The place wasn't too busy, and I had to wait a few minutes for my food. Generally, that means they are making it fresh. Nope. This was definitely under a warmer - but not for too long. It still tasted pretty good, but it wasn't fryer fresh like my recent review of the Downers Grove location. And why did it take a few minutes if it was under a warmer? Condiments are out where you can get them on the left side of the counter, with lids and cutlery on the left side of the Coke Drink unit. I did use the bathroom. While it didn't smell, it's clear nobody has cleaned the bowl of the urinal in the mens room for entirely too long. Black is not a good color even there. The inside is KFC heaven - tons of stuff.
