We needed catering for a group of 30 Athletes in From San Jose, California, including several people with specific dietary needs, and the entire experience could not have gone better. A huge thank you to the manager, Kiely, who was incredibly helpful from start to finish. Communication was excellent, every detail was handled, and they made accommodating the different dietary needs seem effortless. Our driver, Al, was equally amazing. He delivered everything as promised, stayed to help us get organized, and made sure we had everything we needed before leaving. That level of service really stood out. This place was hopping and it's clearly very popular with the locals for a reason. We tried a trio of the tacos and a Carne Asada salad. My salad was exactly what I was jonesing for and the lime salad dressing was perfect. I would say don't forget the Agua Fresca. The lime is super yummy. My teen devoured his tacos and refused to share. But from his reaction, I would say they were pretty darn good. We also always look for a place that is gluten-free due to celiac. We did have to talk to a more experienced person at the counter, but they were able to explain that They put down aluminum foil on the grill so that our corn tortillas don't get crossed contaminated by the flour tortillas. And the meat is made only on a grill with meat so you don't have to worry about cross-contamination there. Staff here were incredibly friendly and kind. They even checked up on us while we were eating and made sure everything was okay. The food was delicious and had pretty good flavor. The steak quesadilla was decently filled. It kind of reminded me of a small burrito. The al pastor nachos were delicious. A little smaller than I've had recently at another location but enjoyed all of it. The meats were flavorful and moist. I don't like corn, but I enjoyed sharing their street corn every time with my wife. I always ask for extra of their jalapeños - love the spice and flavor. The guava basil and lime aqua Fresca are our favorite - a little sweet, but nothing a little soda water or ice didn't fix. What topped off my dinner date with my wife was the playlist! This is literally our go to spot whenever my boyfriend and I are in Princeton. The service is always great. I think we waited for our tacos for less then 10mins. We always order something different to try out their menu and the food never disappoints. It is also reasonably priced for a restaurant in such a popular college town. I think each taco is around $5, and they are loaded with food. I had to eat the stuffing with my fork before I could actually pick up my taco to eat!! For drinks they have a few option, like the signature Jarritos, coca cola and some branded water. The inside of the restaurant is pretty cool too! There are loads of light up signs, a mural and they always have some cute quote written on the blackboard. We genuinely love eating there! Very good Mexican food. It is very loud and chaotic, which resulted in us not getting the order quite right. We wanted a burrito and instead ended up getting some kind of burrito bowl. Not tragic as it was delicious. The spicy chicken on it had a very nice kick to it. The nachos were also very good. The chips were thicker than I normally like but they had to be because the ingredients on top were hearty and heavy. The seating is a challenge but we were able so share with some strangers. Because of the great food and services it usually has quite a few customers but it truly depends on when you go. Golden Avocado was awesome with the Chipotle sauce, as well as the street corn, which was grilled perfectly, sauced, and seasoned well. The music was pumping, creating a fun energetic atmosphere. You can feel the energy in the food and preparation. The decor is cool and modern. Even the lemonade was really good. Felix and his staff are sending out some killer food. i love tacoria but this location is a hit or miss with the food. my go to is a brussel sprout bowl and sometimes its delicious and flavorful, but theres also times where its lacking flavors and the brussel sprouts are rock hard and not cooked. this week i got a bowl and the brussel sprouts were burnt on the outside but completely hard still. I've gone to this Princeton location three separate times in the last 7 months. All of those times I've woken up to food poisoning at 3-4 in the morning. The third time I woke up I was throwing up for an hour at 4:15am The first two times I went, I got a chicken quesadilla w chips and salsa. Third time was just chips and salsa! I thought maybe, just maybe it could've been me or something after the first two times, maybe it was something I had ate before, earlier in the day, but after three times there is no doubt in my mind that someone contaminated the food or something is off with the food. The common denominator in all of the times was chips and salsa so I'd at a very minimum stay clear of that which is ridiculous as it's about as basic of a food as it comes. Came here for dinner an on a Friday night and it was pretty crowded. We ordered the Al pastor bowl, golden avocado tacos and a side of golden avocados. The Al pastor bowl was delicious. The pork and pineapples make such a good combo. The other ingredients of the bowl married everything together. The tomatoes added an ice freshness, the cheese added a nice saltiness and the sour cream added a nice richness. The golden avocado tacos were also excellent. The avocados themselves were perfectly fried and crispy on the outside. The chipotle sauce gave it a nice Smokey spice and tangy-ness. We find we always want more avocados in the tacos so we order an extra side order of it. Overall, this place is solid for fast made to order mexican food. Aside from the delicious food, the staff is super friendly and very attentive. The spot is smack dab in the middle of Princeton University world so it's frequented by students. The music is pretty loud and festive and keeps up with the fast paced shelling out of the piping hot dishes. You really can't go wrong with any of their menu items!
