Since the ownership changed, the quality of their salads have gone down in flames as well as their service. This use to be a "go to" spot for lunch or dinner but not anymore. $12.00 for a salad that looks worse then a high school cafeteria salad is ridiculous. TheyWould not recommend. I used to love this Saladworks. The owners were so nice and always remembered me. Food was good, they had a really nice Tuesday special. Now, corporate has taken over. Their fees have fees. .50 to order online. Refused to give my coworker a regular size cup for ice. And this is what our food looked like, each picture is from a different salad. The one with the purple circle was full of dead lettuce, and there is an actual chicken bone in that circle. This was our last time ordering for our office.

This place is a hidden gem in Exton Main St. All ingredients are super fresh and the staff is very nice. Even if the line is a bit longer around lunch, they get you in and out quickly. Order through the Salad works app and just walk in and pick up your food on the shelf, so easy and you earn rewards for using the app too! And $6.99 salads every Tuesday! Great deal and $3 off each salad.

No problem with service or the quality of food. Small issue with Ordering but other than that no issues.

Their distribution channels are still rather meager, but Organon the health food store on Route 413, Wrightstown, PA, has a selection in their back room frozen foods department. I picked up the Vegetarian Vietnamese Pho and Roasted Butternut Squash to sample a couple of flavors I normally love. Each plastic package was 12 ounces, enough for one meal. Stovetop or microwave for a few minutes and recycle the sleeve container. I slurped the pho today after shoveling the heavy fresh wet white precip that fell from early this morning. While it lacked the rich spicy lemongrass base of long time pot simmered stock found in Pho 75 and other good VN restaurants, and the thick nest of noodles and fresh pinched Thai basil leaves, it was pretty good for what it was - healthy nearly instant soup with only wholesome ingredients. A squirt of Sriracha for an extra kick and it was bowl rim to lips; bottoms up! Who had time for a spoon? BowlFace! I'll be back here after trying the Butternut Squash, but wanted to review the Pho while it was still warming my stomach. Gotta say this is a bit of a homer epistle, as I am very happy that Newtown's entrepreneurial spirit is thriving even in the Age of Covid.

My favorite soups are the Thai Butternut and the Vietnamese Vegetable Pho. The Thai Butternut warms you up on a cold day with the ginger. The Pho is full of mushrooms and herbs. I wish they were available all year around. The good thing about the packaging is that it freezes well! So I recommend stocking up on your seasonal favorites. Besides soup, they offer dips and macaroni and cheese. And most recently they have added salad dressing. So far I have only tried the Pickle Sriracha Dip but I have the Buffalo Cauliflower Dip in my fridge. The Pickle Dip was amazing, I can't wait to grab some more next time I'm at Organnons. If you like pickles, you'll love the Dip! I'm looking forward to Summer and trying more soups! You can check their website to see where you can buy locally. They are usually a vendor on Saturdays at the Wrightstown Farmer's Market. You can also find them at Organnons, Tanner's and I see them occasionally at GI Juice in Buckingham.

They have different ice teas and fountain soda you get your own, they hand you a cup. They also have single serve drinks available in the fridge. You can choose from three sizes of soup and everything is in to-go containers so you can bring it home. They had cookies and I think brownies for purchase too. Soups are good and hearty, you can get free samples to try out different onesie before selecting your favorite. Chicken Noodle always seems to be there but the others get changed up so they have more options. Tables and chairs in the middle and booths on the side that are comfortable. This is in a strip mall near Ulta and Best Buy. Parking in front and around the side of the place. Prices are pretty reasonable and people aren't there too long to eat so you can always get a seat. It's not table service, you order and pay (Apple Pay accepted) and then sit. They'll call you when your food is ready for pick up. You get it in a small brown paper bag with handles. I usually ask for an extra bread and take some soup home for later. Staff seems very happy to be there and the soup keeps being brought out and hot to go! Only giving it four stars cause the grilled cheese could be done better.

This manager came over and asked if she could bring us our food once it was ready and asked for my name so she knew whose food to bring us. A few minutes later she brought us my tea and my kids' chocolate milks, and she brought over our food once it was ready. Shortly after we started our meal, she handed me two cookies which we hadn't ordered but just as a sweet gesture. While shopping at Exton Square Mall, I stopped off in the food court for a lunch break. I needed something good, tasty, and healthy. I decided on Saladworks and ordered the Nuevo Nicoise salad ($7.99 plus tax) - under 500 calories - served with warm roll, which was quickly made fresh and served in a square plastic white bowl. The Nuevo Nicoise had romaine lettuce, iceberg lettuce, firm radiatorre pasta, chunk tuna, diced tomatoes, egg whites, nicoise olives, green beans, and topped with fat free balsamic vinaigrette (my choice).
