Pizzas are very good. There are two types of wood fired crust, one is more crispy and the other is more New York style. The restaurant is kind of small not for large parties and the chairs & tables are high back so it may present an issue if you have mobility problems but overall I'm looking forward to trying them again. Never again. Not sure what to think here. I called couple weeks ago to try them for the first time. I asked if I could get spaghetti with marinara sauce no cheese. Lady totally got it. Went on a Saturday afternoon for lunch. Excellent service from the waitress but the pizza was a mess. Ordered a margherita pizza. Pizza was underdone and incredibly soggy and falling apart in the middle. THEY PUT THE BASIL ON BEFORE PUTTING IT IN THE OVEN. Needless to say, my basil leaves were completely black and bitter/burnt tasting. YUCK. I mean come on, everyone knows the basil goes on as soon as the pizza comes OUT of the oven... Not before... My pizza's underside also had several areas that were extremely black/burnt. I think it was more the leftover debris from a dirty oven rather than being overcooked. Rating 3.5 stars Had to meet up with someone in this town and found this place on Yelp with averagely good reviews so I decided to go there. The place is not that big, has approximately 6 tables and seats at the counter bar. We arrived at about 8PM knowing that the place closes at 9PM but we were hoping they would give us some time to eat past 9PM like 10-15 minutes. Once we sat down we were told that last order is at 8:15PM. So we placed orders quickly and the food didn't take too long. Around 10 minutes before 9PM, they came by and asked if I wanted a box to go. That made me feel like they wanted us out right on the dot which is a bit disappointing. Another disappointing thing is that they overcharged the taxes and also charged the tip on the taxes which I found out about that after we've left the place. What a gem of a pizza place. If you like Neapolitan pizza you will love this place. The pizzas are made right there next to the dining area so you can watch your pizza slide into the brick oven. The staff is amazing. They are so friendly and accommodating. They are always interested in your experience and the level of service you receive is hard to beat. Their cocktails are always made with attention to detail and taste amazing. I am an old fashioned snob and they make one of the best in town. They make it right. It is well balances, there is no fruit muddled and they never just add a filler (soda water). They use large ice cubes and it is always amazingly balanced. I've always spoken very highly of Forno Pizzeria and visit quite often because the food is great and the service is usually outstanding -- especially when the manager is there. He always keeps things running smoothly, the staff is attentive, and the food comes out promptly. Unfortunately, my visit yesterday was very disappointing. I went with a friend to celebrate her birthday, and our waitress, Kaitlyn, provided some of the worst service I've experienced there. From the start, her attitude was unpleasant. When I asked her a simple question, she turned away as if she didn't want to be bothered, and throughout the entire visit she only acknowledged my friend -- not me. It was uncomfortable and disrespectful. When there's more than one guest at a table, eye contact and communication should include everyone. I felt completely ignored, as if I wasn't even there. On top of that, our pizzas took unusually long to arrive, despite the restaurant not being busy. There was only one other table inside and the patio was empty when I checked. I know many of the waitresses at Forno, and they've always been friendly and professional -- but Kaitlyn's attitude and lack of attentiveness were unacceptable. It was embarrassing to bring a friend there for the first time and have such poor service. Sadly, I chose not to leave a tip because the service simply didn't deserve one. read more

This small Italian restaurant is open to families or perfect for date night. I was unsure whether to order one of their famous pizzas which only takes 5-7 mins from order using their brink oven that's present to view from the bar area. I decided to order the rigatoni pasta which was amazing as well. No matter how full I was I couldn't leave without trying the espresso Affogato for dessert . This place is a hidden gem. Some of the best Italian food we have had in a long while. The bucatini was unbelievable with great sauce. My wife had the chicken Parmesan sandwich and it was large enough for two and also taste great. The staff were very friendly. We will be back next time we are in town for sure. read more

They just don't get the oven right. If you are going to advertise pizza like this you should really work to craft it correctly and not be in such a hurry to get out the door on a Saturday evening. The pizza was raw in the middle, burnt on the edges and this has happened several times. It was like they dumped a cup of water in the middle of the pizza.
