What a bust on last nights order. Placed an order online at 4:45pm for 5:56 ready time. My wife and daughter were headed to Giant and picking up after. They called her at 5:10 saying the order was ready and no long hots for my chicken cutlet bada boom. They offered hot peppers....fine. I haven't ordered from this newer location previously, so did not ask them to remake the order. That would be very wasteful but lesson learned to not order early again. $12.59 for what you see in the pic. Rough. $35 for everything with tip. They were nice and offered a bag of chips for no long hots. Roll wasn't fresh and built up some moisture from the warm cutlet and being packaged for over an hour (not warm by the time it arrived home). Barely any chicken. I will said it once before when I tried this place before at another location and I will say it again. The hoagies are OVER Priced! They are not worth the money. I only ate the sandwich because it was free and I didn't pay for it and have no future plans for paying for a hoagie there. Someone else paid for my hoagie because we were in a pinch and had no food in the house. Don't get me wrong despite my personal feelings about the hoagies being over priced I was thankful for the little fellow , their small hoagie is $14 which is a rip off. But there is nothing special about it and it's small more bread and lettuce then meat. The hoagies here are outstanding. The seeded bread is really good, but they also have non-seeded if you want. My favorites are the chicken Parm hoagie and the Italian hoagie. It is easy and the service is good. read more

The food and staff are awesome. Always fresh meats and rolls, always courteous staff. The facility is always clean. The only problem here is their use of Grub Hub. Lately I've placed orders on GH and GH's system fails to send them the order, despite GH telling me it's in process and ready for pick up. Despite this issue the staff has always resolved it asap and never complained. While they are working with GH to find the transaction they always have someone working on my order - which means the time waiting is reduced. My suggestion is if you order from Primo or any other restaurant in the area - do not use Grub Hub. Use the store app or call it in. You're saving yourself some time and hassle that GH can't seem to resolve. GH btw has failed to reach out to me multiple times. Very sad. read more

Just ordered a whole audiablo for pickup the girl on the phone kept stating they do not make "old diablos"....had to explain multiple times to order. I get the sandwich home there is no roast beef on the sandwich.... You would think if you are going to charge almost $30 for a sandwich that it would at the very least be made correctly. Also the prices they charge are way more expensive than the online menu for that location. Also while eating the sandwich the roll split in two....a clear sign they are using day old stale rolls that may even be older if they froze them prior. The ONLY reason to pay that kind of price is the quality of the overall sandwich. Bad bread = Bad sandwich. They have received my money for the last time. read more

Can't go wrong with Primo Hoagies! This was the first time I had tried this location and I have no complaints! Although more expensive than Wawa across the street - Primos is well worth the money! Order the primo size for the best bread selection! Smaller sandwiches are on plain white bread! The primo size is large enough to share or perfect if you'd like to save half for your next meal! You can call ahead and pick up which is a good time saver! I ordered the Shwartzie which is a bit like a Ruben with roast beef, Swiss cheese, Russian dressing and cole slaw - delicious! Go to another location. I ordered 2 Primo hoagies Turkey Diablo and Big T. I got home ready to enjoy but all that was on them were cheese and very little meat. I called to find out what happened. The guy that answered the phone knew exactly what the problem was after I told him what I ordered. He blamed the girl who took my order, she wrote the order up wrong. He offered to remake the hoagies or give me $10.00 credit. When I mentioned there was very little meat he stated that primo hoagies come with .4 meat and he had weighed it. The lettuce tomato and onion make the hoagie to appear bigger. Anyone who has had a hoagie from Primos knows there is very LITTLE lettuce tomato or onion. Tried ordering a hoagie that was custom instead of one of their predesigned ones on the menu. All I wanted was a different kind of meat but the girl taking my order had such a hard time trying to figure out how much it would be that I finally just went with the menu item instead. It should not take 10 minutes to place a simple order. Then a manager came out to see why it was taking so long and gave me a dirty look as if I was giving her a hard time when it was the other way around. Usually a big fan of primos. I ordered a chicken parm sandwich without cheese. Although I ordered a small, it came with one very small piece of chicken that did not fill the bread, and a spoonful of marinara on one side. For $7 I felt that I could have gone to wawa and gotten 2 orders of chicken tenders that would have been equally as good. Very disappointed and won't be returning. read more

I've been to a lot of Primos in my life. It was a night mare when I walked in there. The manager was so rude copying everything I said and sticking his tounge out at me. That little immature kid. I think he was high I could be mistaken. It smelled like marijuana. I felt like I was interrupting a party because the manager was to interested in his female coworker then a loyal customer. I will never go back I will go to the royserford from now on even though it's not that much different. And to top it all off I ordered a sharp Italian and they wrote S.H.I.T. On my order. WTF!!!! It's amazing new ownership doesn't deliver but the old one did. Talk about some service mine as well get a frozen pizza from the dollar store. This review is for employee who worked on 5/16/13 AM shift along with their manager. I went into the Phoenixville location to pick up a sandwich party tray for my sons graduation that day. They told me to show up at 10AM which I did. I forgot my coupon for 5 dollars off any purchase over 20 dollars. I mentioned that to the person working, and they commented... Well that's too bad. It ticked me off a little bit, but I did not worry about it too much. What really got me upset, and prompted me to write this review is: The guy rings up my order, and then says... Your order is not ready yet. It ticked me off because I only live a few minutes away from the Phoenixville location and wold have gone home to grab my coupon had I know they did not have my order ready at the time they told me to come in! Sorry for the run on sentence, but I hate rudeness and incompetence. Dear manager, Get your employees some customer service training, or you will lose more customers than just my family. This place just CANNOT get your order right. It's the same guy working every time and we have not gotten a correct order EVER. Sometimes completely wrong sandwichs, other times it's just the wrong kind of meat or wrong veggies, etc. I live right down the road and I love Primo sandwiches, but until they actually get employees that can actually make a sandwich I won't be back, and that seriously bums me out. read more

We order two hoagies. Very simple orders with a few toppings. They take the order right on the phone as we ordered and it says on the receipt. We get home and the hoagies are both wrong. None of the toppings were on. We call the store 10 minutes before they close, no answer. We call back a few more times, and they finally answer after they close to tell us they can't re make the order they messed up because they were closed. Poor customer service. Very disappointed. All primo hoagies are pretty much the same no matter which one you go to. But, I've been to at least 15 different Primo locations and this one is by far the friendliest staff and most helpful. They even help carry party trays to your car. Never had that at another Primo. Great food and great employees. read more

Crazy happy that I found Primo Hoagies close to home. This is truly a hidden gem in the Giant supermarket plaza. This is a small store with giant sandwiches that have a true authentic taste. I love the sharp italian. Prosciutto, sharp provolone, natural casing genoa salami, and a ton of hot capicola! Don't accept what other sandwich stores qualify as bread. read more
