The hours are wrong it's open at 11am, staff makes you wait for them and the food is over cooked.

I have eaten here plenty of times and the staff always treated me well and with a smile, even a joke or 2! They aren't cheap with their portions, they don't weigh each portion like TB expects, (like the old days when I worked there). These people that work there are awesome! They made me feel right at home when I went there, and always got my order correct they work well together and have a good time doing it. Great staff, great food for white Mexican food, I have liked it since I was a little kid when I could get a bean burrito and pintos and cheese all for under a buck! Now they don't sell pintos n cheese and bean burritos are up to around $3. But you got to remember, Prices increase everywhere 400% EVERYTIME the minimum wage goes up just a buck or $2. Or even a wage increase as little as fifty cents. I loved Taco bell so much I got a job at Taco bell in 1981 when I was 16 making $2.25 an hour and burritos were .69 cents. This Taco Bell has been through the ringer they had employees selling cocaine out of there once they can't keep the employees because their wages suck . And this Taco Bell's only open till 5:00 p.m. that's it ! 1 hour wait at 3 in the afternoon!! Ya! To top it off I ordered ahead on my app to buy me some time ordered when I was 30 mins outside of town! Waiting in line for 20 minutes just to talk to me, anther 10 to get my order together while I waiting in line two kids are standing outside one is smoking is vape the other is ride is bike around in the parking lot there is 6 cars behind me, haven't even bothered to talk to me. (My order should be done at this point) Finally after 20 mins they want to take my order (hey I ordered ahead ok pull up ) Get to the window finally while two employees are at least attempting to try and be productive and get orders out the door one is standing there flipping his hat in the air dinking around, the actual restaurant isn't even open, just drive up, so explain to me why this is so overwhelming and hard to do.while you have no face to face customer service to even handle or clean up in the restaurant...(Understaffed is not an excuse while there is people dinking around I could physically see them doing absolutely nothing) it's not an understaffed problem it's a work ethic problem. I've visited this place often, the food almost always comes made incorrectly, poorly portioned or just plain buggered up. Drive through operates horribly slow, staff is generally nice but not very good for whatever the reason. These folks were awesome. LATE night at Sanfords and we were dying for some food. Walk up and the store is closed early. We try to walk through the drive through trick and they said our bad. Opened up the store for us so we could walk in and order. SWEET. Normal Taco Bell menu. As I said I haven't used the drive through but they were extremely accommodating. Food was hot and fresh. Made properly and not just slopped together. Clean store and lobby/counters. Would visit again. read more

Food was good but went inside and only 2 people on front of us and a few cars in the drive thru and took the 6 people we saw working there today at 3:15pm 50 minutes to make our food. This is definitely not the meaning of fast food. Won't have much business in this newly remodeled business if they don't step it up notch. Won't be going there anymore! Also screwed up my combo and didn't give me a soft taco with my combo instead of a hard taco and didn't get my side of sour cream I ordered. They also hadn't given my boyfriends son his cinnamon twists amd he had to go back in to get them.. Didn't notice until we got it home! Ok to preface I'm a vegan and have been for a while now. And I've been to different Taco Bell's and never had an issue. So when we pulled up to the thing, I ordered a chalupa cravings box with no meat, cheese, and sour cream. Then I added black beans. Now I understand that it's a lot of work, and it's weird but if your working in fast food you have to deal with it anyways. You could obviously tell that the guy was already annoyed. So I was like-oof. He was rushing us along and his customer service skills weren't great. We pull up to the window and he hands us the box a good minute before everything else. We get all of our stuff and pull away. I open the box and open my burrito and bite into it. It was just beans and NACHO CHEESE but it isn't actual cheese so I wasn't very concerned about it. Then I open my plain taco and normally there is tomatoes and lettuce and all that good stuff on it. There was beans and shredded cheese. Nothing more, nothing less. So I was obviously mad but we weren't gonna turn around so I just set it to the side and said "Oh well..." no one likes those anyways. Then I opened my chalupa, my only hope for redemption. I open the wrapper and not only was there shredded cheese on it, there was also sour cream. I was livid. So overall for my messed up meal, cold nacho fries, and poor customer service you have earned yourself a one-star review but only because I can't leave a no-star review. This place is bad even for a Taco Bell and has the distinction of being the worst fast-food place we've ever been to in America. It's dirty, the restrooms stink like urine and were out of tissue, the employees listless and careless. The person who took my order wasn't wearing a uniform and had food spattered on his clothes. Our order took 20 minutes to prepare even though there were only two people ahead of us in line, and when we finally got our food it had been thrown willy-nilly into the bag and was a jumbled mess. The box my nachos came in was filthy and smeared with muck from the hands of one of the food preparers. We ended up throwing out half our food without eating it. In short, it appears that the owner puts zero thought into running his restaurant. read more

We pulled into the drive through around 130pm to place a small order. The screen to verify our order was not working; when he read our order back, 3 out of 4 items was wrong. I started to correct the order, but he still didn't understand. I have him the benefit of the doubt, and just thought something must have been wrong with the speaker, and I went inside. Boy, was I wrong. We went in and ordered, and the cashier was very nice. She read our items back, and got all of the items correct. We paid, and sat down to wait. After 15 minutes, we went back to the counter. There were no cars in the drive through, and one person standing at the counter. I asked him if the bag in front of him was his order (in case it was mine and they had forgotten to call our name). He said, well, it's part of my order. He had items missing. Then another man came up to the counter, it was the man who ordered before us. He hadn't gotten his order either. And the cashier was nowhere to be found. She was out sweeping the parking lot for some reason. At this point, pat of the guy's order before us was brought out (not complete as we soon found out...). I asked if it would be much longer for mine. I told her my order number. She said she would be able to get started on it now. Twenty minutes after we ordered! Then, for some reason, she gave me a bean burrito. (I think she thought we were just waiting for that, when we actually hadn't received any food at all...) At this point two more employees came out and started making food. The other cook left right when she told me she was going to start making our food. The cashier came by, gave us free soda, and apologized. She was very nice. But waiting over half an hour for food which was sloppily made and had to be reassembled by us in order to be eaten is unacceptable! read more

This is a reaaally bad Taco Bell. At Taco Bells, you're used to eating greasy food that kinda spills out when you eat it, but this place was on another level. Most employees are idiots, something is usually broken or out, and the food is inconsistent. I had a soft taco that was sitting in water for some reason and a quesadilla that wasn't even cooked all the way. I'm not here to be the drive-thru lady's best friend, I'm here for food and the food here was good!! I got two supreme tacos and tostada. They got my order modifications right. When I asked for extra sauce packets, she hooked it up. Barely any wait for my food at all. The tacos were STUFFED with ground beef. More than I have ever had at any of the kajillion TB's I've been to around the nation. They gave me my extra lettuce too! Ya know how many TB's have screwed me outta that? I've been here a few times since I moved to Dickinson and it gets worse every visit. Today I ordered a CHICKEN burrito and they gave me beef. Second hand story from a co-worker: at appox. 11 pm on a recent Friday, he went to the drive thru and was told they were out of beef, chicken and steak. They told him he could have anything without meat, mixed in between many racial slurs and cursing by the staff. This is not the first time I've heard similar stories. This place is poorly managed and obviously doesn't know how to keep up with inventory. Either that, or they have a staff that just doesn't car. Either way, poor management. we are from out of state and travel for our jobs. We stopped in this Taco bell about a month ago the whole place was nasty and the employees were rude. We stopped in tonight after the inside had closed but the drive through was open and we haul large trailers and so we walked up to the window and was told they couldn't give us service if we could not drive through. I stopped here on a Saturday night for a quick meal from the drive thru. I can't comment on the appearance of the inside or much else other than the one worker I came in contact with. Service was just okay, nothing special, and everything was ready in a decent amount of time. It wasn't lightning fast, perhaps because they took time to prepare it.
