I used to love this Saladworks. The owners were so nice and always remembered me. Food was good, they had a really nice Tuesday special. Now, corporate has taken over. Their fees have fees. .50 to order online. Refused to give my coworker a regular size cup for ice. And this is what our food looked like, each picture is from a different salad. I've been getting great salads here since this location opened. Sadly, since the ownership changeover, it's gone down hill. I've visited 3 times in the last 2 mos. No consistency in salad prep. The salads are not constructed well, the salad station is very sloppy/messy. Contents aren't always fresh. I rarely post negative reviews, but I'm just so disappointed. This place is a hidden gem in Exton Main St. All ingredients are super fresh and the staff is very nice. Even if the line is a bit longer around lunch, they get you in and out quickly. This place is the worst. I placed an order pickup through Doordash, only to go there and be told that they never received my order (even though I was charged and showed my receipt). The closing manager was so dismissive and disrespectful, we went back and forth because it was almost like he did not believe I could order pickup from Doordash (which is weird because why are you partnering with a company that offers that and you do not know an option like that exists??) and that my order was never placed, only for me to reach out to Doordash where they confirmed I did order at the right location and that the store just ran out of supplies. Should've just told me that instead of lying, being rude, and wasting my time. Especially because I offered to show other times I did the same pickups with no issue and he refused to look at it. The reviews about this place on Google are also 100% right, not only is the manager an absolute asshole, the atmosphere in there sucks. There was 7 people ahead of me and only 2 employees working. 2 people left the line after 20 min and had I known it was a 30 min wait, I would have left too. I have been going to this location since the doors opened, literally one of the first 50 customers, and I will not be returning. Ever since ownership turned over a few months back, this place has gone downhill very fast. The display case and the topping station always looks dirty and unorganized. The cost of the salads have increased (which I understand) but the size of the salads have decreased quite a bit. The people working there usually have no personality and it is tough for them to get the order right without repeating it a few times. Twice, when I checked out, the order was rang up incorrectly. I am still waiting to receive credit back from the last purchase that was incorrect. There are many better options out there, and I will be taking advantage of them. Overall extremely expensive, large portions, passable salad but very fresh, good soups, roll fresh. Salad compared to dozens I have had this last two years was middle of the road. Soup was very good, above the middle of the other restaurants. They have Coke Zero, a plus now a day. Product is fresh, place is very clean. Higher clientele in the lunch time slower at nights. Price is extremely high, 44.00 for one adult and two teens. I should have given a two star, but clean, nice servers and passable food gave them an additional star. First time here, about two dozen+ times in the mall both places same price, sometimes hard to get parking here, so is parking at the mall food court area. read more

Do not waste your money! I've gone to this location for years and just got salads last night and they were so skimpy and the salad ingredients were not fresh. The customer service was awful and it definitely had to change ownership! The previous owners were so friendly and always asked if you wanted any substitutions. When the the man put peppers on my salad, I asked if I could substitute something else and he glared at me. I'll never go back again. read more

I love the salads here! Everything always tastes good and is fresh. I wish they did some kind of specials since they are a little expensive, but at least you get a large portion with the salad.
