We just came from Taco Bell took them 32 min to give us our to go order. We watched three people walk out and two groups get a refund. Due to lack of help they had locked the doors. I honestly don't know why this place is even open anymore. Used to be a great Taco Bell about 10 years ago but WOW. I don't know if the employees are high or drunk but I definitely had an extraordinary experience. I went for a Dorito Locos Taco and some nachos. Waited for an ungodly amount of time in the drive up before it was my turn. At this point I was greeted with, we are basically out of everything but nachos lol. I was like alright cool, I'll get nachos. I waited and waited....and waited. There was a car in front of me at the window. They drive off at some point and I pulled forward thinking they got their food. NOPE. The guys pops out of the window shouting, "three large sodas!!" At me lol and I'm like um that's not mine. So he pops back inside the window and I wait and wait..and WAIT. For nachos. NACHOS. Anyway, he pops back out with a bag with my nachos and at this time, the pickup truck behind me revs their engine and drives over the curb to get out of whatever kind of hell this is. While they do this, the guy in the window is really stretched out the window shaking his fist and yelling about how that's illegal haha. I try to give him money and he said it was free haha. I mean if I didn't get nachos, I think the entertainment was enough to satisfy me. But this is a legit review and even though the experience was outrageously hilarious and my nachos were free, it was bad. So very bad. I just don't understand how, in what universe, they are still open. They cannot be making any money. read more

If I could give less stars I would. Normally this Taco Bell is pretty decent but apparently not tonight. Pulled up to the drive through and saw some workers on break screwing around and being obnoxious and loud. When we started ordering the guy taking our order was very short with us. If we paused for a moment he started getting mad and asking if we were there. Did that about 3 times. I ordered a crunchwrap supreme with no tomatoes. Apparently that means no tomatoes or lettuce or the crunchy taco that makes it a CRUNCHwrap. And it was folded into a triangle. The rest of our food was okay. But we felt so rushed by the guy that we didn't fully order. And when our food was finally ready they pushed it out the window without a word and shut it before we could say a word. What the ef?! Serious?! Don't understand why the drive through is taking over 15 minutes.I'm just two cars from the window. Serious?? Not good. I'd give this taco bell a 0 star if it was a option. All I ordered was a Cinnabon bites and this was nasty. Tasted like some cooking oil. My wife's drink tastes pretty nasty too. Wasted my time and money. Threw everything away once I got home. I've loved taco bell for so long. but i stopped at this particular one and got a cravings box with an EXTRA CHEESY GORDITA CRUNCH, but it was NOT given to me. and when i went to kindly resolve to situation and get my beautiful CDC, the dumb manager woman ACCUSED ME OF LYING AND SAID I WAS WRONG. i showed her coworker and he resolved the situation. but if i ever get "help" from that so called manager, expect her to catch these hands. read more

Why can't I have meat in my taco? And why is the sour cream watered down? The tacos weren't too bad but nothing to make me want to return. I'm hoping this review will help Taco Bell work out these kinks and improve. I know you can do better. read more

We asked for our money back after waiting for 20 minutes for an order for two people. There were other people ahead of us who had been waiting for over 30 mins. The girl at the register was poorly trained and they seemed very understaffed yet unapologetic about their poor service. The owner/managers should be ashamed. read more

This restaurant business policy is a little finch I was served by a person first day even thought the cashiers did a good job the chief made constant mistakes I came up a few times before stoping because my order was still wrong. The restaurant has also has good on a few Items but overall I think this restaurant has so improving the cash register person was at least good and the few items they got right were delicious but it has a lot to improve. read more

If this wasn't the last Taco Bell before you get to the oil patch, I would of never even ordered after walking in. Every single table was dirty and the chips and taco shells were stale. So unless you need to get your fix before you get to the patch, id just keep drivin. read more

Waited twenty minutes for my food. Watched orders that came after mine brought out first. Get to my hotel and a solid 95% of my order was wrong. And let me tell you it was a difficult order. 2 cheesy potato burritos which were correct and then a twelve pack tacos no lettuce. Apparently no lettuce overwhelms a non busy location to the point that they can no longer remember the order of things or how to read a screen. This location has been out of beef before and I'm just beside myself with disappointment with the young "adults" they have manning the store. read more

Waited for 30 minutes to get food, messed up our order, were "out" of sour cream AND nacho cheese, asked for a refund because we were still waiting, no one knew how so we just left without food or a refund because we didn't have time to wait for that junk. Last night at about 9pm there was a brown folding chair blocking the drive thru. So we went inside. It was filthy. The guy behind the counter, looked at my husband and I and said.... "We are out of cheese, we are out of lettuce, and we don't have any soda. Can't help you". I started to look around and really noticed how dirty it was. We left of course. The staff went out the back door, and started smoking in the parking lot. I'm really sorry I interrupted their break. We didn't really need the dirty looks. I wouldn't even give this place one star! I have gone to this place several times and refuse to even go back. Their can be 4 cars in the drive through at 10pm and it will take over a half hour to get your food and when you do get it it's cold or wrong. The employees are rude and act like they are from the ghetto and the place is dirty. The thing that topped it off for me was seeing one of the employees with an uncovers open wound on his arm and handling food. read more

It's so great that their employees routinely manage to mess up orders, not even including the wrong items but just not including them. You'd think the screen that has it on there for them would be a help. I think laziness and the hope that their customers won't check their order is the deciding factor in barely doing their jobs. read more

Let me start by saying my favorite Mexican place that I usually go to is apparently closed on Tuesday's, so my fall back is always a Taco Bell. Through work I've probably been to over 100 of them, and this is how I rate fast food chains; I compare one Taco Bell to another, I don't compare them to actual Mexican places because that is not fair. This Taco Bell is probably the best I've ever been to. It was about 3pm, a usually slow time, which it was. The young girl who took my order was named Ta-Yanah (according to my receipt) and she was perfect. She said hello, took my order, then asked if I wanted my receipt (which I declined), no extra stuff like, "would you like to make it medium or large," or the one every Taco Bell says, "follow the instructions on the back of your receipt for a chance to win $500." I hate hearing all the extra stuff so Ta-Yanah was a perfect cashier, and after she took my order she went out and started cleaning. I got my food in about 5 minutes, and let me tell you, for being dead, I've never received food so hot and fresh. The chips and cheese nachos were crispy and the cheese was probably 200 degrees. The hard taco I received was filled with lots of beef and filled over the top with lettuce and cheese. The beef was good too because it wasn't watered down, so there was no dripping of nasty grease as I ate it. And the potato burrito was also filled to the max with great crispy potato squares and an even distribution of the other things. The food is great and if I had a Taco Bell closer to my home that was like is one, I'd eat it every other day. Whoever is the manager or owner of this branch should be proud of their workers because they all stayed busy and worked even when the store wasn't busy. As I left I forgot I had a gift card and I got an extra burrito to-go just because it was that good. So as far as Taco Bells go, this one is still the old style interior, but it's top of the scale when it comes to quality and service. 5 STARS!!!! read more
