When lunch came, it was just placed and the waiter came and asked "how it was." My response was I haven't tried it yet. The enchilada was mostly rice, with some chicken, and the cheese sauce on the top was COLD. Pretty much the worst enchilada I remember. I ate 1/2 and waited for the waiter to come so I could get a check. English was a struggle for my waiter. I asked for $1 back from my $20 to cover lunch and tip. Said it a couple times, and he eventually just brought me full change to let me leave a tip. Normally, I would have just rounded up and left the $20, but it was just so bad I couldn't.
