosks. If a business can't afford to support a community with a fair wage they don't deserve my support. I had a doordash, got there right before close, no one helped me or told me that they were closed while I continuously circled the parking lot multiple times. Multiple employees saw and ignored me. I lied. The African guy is back and he's worse then ever. The food was cold and wrong. He wouldn't remake it or give me a refund and he argued with another lady screaming at her about her order. I rarely leave reviews, but I had to review this place. Remodel or not, this place stinks! I have had bad service, met rude customers, and just never get a good experience here. Last night was the final straw. I actually decided to torture myself one more time and stop here for my son. I walked up to the door and they had closed sign, only serving through the drive through! Really? The doors were locked and about eight cars in the drive-through. This was at 6:30 in the evening. IF I ever go to another McDonalds, I'll go to Lionville. My friends burger was way under cooked, still way pink, another customers was the same way, my fries were cold and soggy, but my friends were fresh, the staff were all young, using profanity and joking around, out loud in front of the dining area. Very unprofessional. Only 2 of the 5-7 people here were actually working, very loud and vulgar. read more

Each time I go here there seems to be a 95% chance they get something wrong. Whether it's an incorrect item in the bag or an incorrect charge on the receipt. It's frustrating checking my bag each time and having to go back around or getting home and realizing my order is wrong. read more

The place looks great. The ability to get what you order is lacking. Yesterday it was a coffee that was not decaf with milk as ordered, but instead a black regular coffee. Today, (thinking yesterday was a fluke), a different employee brought (a kiosk ordered) Big Breakfast out to my table as per the kiosk process. The order was missing utensils, salt and pepper, butter, and syrup. Once that problem was fixed by going up to the counter, the coffee that was a large decaf with milk turned out to be black, only 2/3 full, and cold. I watched four other dine in people have similar problems with their order within the 10 minutes I was there. The place was maybe 1/4 full with dine in people. I'm done. read more

why has this location just gotten worse since its remodel? the food is still just as cold and you can tell it's been sitting there for hours, yet the prices went up. the service is seriously hit or miss and sometimes they only accept cash. the woman who works there at nights can be kind, but is constantly complaining about her job and gives out half cooked food. steer clear. read more
