Food is good (well tastes good-- health wise, it's a Taco Bell... you get what you get). However the customer service is 9/10 times atrocious. I get that it's fast food and everyone probably hates their job but you could at least pretend to care?? I don't know what it says about me that I keep convincing myself that I can try and get around how horrible this location is. Insanely long wait times for food, horrible food quality, missing items, lack of professionalism by the employees, everything. The drive thru takes forever so I order for pickup (they mess up the order). I order at the counter and they still don't know what they are doing. After explaining which deal I wanted the counter person did not understand. I showed them in the app on my phone, they didn't get it. I literally picked up the sign from the counter sitting next to his cash register and said "I want this bundle" and got a deer in the headlights look and I was finally able to make eye contact with someone else who explained to them what it was and how to ring it in. After what seemed like forever (and seeing people who came in after me served) they handed me a bag. I'm not fool enough to leave without looking in the bag to make sure everything is there anymore and I see potato wedges I did not order those. I did not see cole slaw or corn and only masked potato no gravy. So I reminded them what I ordered, and what they rang up, and got "sorry. We're out of those so we just put some other stuff in". At that point I gave up. At least there was a bucket of chicken. There version of Extra Crispy on this day seemed to include rocks in the breading. There were so many bits that were hard and in edible that I just scraped off the breading and ate what little meat there actually was on the bones. I honestly have absolutely no idea how this location or this franchise is still in business. I've lived here for 10 years and this location was average at best in the beginning and now is absolutely atrocious. I've said it before that I will never go there again and this time I mean it. It's a shame because these are tried and true franchise models, but this one just cannot ever even get to the most minimal standards of acceptable in any way. Have not been to KFC in about 25+ years and saw this place and said let's give it a try. Wow big mistake. As we walk up to door to go inside door was disgusting look like grease at bottom of door but we still entered. As we enter my shoes stuck to floor with each step . But we place order anyhow . Popcorn chicken , fries , soda. Place looked dirty and felt dirty. We decided to eat in car. Have the soda machine put soda out. Food was cold ,fries cold and soggy. And chicken cold and not crispy. Not like the old days and will never go back. What happened? I remember as a kid the crunchiness of the chicken. I guess them days are gone. You should close that place down . Quite possibly the wildest experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Spent over 15 minutes in the drive thru with no response. Went inside and was immediately greeted by at least 7 people waiting for food. No one at the register and a giant sign saying "no refunds." No ice in the self serve ice machine we asked for ice and got more attitude from the female employee working the register/browsing her phone We went to sit now mind you the place had one other patron all the tables were dirty with food found one cleaned it food on the bench. Don't expect the staff to smile or have any kind of manners whatsoever. You might get your food in a reasonable time and it might be correct. Hit or miss. I've been going to Taco Bell since before most of the staff was born and have never had a TB tell me that a side of rice and beans only comes with black beans. I have ordered sides of rice and beans with refried beans instead of black beans for ages. They probably were too lazy to press the substitution button. Wish there was better management here. Wouldnt let us customize tacos and was huffing and puffing everytime we added to the order. The taco 12 pack was 100% wrong. Not sure how they managed to mess up every single taco. Plus they were cold and all broken. Ordered for the family so also got the popcorn chicken box which ive had before and it comes in a large family size box.
