Pleasantly surprised that they use pocket-shaped bread instead of the traditional hoagie or sub rolls. It was fresh, refreshing, and the kick from the peppers was just enough for my mild spice tolerance to be enjoyable! I'm no local, but it feels like a locals only kind of place that serves the food quick and serves it well with no frills.
