I had the hot chicken, and it was a very good. I love that they don't use sauce for the different flavors, they use powder. It makes them really strong with flavor, but without getting soggy. I don't really like the fries they serve, they are the coded ones that are made to stay crunchy under a heat lamp for a long time. But the prices are actually fair; they call their chicken tenders, and their sandwiches sliders, which make you think they're going to be small, but they are really huge and cooked damn near perfect.
Four stars because of summon inconvenient snacks. One, even if you're dining in they pack everything in a bag wrapped up to go which means you have to unwrap everything. Two, they use the cheap cheapest napkins, utensils, etc. you can buy. The utensils are too thin and constantly bend, and the napkins are more like Kleenex.
Three, and this is the biggest one, they spent too much time prioritizing takeout orders. The restaurant was generally empty besides us, and we had to wait 20 minutes while order after order went out the door. All these places that are popular with DoorDash seem to do this now. Very frustrating. read more
