And twice, it hasn't been delivered after an hour and a half. In fact, neither order was ever delivered -- to me! Both times, I called the store. The first time, the man who answered the phone said the driver delivered it but couldn't find the front porch and put it on the back porch. There was nothing by my front door, and definitely nowhere to put it in my backyard since there is no back porch. This time, he issued a credit refund to my card. The second time occurred today, 9/11/2026, with an order placed at 4:54 PM, and a complaint call to the store an hour and a half later. The man on the phone again said the driver had delivered it, but when he tried to call the driver there was no answer. He agreed to give me a credit, but now I'm not sure if he meant a store credit or another credit refund to my card, which hasn't yet appeared on my statement. Frankly, I'm too pissed off to call the store back yet again or deal with them any further. And a store credit will do me no good because I will certainly never order from here again. But I do hope that someone in the neighborhood enjoyed the free pizzas I never received! So I've actually never even tasted a Jet's Pizza -- not that I haven't tried, twice! This 16" thing was barely half eaten before everyone threw in the towel. The bitterness was overwhelming. Doughy and bitter tasting. I wasn't even going to leave a review but instead move on, but I combed through some of the reviews and quickly found somebody talking about the bitter flavor as well which prompted this. That's a wild flavor profile that you would never think to relate to pizza. Someone posted on a Lockport Facebook page asking what the best pizza spot was in the area. The ingredients are fresh, the recipe is very good and the flavors are all there. But, is this a true NY style pizza? No it is not. There is an art to a New York pie that is very hard to master. It requires a special kind of dough with a little bit of semolina to crisp it up, you need to have three layers on an NY pie that include a firm paper, thin crust that doesn't collapse when you pick it up, a soft, cheesy thin layer of dough and sauce. If you do it right, you'll even get some heavenly dough bubbles that crisp up as well. While I loved the pizza here it is not an NY pie if that's what you're looking for. Will I go back? Absolutely!

They usually have a sandwich board out front when they're open so just go in there. Go around to the back. There's a counter to order at and more seating. It's about $12 for the Garlic Knots. We got these and they were great for sharing. Bad thing is these are often sold out. That's no surprise because these are by far the cheapest thing. It's $20 or more for a pizza. These are just regular sized pizzas. Crazy prices to be honest. They may be good but it's way too much for this. Great pizzas as long as you can get past the high prices and running out of so many ingredients and items. It's closed Mondays and Tuesdays. They have pretty limited menu and they still run out of whatever.
