I got the Greek Out Salad today for lunch and ordered it through the app. My order was ready under the proposed timeframe and was ready within a minute of me walking in the door. The salad is flavorful but there are way too many kalamata olives in it and there's a pool of dressing at the bottom of my bowl from way too much dressing in the salad. Hello, My name is TWalls and at approximately 12:15 pm EricR and I entered the Radnor restaurant to be insulted by "Kent." I placed an order and EricR placed an order. My order was for curbside and EricR's was pick-up. I selected "I'm Here" on the mobile app and indicated in the "Location" section that "I would come inside." When I came in I checked the shelves for pick-ups and delivery services. My food was not on the shelf, I went to the register/counter stated "Hi, I'm Turquoise and I placed a curbside order." Kent dismissively stated, "it's over there and pointed to the shelves by the door." I told Kent that it wasn't there and he said "BOTTOM shelf." I told him it was not there, which is why I am here. He growled and swiftly walked over to the shelf, did not see it, and looked DIRECTLY at Eric Ruff. He sucked his teeth, walked away, slammed the counter door, and went to the register. At some point, he gave me a cup and said "have a seat it'll be a few minutes." I asked what a "few minutes" would be, Kent shrugged his shoulders and said a few minutes, it's next in line." When I asked for his name he VERY CLEARLY annunciated, "Kent." At some point, he brought a bag to me and said "Have a good day." When I got back to work to eat my lunch the containers were HALF FULL. These are my issues: 1. This is the SECOND time my order was taken at this location with "Kent." He had poor customer service then as he did today. 2. He insulted my company and me by insinuating that I was lying about my missing food and that Eric Ruff took the missing bag. We were blamed for something that is a system error, not a customer error. 3. Not ONCE did Kent apologize for my inconvenience, not ONCE. He was at work, I was on my 30-minute lunch break from my job which is 15 minutes away. I was the one that had to wait for my order to be remade, and have to give the very poor excuse to my manager that I was "late returning to work because Honeygrow had to remake my preorder." 4.To be insulted, accused, and disregarded as a customer was infuriating enough, but a half portion took the cake. I do not know what Kent's intentions were to give such deplorable service, but I want a full refund of my food and TIP. I would like the store footage to be reviewed, and for him to apologize for the experience. I have frequented this Honeygrow for going on 4-years now, and customers should not be punished by putting up with this poor customer service. called to place a catering order and ask them what dairy free options they have because it wasn't clear on their website and the person answering the phone doesn't speak very much English so I asked if she could put someone on the phone that does speak English and she said no and then she hung up on me. the owner should be hiring individuals to answer the phone that speak English. My girlfriend and I ordered throuh their mobile app, which saved $5 on the order and had our stirfry/salad ready for us 5 minutes before pickup. The overall ordering was very convenient though the app isn't fantastic itself. Last time I used the app, I had to wait 30 minutes from arrival (45 minutes from submission of the order!) to pick up my food. The stirfry was cold, as in "still felt like it was in the refrigerator" cold. The service is very inconsistent and I've had better experiences at other locations. Simply put, I wouldn't consider the ambiguity and quality of food more than a 3-star experience on average. There are better places to grab a bite nearby. read more

Who knew healthy could taste so good? Honeygrow is a great balance of taste, health, and innovation. HG is hip little spot where you order with kiosks similar to those at Wawa. You can fully customize your grub or you can be like me and take the suggested meals to save time. I was half expecting the kiosk to detect I was an SUV driver or conservative, and shutdown on me. (kidding of course) The crowd seemed to be mostly female, and everyone looks very fit and healthy. It reminds of the crowds I see at marathons. Its a nice place to meet like minded people if you're into health and fitness. The soda fountain was very cool with locally brewed pure kane sodas and organic teas. Or you could go with a Kale smoothie and add few months to your life. I'm almost tempted to give them 5 stars, but where as the food was good, it didnt blow me away. So we'll settle on 4. Definitely a place to check out though. read more

I have eaten lunch here about 6 times since it has opened, and have been very satisfied every time. You get your money's worth in quantity and high quality, and there are endless combination possibilities when customizing your dish. I usually get a rice or egg noodle stir-fry bowl and load it up with veggies -- sometimes I add tofu and/or shrimp, and I usually get the spicy garlic or red coconut curry sauce. The ingredients are fresh and so delicious. Only one time was an ingredient accidentally omitted, but they quickly and apologetically brought me a bowl of it when I brought it to their attention. The fountain drinks are made with real sugar; I prefer the iced green tea. I have yet to try their salads, but have heard good things from friends and coworkers who have had them. (And the salads can accommodate the gluten-free crowd, since you are basically creating whatever you order.) They get very busy during the lunch hour (12-1pm) but they move pretty quickly. I have always found the employees to deliver good service, too. I will most definitely be back, and recommend you give it a try! read more

While at lunch with some business associates, I was asked if I ever tried Honeygrow. I had no idea what it was, but there was one semi-local to work. They explained that you ordered on a kiosk, but it could be kind of expensive. One day during training, I decided to try out Honeygrow. I got to the kiosk and a few people were having trouble with the computers. The computers worked fine, but they just didn't understand technology. I ordered, paid, and had my receipt in about a minute. I stood by everyone else, until someone pointed out that there was panel on the other side to show when your order was ready. No one called out orders, so I walked over and saw mine was done. I went with the Sesame garlic stir fry, with whole wheat noodles, beef, broccoli, scallions, and mushrooms. This dish was fantastic. I tried most of the ingredients out on their own and they all tasted great. Bites with everything in it on one shot was even better. Great flavor of everything. I can't wait to be back. I'll know where to wait for my order next time too. read more

I have been a fan of Honeygrow ever since I first came here in 2016. Tonight I ordered the seasonal Chesapeake Crab Stir Fry which was absolutely delicious. I added shrimp and shallots to the stir fry and the shrimp were perfectly cooked. They were a great addition to the stir fry. As always, the crab meat, egg noodles and veggies were super fresh and perfectly cooked. I ordered through the app for a pick up order and when I came inside the restaurant to see if my order was ready and a very friendly staff member asked what my name was as well as which car was mine and she would bring out my order as soon as it was ready. Within a minute or two of getting back in my car, she brought out my food a full 15 minutes earlier than the app's promised time. The only reason I can't give Honeygrow a 5 star rating is because they could use more broth in the stir fry. Enough sauce is something the stir fries consistently lack even if you request extra sauce when ordering at the restaurant's kiosks or on the app. All in all, it was a delicious meal. read more

The food here is too oily and sometimes they forget few toppings in the order and sometimes they tend to forget the side orders placed. I have been disappointed several times so don't prefer going here until and unless nothing else is open that time. read more

My husband and I were trying to figure out something to eat, we wanted something fast but healthy and light. He suggested honeygrow and said the sesame garlic stir fry he had was amazing. It had beef, mushrooms, broccoli, scallions and sesame seeds in it. I decided to order that because I like all of those vegetables and was in the mood for beef. I like that each one of their stir frys is customizable, you can swap out any ingredient you want for another at no extra charge. I ordered the sesame garlic stir fry the way it came because I didn't want to mess up the flavor to it. I also ordered the green is good drink because it was healthy and looked good. The drink was very expensive, $6 for a 12 oz drink. The basil also overpowered everything else in the drink. It did taste fresh, but I probably wouldn't get it again. My beef was also pretty dry and thinner than I was expecting. My husband said his was definitely more tender when he ordered it last week. My husband ordered the spicy garlic stir fry this time and added pork in it. The chicken in it was tender and pretty good but his pork was over cooked as well. I think they should have thicker pieces of meat. My stir fry was also slightly saltier than I was expecting it to be, since it was supposed to be a healthy dinner. 800 calories is a little more than I was expecting it to be also. It was still a good meal but my husband hyped up this place to be amazing and I was let down a little. My two kids ate here Saturday February 20th and it was our first time. I was very disappointed. The only thing on the kids menu was noodles, so my kids had noodles. We chose to eat in and they served the kids food in Chinese food type take out containers. It was very hard to cut up the food in them and there is no controlling the mess with them. The food over all was kind of gross and we all were nauseous the rest of the day. It was a waste of $40. The staff were very busy (I assume with take out orders because there weren't many people dining in). There was also no heat in the building and the whole place was so cold we had to eat with winter coats on, which again is a challenge for small children. I have ate at the new Honey Grow Resturant in Radnor about eight times since they opened and I have had their: "Persampiere Salad" which has organic arugula, panko crusted chicken, mozzarella,  focaccia croutons, grape tomatoes and red onions.  It was perfect--one of the best salads I've ever eaten.   "Spicy Garlic Stir-Fry" which I customized to my liking and got: egg white noodles, chicken, broccoli, parsley, red onion and bell pepper (I always 86* the pineapple). It was such a large portion and was amazing!!! The "Honey Bar" is a bit confusing. First you pick out your fruit (pineapple, pear, strawberries, banana, blueberries,  apple).  Second you choose a type of honey (3 kinds) and other toppings like chocolate chips and coconut shavings.  You can also add yogurt and/or homemade whipped cream!! It was soooo good!!! Honey Grow only uses extremely high quality produce and meats. You also can modify your toppings on any stir fry, salad or honey bar. They also are concerned about the environment and eating healthy. read more

The food is decent and the prices are pretty fair. I've gotten my food delivered the first couple times and then picked it up the next time and the guy in his 30s that was making some of the food was extremely rude and condescending for absolutely no reason like he was mad he had to do things he was being paid to do. Despite that very unpleasant experience I gave them another shot and ordered delivery again and both orders were messed up majorly with wrong add ons and the wrong sauce for both stir fry orders. Probably will look for somewhere new or maybe try their other location at some point. read more
