Ordered through GrubHub. Bacon cheeseburger, cheeseburger, cheese dog, bacon cheese dog, and 2 orders of fries. Burgers and dogs were high quality, cooked to perfection and flavorful. Buns were soft without falling apart. Toppings were fresh and the bacon was great, didn't taste like it sat in a pan of grease for hours like some other places. Toppings all tasted fresh and were plentiful. Food packing kept all items hot. The fries are the best - just like boardwalk fries. We will be ordering again and plan to eat at the restaurant soon! read more

Came here prior to a movie at the Downingtown regal facility. there was a decent wait for a simple order but the Burger and the fries were the quality that I expects from a 5 guys. They did not skip on putting extra fries at the bottom of the bag which I love. The seating areas were not the cleanest and could have been better taken care of after each customer left. read more

Love five guys! Interesting experience..they were all yelling at each other at the top of their lungs about who knows what as I sat waiting for my food. One employee was yelling about how she was going to the bathroom. Not the cleanest, table I sat waiting at was full of crumbs. Like 5employees in the back and one doing the orders when I walked in. A little slow despite the amount of employees working. My guess is a lot of online orders? Regardless the food was still the usual Five Guys quality which mean I've got nothing to complain about food wise. The store could have used a good clean but it was late, past the dinner rush, and again they were busy making food so I can let it slide. read more

Wow , order wasn't even ready when I got there and my husband ordered ahead I picked up on the way home from a 12 hour day at work .Left then had to go back because they forgot my son's grilled cheese, seriously this place is a joke , if they didn't have great burgers they would be out of business, Lol also they had inappropriate rap music playing behind the counter!! Food was acceptable. Cashier was pleasant. Restaurant was dirty and sticky. No soap in the women's bathroom. We got three napkins (for three people who ate messy burgers and fries). No other napkins were available. We were allotted one 2 oz ketchup. No self serve ketchup, so we had to ask and that's what we were given. No coke or sprite or vanilla in the one drink machine that was working. That machine was gross with splashes of drink all over the inside. I gave Five Guys another chance. So I ordered a Cheese Burger, Hot Dog, sm fries & Choc. shake, Approx. $30! After paying, the person behind the counter called over to me and told me there was No hot dog buns. So I told him to put it on the Hamburger bun. When I opened the bag, bag bottom was saturated with grease. There was very little cheese on the "Cheese" dog. But was Mush, onions were mush as well. Cheese Burger: Horrible. Everything was Mush. It instantly reminded me of the scene from National Lampoons Vacation, Chevy Chase eating the meatless hamburger (bun, relish, ketchup, lettuce & tomato). Everything was oozing out of it. Single tomato slice, mushy onions. The shake wasn't too bad, but the peanuts were the best. I wish I would have taken a photo. I won't go back. read more

Did take out from here a week or so ago. The usual FG fare. Can't do curbside pickup although the website seems to indicate that. Place was very clean but could have used an extra person - milkshakes were made after my food was bagged and ready to go. read more

Although they've been slow in the past, they really seem to be working on that. My order is practically ready every time I come in now! I eat here frequently when I'm craving fast food and bc I'm gluten free. It's one of the only places around I've found that actually has gluten free fries. Wish there were gluten free rolls too but we can't have everything I guess haha read more
