It appeared the owner was the cook and she went to pick up a kid from school. Hire more people. Then when I finally got my food the bacon was half cooked and thrown on the sandwich. The potato salad was also on the outside the potato salad container where you could not hold it as it was so messy. I decided that would be the last time I would go there. The prices are high enough that it should be higher standards. Then to top it off I didn't see the real friendly waitresses there any more. Sad because they did have good food at one time.

The table side of the restaurant only had one table filled and the bar was about half full. Despite the fact that they weren't busy at the time we had to flag down a staff member to take our order for both food and drinks. Our food arrived with no plates to share our appetizers or silverware. Again, had to flag someone down. Then we sat for a while with our empty plates in front of us and empty drinks. When my date tried to ask the server near us if we could have a refill she FLAT ignored us. He gently asked 3 times before finally slightly raising his voice. Her snotty response confirmed that she was indeed ignoring us. She did make our drinks but after she made them left them on the bar mat and walked away without a word. Shortly thereafter we asked the same woman for out tab who announced, "she'd get to us when she had a moment". Several other patrons came to the bar while we were there and left because they couldn't get service. I stopped and mentioned the experience to the woman I was told was the manager. She initially claimed she wasn't the manager and then snapped at me about how frustrated they were. To top it off she then proceeded to tell the server that I had complained who announced loudly that she "didn't even care". It became obvious that our complaint had circulated among the staff and we awkwardly sat there waiting for our bill. I know it's Corn Fest weekend but it wasn't even busy and there's no excuse for that. Plenty of places to visit in downtown and Tully Monster won't be one I'll visit again.

Condiments are out where you can get them on the left side of the counter, with lids and cutlery on the left side of the Coke Drink unit. I did use the bathroom.
