First off, I never leave bad reviews AND I am writing this review about 6 months after the fact, so with all that being said... When I showed up I sat in the drive through line for about 20 minutes. We not only received the incorrect food but were treated as if nobody knew what was going on. They then took the food, back and gave us the wrong food again. Once they finally gave us the correct food, they refunded us for something they didn't want to make (not sure why we didn't get that specific item?) Overall we were in the drive though line from start to finish for about 30 minutes. There were two other cars in line the entire time we were there. This was a pathetic performance from the employees. I hope this gets/has been resolved since then. I wouldn't recommend going here, however maybe it's changed. read more

We had to continuously repeat ourselves, they handed us the wrong order, we ordered the street chalupa with NO cilantro and onion- then when we got what we thought was the correct order, there was onion & cilantro on it anyways This is not the first time theyve messed up our order and it's getting to be ridiculous read more

I went here for some fries from both kfc and the taco bell plus chicken, a couple burritos, and one of them $20 chicken boxes. We got less than half of our order despite having waited a while and they got most of it wrong, also the lady running the cash register seemed out of it. The place appeared to be run down too. My Mexican pizza came out with crispy corn tortillas instead of flour. Whenever I order sour cream on the pizza, it usually has cream on all four slices. This time it was only on 1/4. My beam and cheese burrito came out room temperature at best and the tortilla was stale and dry around the edges. The drive-through order taker did not even know that they were all out of crispy flour tortillas for the Mexican pizzas and he was actually very courteous (he had a red goatee and should probably be promoted to assistant manager). Seriously the WORST Taco Bell ever. Employees are rude and lazy and often disrespectful. I have tried twice with them and both times my order was SO extremely wrong it wasn't even funny. Did you know "no tomatoes" also means "no beef"? Me either. Thanks Ellsworth. Even tried to order something off the KFC menu in hopes it would be correct, don't even know why I attempted. Each time I called to say something I was hung up on, even when we ended up buying for a group (the first time) and spending well over 80$. I'll never go back, and it kills me because the wait time for both of my experiences was insane. Even at the window. 2nd time I tried this dive. This time, they were too busy to come wait on us. A worker told the person running the counter that we were there and she yelled at him that she was busy. Taco Bell/KFC Ellsworth has 0/10 customer service but if you want a good laugh come anyways. We Ordered the 2 piece Deal from KFC. The worker had no clue how to ring it up not to mention the rest of the staff was "running with their heads cut off" so the worker got no help. The floors were more sticky than kids slime on carpet. 7/17/2018 I arrived at 10:28 am to the drive through window. Finally, a voice came on and announced they would be open at 10:30 am. Not apologizing but very cold and uninviting. I had waited several minutes and this female voice was so rude. I left and went somewhere else. It is no wonder most of the reviews are negative. Hospitality and customer service seem to have left the building. If I were a manager I would be very involved with change. Combo taco bell KFC. They do not carry breakfast! Otherwise a typical Taco Bell/kfc experience.

SO we went to this location tonight here in Ellsworth and the service was probably the worst i habe ever had. The crew was completely unaware of what they were doing. (As is the case every time we have been there) They handed us food three different times in the drive through that was wrong orders. We then asked for a refund and a "line cook" with an attitude problem decided to be a big bitch to us about it and didn't even know anything about the menu. Never mind the fact that this problem is not ours it is theirs and to be nasty and rude because your a screw up is wrong. 50 minutes sitting waiting for the right food and then denied a refund. I don't know where they learn customer service but someone needs to get it together in there because that place just lost my and probably about ten other peoples business because they can't figure out their jobs i wish i could give a lower rating than this because they are a zero in my book. This Kfc/Taco bell is terrible... There were 4 of us and we purchase enough food to cover for lunch and dinner. So a Kfc family meal for dinner and a taco bell item each for lunch. The taco bell items were made wrong and just tasted terrible. I orded a burrito which was for some reason flat when i got it.
