My first time here and it was...meh. As the picture indicates, an underwhelming amount of protein. One little scoop of the beef, which was very tasty just not enough. Overall the flavor was solid but there needs to be more. Some of it is on me for not going spicy but still, needs some flavor. The chips were okay, a bit too salty. And the tables. I don't know they use to 'clean' them but they were very sticky. The person working there told me it's the stuff they use to clean but might want to change that. Spoke to a regular customer and they said the tables are always like that. Just makes they feel dirty which is not what you want at a restaurant. Service as friendly but for some reason skipped me in the line to go to someone else, even though I was with someone from work that got served. And it's not cheap. Two people with drinks for $35!? Very underwhelming experience but I'm willing to try again. read more

CAVA - Build my own bowl - Mediterranean Near Me - Collegeville, Pennsylvania

My meal was SUPER fresh! The restaurant was completely spotless, which is always a huge deal for me when eating out, so seeing that made my day. On top of that, the staff was so friendly and welcoming. Also, I LOVEEE Cava's homemade drinks! I rarely ever order drinks when dining out, but I never skip them here. Easily one of my favorite spots! read more

I found Cava at Union Station in Washington DC and was happy to see one open here closer to where I live. I love the blueberry lavender drink mixed with iced tea. Now they have a Mediterranean Fizz menu to mix all the different drinks! The food is always good here. The staff here is friendly and it seems busier every time I go here. It is always clean, like it smells like they just cleaned you seem someone currently cleaning when you walk in. (Always read the health scores on Yelp before reviews as well.) My only suggestion would be to not place the plastic lid on the food for guests eating there or just kindly say you don't need one at the register. It's a waste of plastic, especially when there are biodegradable utensils and straws there (yay.) Definitely download the app for rewards. read more

My rice was hard a rock seems like it wasn't even cooked. Very disappointing almost chipped a tooth.

Picked up food on my lunch break i ordered double broccoli, pickled red onion and sumac slaw. I got back to work there was 2 pieces of broccoli and no slaw . This happened before to a while ago and wanted to give them another try but its not worth it if you are in the area go elsewhere unless you are ordering in the store (maybe that is different). Paid $12 for lentil falafel and feta because nothing else was in my bowl. read more

Cava has been open for a few months now. Initially, I was disappointed because I really liked the place it replaced. Finally, I decided to pop in and try it out, and I'm so glad I did! This place has a clean crisp Mediterranean vibe. They have pitas and bowls, and you can build your own or select one of the chef-curated options. They have a great variety of bases (greens and grains) as well as some unique protein and topping choices. Be warned that the Harissa Honey Chicken is spicy...much more hot that sweet. A lot of the fast casual spots offer the same type of food so it was nice to see this fresh healthy take on what's available! read more

My go-to spot every time I'm in the area! Fast service, great food, clean environment and friendly workers! Not one complaint here! Definitely recommend to anyone read more

This location is disappointing...never seems to have enough employees working to keep up with orders during the weekends. If your order online for ASAP and you get there 30 minutes later food isn't ready. Then you wait another 20 minutes and if you don't speak up you will never get your order. The line is non stop and the employees focus on that alone due to being overwhelmed. Gave it a chance few times with same outcome. read more

First of all, the food is pretty good, a lot of customizations for any bowl; all the ingredients are fresh; portions are large and taste good. The pita chips are especially good. Now the not so good part, as others have mentioned, the online/app order is not up to the standard. I placed the order around 11:50am for a 12:15pm pick up. Got there by 12:15 and it's not even started yet. Not that they are that busy, there are just couple tables seated and 2-3 people waiting inline. Long story short, I didn't get my order until 12;35 or so and in between, at least 10 walk ins get their orders made. The strange thing is they have 2 people in the front take care of walk ins and 1 in the back does all the online ordering (and she keeps on going out to get the ingredients), very inefficient and apparently not really care about the scheduled time at all. Also, even though I asked for utensils and two side of pita, only 1 side of pita was given and no utensil at all. read more

This is a great place to grab a quick healthy meal with great Mediterranean flavors. You can eat in or order online. Online orders are easy. The restaurant is simple in decor and always clean. Food is tasty and delicious. The last few visits we have had staff who are training so the orders have been a bit off. But not enough to stop us from eating here. It has become our fast food go to. Staff are always friendly. I particularly like that the food options are well labeled so you can check easily if you have a food allergy. This is really helpful!!! read more

Fantastic quick service. Fresh & delish food. So happy for this local spot in Collegeville.

amazing staff and food. I have been coming here since it's close to my office. Their food is always fresh.

Always love coming to this Cava location! Foods always good and workers are nice! Sometimes the ice machine isn't working but that's only happened a few times in the past few months read more

Akaylia was great, she assisted me with great detail and care. That's says a lot because I came during the lunch rush.

Amazing service and food was cooked to perfection, we frequent this location a lot and it is always run well!

I came at around 4 today and the two employees serving up at the front were absolutely the most hospitable and kind people, I didn't get their names but service was amazing!!! read more

CAVA - Spicy Lamb + Avocado - Mediterranean Near Me - Collegeville, Pennsylvania

I have ordered from the collegeville location 6 different times and not once have they gotten the order correct. Not once. They leave out items we paid extra for, they leave out free items, like pita bread, they leave out dressing. I like the food but if I use them again, I'm going to go in person, and go behind the counter to make it myself since they clearly don't know what they're doing! read more

Delicious fresh food and friendly staff. Always very quick service in a clean environment. Would recommend!!

Cava is truly one of my favorite places to get food anywhere I can find a location. The concept is a lot like Chipotle with tons of toppings food combinations without charging a fortune for each added ingredient. If you're vegan, vegetarian, or gluten free, there are mood food options here than almost any other place out there. The flavors available are fantastic I'm a big fan of their app for ordering ahead of time. You can also really explore the menu this way without holding up a line of people behind you like one would in-person. Today's entree was a build-your-own bowl saffron rice, falafel, harissa, Persian cucumber, tomato + cucumber, fire roasted corn, pickled onion, kalamata olives, pita crisps, lemon herb tahini, and skhug. So good. It tastes amazing. There should be a CAVA in every town. Thanks for being awesome. read more

Food is great, love that spicy avocado bowl. 9/10 Service was very quick, I love the employees teamwork. 10/10 Ambiance is very chill, music isn't my type of thing but It's preference. Others may like it, very popular. 8/10 read more

Do not order online because they don't check! My husband gave this place a shot over the weekend over our usual HoneyGrow order. He placed the order online before shopping at the local Wegmans. When he came to get the order he was informed that the order wasn't even started yet, so he had to wait for them to make it. Food was ok, probably would t try that location again. Lamb meatballs were dry and my Spicy Lamb bowl had SO much black lentils it was overwhelming read more

I love that there are options for all dietary needs here at Cava. The food is always fresh and delicious. The staff is kind and friendly.

We always crave good Mediterranean food but there aren't many available near Royersford - Collegeville area. But Cava has turned out to be great. Ambiance is like any other Chipotle or Moe's and gives you that Halal guys feel. Food although a little on the costly side tastes great. Falafel were great and had the right crispiness. Spicy chicken pita was the best, not too spicy for us but had a slight kick to it. We will be back for the lamb soon. Also, they did make a mistake on our order's payment which we realized after we brought our take out home but they were quick to fix it over the phone. read more

Order is never consistently made at the restaurant. Even though I order the same item regularly, every bowl has different ingredients and the quantity is never the same. I stopped ordering from Chipotle for this reason and Choolah is also fast headed in that direction. read more

Ordered for 11am pickup and had to wait 20+ mins and the order was still wrong. Cava never disappoints! Staff is always attentive and friendly and food is delicious!

The food is okay (but overpriced, though I guess most places are anymore). Just do not order delivery from their website. Order through DoorDash if you must, because at least then you can contact Doordash through the app when you have an issue. Back in January, I ordered fairly early on a weekday (a little after 5:00), hoping for a quick dinner before having to go out for an appointment. I don't know if the problem was with the Doordash driver or with the restaurant themselves, but my order was 1) ready late, 2) then took a huge detour out of the way before finally getting back to me. Needless to say, the food was a cold soggy mess by the time it was delivered, over 45 minutes later than the last (usually overestimated) delivery time. The restaurant being about 5 minutes from my house (I know, I know, why did I order delivery instead of pickup? Sue me, I needed to get ready before leaving the house. Next time, I will spend the 12 minutes to pick it up myself...) I'm not usually a complainer, and on another day would probably have let it slide, but the fact that I specifically ordered from this close, fast casual restaurant so I could eat earlier and not have to waste time cooking... Honestly, I was angry. So I called the support number associated with the online order, complained and was offered a 40% refund. Which, frankly, is pretty poor appeasement, but I figured it was better than nothing, so I agreed to it. I get an email saying that it would be credited back to me within 10-12 business days. 13 business days go by, no refund. So I call again. They apologize about the missing refund, promise to initiate the refund again. Another email. Another 12 business days. This time, they say 10-12 business days and I would get an email in 1-3 days following up. No email, no refund. It's been 3 months, and I guess I just have to give up, which is infuriating. But I will never order from CAVA, obviously. And I strongly recommend no one else does either. They do not care about the quality of their food or service... Typical chain garbage with no oversight, staffed by undertrained and overworked people. read more

First time there. Food was great, soda selections were different (blueberry soda). Blown away at the lady preparing our food, so efficient and polite. She will be running a store one day for sure. Dont know name but worked today 9/27 until 5pm. Thank you for excellent service! read more

Super yummy pitas and bowls.
