Vinnie has been running the show for a couple years now and I am very pleased with how things are going! I stop in almost once a week and almost exclusively order the Ham Stromboli with extra sauce on the side, but this is my favorite slice of pizza in the area as well, and I'm also a fan of their grilled chicken sandwich. There are several lunch specials now available during the week, and a great deal on Large Pizza's Monday and Tuesday for $9.99, which is quite the bargain! Also of note: They have a nutella boli on the menu...I have heard of "dessert" strombolis before, but never tried one...filled with fun stuff like chocolate and cream and dusted with sugar...but never tried one...I don't think i've ever even seen one on a menu before! I get pizza here 2-3 times a month cause its down the street from my local office. Sometimes we buy several pizzas, sometimes 2 of us come in for lunch. Food is decent . Occasionally I just get a couple of slices but no more... the woman working there today pulled the $10 minimum bullshit with me and I had no cash. I told her no one ever hit me with that - she just shook her head. What's the fee/charge, 25 cents on my $7? Raise the price then - bad customer service and extremely inconvenient. Sorry, Vinnie's, but your pizza is not very good. We visit occasionally but only because it's close. The pre-made crust is always soggy and we always have to re-bake it in the oven. The cheese is poor quality. The canned mushrooms are disgusting. The sauce is bad.... the meats are not very good. I heard so many good things about Vinnie's and I'm so glad I finally decided to stop by. I got a slice of buffalo chicken pizza, the crust was perfectly thin but not too too thin, just perfect, and the slice itself was huge and so filling! But If it had a bit more chicken and more hot sauce I would've liked it more! maybe next time i get a bufallo chicken slice i'll just ask for extra hot sauce. Ordered the "Cheesesteak hoagie" last night for dinner through Door Dash and never ordered here before... paid $8.45 for this thing added it to my cart and said addition toppings at .50 a topping... get my order and I learn since I didn't pay .50 cents each for lettuce, tomato and onion I just got a regular cheesesteak! For a small work gathering of 15 that was 75% comprised of guys. We ordered 4 large pies, 2 plain, 1 veggie, and 1 bbq chicken. They were good. The flavor and size was good. I can't really complain, except that I wish I had ordered one more small pizza. The garlic knots and included tomato dipping sauce. Good as well. Vinnie's is the first pizza shop we went to when we moved into the area. The cheese and sauce they use are both really good, but the sauce is sweeter than most so make sure you don't mind that. After ordering from them a few times we noticed that the pizza crust was getting thinner and thinner. It was at the point where there wasn't even crust under some of the pie. We stopped ordering from them at that point, which was about 1.5 years ago. We recently decided to try them again hoping their quality improved; the cheese and sauce were still okay, but we spent almost $20 for a large extra cheese pizza and the size of the pie was definitely more like a small to medium. And the same issue with the crust. When you pick up a slice it just drops over like a piece of paper. It's like they use half the dough size they're supposed to so they can can save a buck. I ordered Vinnie's and am still trying to figure out how they got me to think "They deserve another chance." I live ten minutes away, but the pizza was neither hot nor pizza when it arrived--the cheese was all over the place because I don't think their delivery drivers have a pizza delivery box to keep the pizza from sliding around. we were at friends nearby and they had received their flyer in the mail. never having tried this place before, we were hoping to place an order for delivery for our Saturday evening in. we were told it was going to be an hour for delivery or 20min for pick up. keep in mind, we were about 20 min away. we placed our order for an Italian grinder, Cheese-steak, and hot wings. once we got there, the parking lot was impossible...cars had no place to park even with the snowbanks pushed back. there were cars parked in the one way lane to leave which added to the chaos. we found a parking spot and walked in to the tiny location. we paid for our order and then waited for another 30 minutes! but they said it would be 20 and it had taken us 20 min to get there...we waited and waited some more and finally got our order and drove it home. long story short, the food was ok, but nothing fantastic. Also, make sure you have lots of time to spare because you will wait longer than they tell you. read more

Based on the reviews I expected to get decent pizza, especially considering the price. I paid 20(including delivery) for a large pepperoni. It took almost 90 minutes to be delivered from about 1 mile away, and it was not worth the wait. It was rubbery and the crust was like cardboard. Even mainstream pizza chains are far better, which is telling. I am at an expo so it's possible they were just swamped but it was still unacceptably poor service and pizza. read more

I wasn't a big fan before, but it has since changed ownership and is far worse. Delivery for a work lunch and they forgot 2 of our 6 orders. It took an additional 30 minutes for the 2 lunches to get there... very awkward for everyone in the meeting. We called twice to check where it was and could not get a clear answer. White the cheese fries are still excellent...the Calzone fell (very) flat. Sorry, Vinnies' but the flat frozen dough didn't rise and it was dry...was there supposed to be a side of red dippig sauce because we didn't get one. We are regular Friday night customers as my guys (husband and 2 college boys) love their cheesesteaks, and I love their wraps and salad. But for the first time I used them to cater food for a surprise party for my husband this weekend. I order baked ziti, meatballs, and sausage pepper and onion trays. Enough for 50-60 people. I work around the corner so a lot of my associates and I order from Vinnies. I don't like how they advertise free delivery with a min purchase of $10 but then they charge you a $2 delivery fee anyway. Add the driver's tip and you are looking at $4 more tacked on to your purchase. I just think that's so shady. I ordered a salad today plus a bottle of water which cost $11.95 and they still charged me a delivery fee. They do it all the time. I have decided not to order from here any more because they have done it to everyone in our office. read more

I ordered through the Yelp app and it took over an hour and a half for the food to come. By the time it got here (we live 10 min away) the pizza and wings were cold. There are not many things that are as disappointing as cold pizza when you're starving. read more
