They use nacho cheese on them and a lot of it so you wind up with just a goopy pile that's incredibly messy. The beer lineup was solid across the board, with styles for just about everyone. What surprised us most was the cocktail menu. We would have opted to order some desert "bombs" as well but again, the lack of wait staff had us reluctant to splurge. I also wish they worked with more food trucks that have at least one vegetarian option on the menu. Barbecue or glizzy trucks mean I'm going elsewhere to get my drink on. (A few years ago they ran their own top-notch pizza truck, and if they brought it back, I would probably try to move in.) Anyway, my complaints are minor.
