I like taco bell, its great. I've only been through the drive thru... They are very nice, always asking if I need sauce and uhh yea most def. Need sauce! I recommend going here if you are low on cash and have the munchies! read more

We ordered and sat for over 30 minutes, we had to leave cause of a important event we had to get to, we had to leave before we even got our food, and there were multiple people waiting when we had to leave. read more

The bell sucks when in for a bean burrito waited 20 minutes then the employee sees everyone in the dining room oh shit we have a lot of customers who are waiting for food naturally they f----up every order so I bean burrito I recieved 3 taco's and 3 chicken dinner that I didn't pay Hire people who are competent and the managers are incompetent also well when ai takes maybe service with be corrected read more

45 minutes wait for food this place needs to be shut down. Food was made wrong. oh and it gets better. One staff member is sitting on the ground in the back. The cashier just stands there and doesn't go help in the back and the last thing charged 2.99 for a cup of WATER read more

This Taco Bell is a DISASTER. The food is consistently old and poorly made. I recently got a taco that was FULLY unwrapped and carelessly thrown into my bag. The worst part is this isn't the first time. Or the last time The staff clearly doesn't care about quality or customer satisfaction; they just slap things together. It is unbelievably disguising that my food isn't wrapped half the time. I actually drive to Taco Bells in Joliet, Bradley, or Morris to avoid this place. That's wayyy out of my way. Hopefully, things will improve, but right now, it's a waste of money and time. Also, I understand customer service can be tough, but the eye-rolling and attitude over simple orders are unacceptable. Don't take your frustrations out on the customers. The brunette during the afternoons rolled her eyes at me while I was placing my order AND when I came up to tell her it was made wrong. Very rude and unprofessional. I shouldn't have to be giving an attitude over asking for food I PAID for. I truly can't think of any good things to say about this Taco Bell. I know I'm not alone when it comes this opinion. read more

This is a good Taco Bell. Staff is friendly and quick with orders and the food is always correct and made properly.

Open 24/7 my behind! I pulled up at 11:05 pm. We didn't receive a response from the speaker nor when we pulled up to the window. This was extremely disappointing as we wanted Taco Bell for dinner. I'm not sure how you can make this any better. read more

I ordered a 5 pice tender meal, it was missing a tender and the sprite had hair and looked to be bread in there. there was also this lady at the window that just kept staring. never going their again. read more

Hours are wrong on everything . worker said they close at 11. the sign on the window and online it's plastered everywhere they close at 12. ridiculous. read more

I want to say, this place has come really far with the staffing changes! When I moved here 2 years ago we used to dread it knowing we'd have to wait 20-30+ minutes for our food and often be missing items. I got upset once because the workers closed over an hour early and ducked behind the register when I pulled through. Really immature. As of late, the staff has been friendly and quick. It's down to a 10-15 minute wait and I haven't had a missing item yet. It is Taco Bell and I don't expect everyday to be perfect, but wanted to say I'm pleasantly surprised with the upward transition this location is having! Good job guys!! read more

great service and amazing food I got my food right in time and it tasted delicious. Plus the people were so nice when serving I would most definitely come here again to eat some of delicious amazing fantastic tacos. read more

Unfortunately, in this area, people are too stupid to work at Taco Bell. Over 15 minutes to get my order made at drive-thru. Why have a drive-thru if you can't even work it? Enough said. read more

Taco Bell / KFC - Fast Food Near Me - Diamond, Illinois

We were driving back from Central Illinois and decided to stop at Taco Bell for a snack. The store is spotless. The staff were friendly and the food was good. I'm not anti Taco Bell. No. It isn't authentic Mexican food. It's Taco Bell. I had a Nacho Bell Grande and a grilled cheese steak burrito. I have to admit I like that they have a diet Baja Blast. It's nice to get a non Cola for a change. I also like their Diablo sauce which has a hint of lime. Again. Reviewing Taco Bell at 5v a tars is saying excellent gadt food. It is not like going to Rosebud. read more

On Thursday the 13th of June I bought 3 regular tacos. I got food poisoning after eating them. I have been sick ever since. I was in the hospital for it. If you are wanting tacos, I recommend you go somewhere else. I don't think they are very clean at this location. read more

Literally the slowest fast food place I've ever been to. I just spent 20 minutes in the drive thru for two burritos. The employees are always very friendly and get the order right. Please hire more help or something because this is ridiculous. read more

Okay. Fast food it's not. The quality of the food is good as we've never had anything taste bad, but... The drive through is always backed up for some reason. To top it off, they've messed up by missing meals that I've ordered by either not typing it in or not putting it in a bag. I'd have checked the bag at the window during today's visit, but sitting for 40 minutes in line kind of puts me off. And even if I did check, god knows how long it'd be to get the last item. I'm not mad at the employees, they're friendly and doing what they can, but management needs to prep and predict better Oddly, the restaurant itself is practically empty, which shouldn't make a difference. read more

Extremely poor customer service not to mention it takes 30+ minutes to go through the drive through for any order

The slowest service at a fast food place ever... you will wait in line 10-25 minutes everytime!!! The food is fine.. it's Taco Bell you can't really screw it up.. I realize it's a small town and no one wants to work right now. But maybe try and hire some new employees read more

For the love of God! I'm trying to give you guys another chance but Jesus. Start using parking spots for bigger orders. I want 1 taco. 1! And I've been sitting in this drive through for 30 minutes with no way of getting out! Come on, use your brainssss!! read more

Just spent 40 minutes in the drive thru for no sauce when I asked for some, and my boyfriends wings to be made with the wrong sauce. Not even the first time I've had bad service here. Didn't have the supplies to make tacos myself tonight or else we would've saved ourselves the trouble. read more

Took my wife a LONG time to get the order through the drive thru. She gets home, 2 of the 4 orders were right. The other 2 orders were just random stuff thrown in the bag. Not even remotely close to what she ordered. Now she has to go back to get the right stuff we were suppose to get in the first place. She should've checked it I guess but, should you really have to check the order you just placed? It's not the telephone game. Communication shouldn't be that poor. I'm sure they will resolve it but the point is she shouldn't have to go back to get our correct order, it should've been correct in the first place. I don't have trouble at this location during the day, it's just at night. read more

I agree with Drew. Its a Taco Bell. But compared to the Taco Bell in Morris where I live, this place is the Gold Standard! The Taco Bell in Morris sucks. Here you actually get meat and cheese in and on your burritos, tacos, etc. read more

I would give it 0 stars if I could. It never fails, every time I come here they mess up my order. Something is either missing or not what I ordered. I don't understand what is so difficult about getting someone's order correct. I'm so tired of it. Hire a new staff. Also this is a fast food restaurant, I shouldn't be waiting 30 min for my food every time either. read more

Taco Bell in diamond Illinois , stop there today ordered a beef melt burrito , thought it looked real good on the menu , in much to my surprise the person that put it together had everything separated the rice was on one side and the beef was on the other side with the cheese in it, you would think that ithe they would spread it out evenly a Cro the burrito shell not in Individual spots across the burrito shell , will not order again. read more

Currently stuck in the drive thru line. Every single time I come here, I wait for over 20 minutes. They never have enough employees working. I give them the benefit of the doubt every time I come and every time I am disappointed. read more

The drive thru is still a staggering issue. I recently sat in line for ~30 min. It's unacceptable, especially considering this location is no longer "new" and most certainly has a grasp on vehicle traffic by now. Open up that other window! read more

If I had to compare it to other taco bells, 5/5. But it's still just a Taco Bell, I mean nobody comes here for authentic Mexican food. read more

The absolute worse drive thru I have ever been to in my entire life!!!!! The absolute slowest line I had to sit in for over 30 minutes. Where is their management? I am not from here and had a long drive home, so I got off here for a pit stop. Never in a million years did I ever think I would sit in a line this long. Horrible horrible experience and I will never get off of this exit ever again! Waste of my time!!! read more

Oh dear God this is the slowest drive-thru service I've ever dealt with! three cars in front of me, each vehicle pulling away with a single bag of food and I've been waiting for 15 minutes read more

I know it's difficult during a pandemic but we ordered a chalupa supreme with no meat but instead beans. We were in the drive thru because the inside isn't open. So we get the food and on the chalupa is only lettuce and sour cream nothing else. So we go back into the drive thru long line and ask for another one and they end up saying that we the customers didn't say beans. Oh and all the sauce packets were squirted on each other in the bag. read more

Slowest drive they ever !! 8 minutes in line and there was only 2 cars ahead of me. First car got bags and buckets of food, and when I got my food it was cold and the tacos were broken. Never again will I go there! read more

Absolutely the slowest service from a taco bell. At least they are consistent tho. Haven't been here yet and experienced fast food. Arrived in the drive thru line at 703, placed order at 716, received order at 722. Just short of 20 mins so I give them credit last time I was in line for 21 mins. Management has to be clueless because it looks like it's been slow since January. To think...these folks want 15 bucks an hour? It's laughable. You may be the only taco bell in town but I think I'll start looking else where for "fast" food. read more

I love the place has an excellent decor. If there is a problem with your food the manager will come out apologize for what happened. Then give you new food or a discount for the mistake. Food comes out fast hot and is freshly made. read more

I'd say odds of getting a correct order are 50/50. Food is also very unpredictable, sometimes it what you expect from any Taco Bell. But sometimes it's just crappy. And they are still so SLOW!! read more
