The beef soup base was well simmered and had a rich savory flavor. There were 8 thin slices of ribeye cooking in the bowl, and a large nest of rice noodles just beneath the surface. Hoisin and Sriracha were onboard for added sweet and heat. Quite good, but for the aftertaste of MSG from slurping the tasty base.
