While not a Taco Bell regular, it does occasionally offer something unique in the world of American TexMex fast food. I was alerted to a new breakfast menu by several of those poor Pete Davidson commercials where he seems to insult the audience with his offhand and studied unpreparedness. Still, that Breakfast Wrap was appealing, so I drove over to this shop on my way to work this day. I ordered the Breakfast Box (Sausage Wrap, Hash Browns, Sweet Doughballs, Sauce and Coffee) for $5, and ate it at my desk. I liked everything. The wrap was substantial, the extras were good too, but really unnecessary unless extra calories are your thing. I would skip all that next time. Coffee was industrial. The box doesn't hold heat as well as a tightly packaged hand holder, so it was only lukewarm when I dove in. That would seem an easy fix by the corporate end. Then again, I don't know how deep into debt they went to pay Pete D. for his slovenly efforts. read more

Wow! That was the fastest service I've ever had at a Taco Bell. I ordered my food and stepped to the side and then someone called my name! The same happened for my coworkers. Taco Bell is one of my favorite foods. I have ordered from the Ewing location multiple times and have had somewhat decent service, but tonight 04/14/24, I have had a nightmare. I ordered five beefy five layer burritos and 5 chicken enchiladas. I ordered through the Taco Bell app and it was delivered by someone from DoorDash. I received my food in 40 minutes. I checked the bag and found out that I did not receive my 5 beefy five layer burritos and they gave me 5 other burritos. I immediately called DoorDash to get a refund or have the order remade with no results. The DoorDash Operator said I need to call the store. I called the store and the Manager was screaming and telling me options that makes no sense as they are the merchant that has to refund my order to DoorDash who then refunds it to me. I kept telling them what DoorDash told me and he refused to even acknowledge me and said to call DoorDash. I was on the phone for ten minutes that solved nothing but waste my own time. The DoorDash operator also stated the store manager was being rude and hung up on them after speaking to them for over ten minutes too! I called back DoorDash who said the manager was even more furious and did not let her speak. Two different Operators with the same results. Overall I have been a customer here for awhile, but after dealing with this issue, it was the final straw. This is the FIFTH time I have had issues with this store. The last few times they would eventually remake the messed up orders, but they refused to help me this time. I will no longer be coming to this Taco Bell again nor will I use the Taco Bell app to order my food. My advice is use DoorDash and deal with them directly or pick up your food from another Taco Bell and save yourself the nightmare issue. read more

Absolutely terrible 15 minute wait for fast food just for it to be incorrect waste of time and money

I realize this taco bell has a very low rating and I agree. It is not the nicest taco bell around. There was a mix tape in the bathroom, and strange things going on. Despite this, I had a great experience here. Heading back to phillt, I was craving some good taco bell. So we stopped here to grab lunch. I ordered my usual doritos locos tacos and my family ordered tacos and other things. In all we had 9 tacos and a nachos with cheese. When getting up to get the food all seemed well and all items ordered appeared there. We then noticed that there were buffoolo chicken nacho fries on the menu, so we ordered one to try. Ipon recriving the nacho fries, for some reason we received 2! The staff was so nice! Then, after finishing the 9th taco, we noticed another! 10 tacos! So we ended up getting a free taco and nacho fries. I was so happy. This had been an excellent experience. Overall the quality here is exceptional and it is easy to tell that each employee tries his and her hardest to give the customer a great experience. They were friendly and always willing to help! Very clean as well. This is honestly the best taco bell. read more

I never review fast food places, but this one is worth it for customer knowledge. I WAS DISAPPOINTED. (And Taco Bell is my favorite place to go.) As a Taco Bell enthusiast, after my mom visited my dorm at TCNJ to drop stuff off, I thought it was a good idea for us to eat at Taco Bell for dinner! HOWEVER, I was wrong. Always love this taco bell.. they're usually open very late. The service is always exquisite.

I'm officially tired of Taco Bell because of this place. My last two visits here, the burritos were not good. The beans were hard and stuck together. I nearly puke when I stop to look at what I was eating. If I written this review two years ago, I would say I like this place. But now, I don't like Taco Bell anymore. The cashier is a hit or miss. Upon uncovering the bag they completely got my order wrong and i couldn't even return the bag because of the corona virus pandemic. I payed $20 for the 3 tacos i got which was highly unacceptable. Went through the drive-through at 12:30am and the employee gave us attitude. On top of that she left out a taco we ordered and forced us to go back and wait in the long drive-through line. Not only was the service poor but the food was low quality even for a Taco Bell. If you get an order wrong, that's one thing. If you get an order wrong and there's a specific dietary restriction, that's a COMPLETELY different thing. I order one crunch wrap supreme- no meat, beans (out of black :O) fresco style. everything was right except I had cheese on the order. If I was true vegan I would have been profusely upset because I wouldn't have eaten it PLUS I wouldn't have known until I took a couple bites! Absolutely terrible. I also ordered a cool ranch Doritos locos taco the same way.. no meat, beans... Instead, I received a regular Doritos locos taco , MEAT AND EVERYTHING. Aka I couldn't eat my taco. We checked our items when we first saw them and it looked right but by the time we really saw it we were already home so not much I can do but go to bed hungry. the quality of food at this taco bell is not good compared to the other one i mainly go to near my hometown in mt holly. I ordered a cantina steak burrito the other night and it was ridiculously small compared to the usual size. The mini shredded quesadillas i ordered looked as if the were never folded over, thats how messy they were; the chicken was all over the foil. I love taco bell. I go there all the time (at least once a week) and will continue to, but this one needs to step up its game. read more

I thought the same thing. This is NOT true. This place has a PANINI PRESS that they use on your soft tacos and and burritos that give em this delicious, slightly crispy, chewiness that's heavenly. If I could give this zero stars, I would. My experience at the Olden Ave. Taco Bell was atrocious. When I pulled up there were 10 cars in line. I pulled in at 7:26 pm and did not arrive home until approx. 8:30 pm (I live 3 minutes away). There were 7-8 employees walking around doing nothing. Three had their underwear exposed and were wearing headphones. Customers in line were honking, yelling and asking to speak to the manager who apparently left two hours earlier to get lettuce. Upon arriving at the window to get my food the woman working literally said "we are out of lettuce, do you still want your food?" Are you kidding me? Of course I want my food!!! I paid for it AND waited an hour for it. Upon arriving home, not one single thing in our order was correct. We ordered 2 orders of nachos and cheese. We received 4 cups of cheese and NO nachos! The burritos were wrong along with the tacos. Never again. read more
