Called in ordered lg meat mania pizza and dough nuggets with marinara. They tepeated Order it was correct. They then called back to verify order they confirmed. When pizza arrived it had no meat and we received no marinara sauce with our dough nuggets. we We're over charged $12.00 on our receipt. Called back to make a formal complaint and was on hold for 20 minutes and no one answered. My husband called and was on hold for 25 minutes. Kennedi was doing her best but Marco is another story and would not come to the phone. I would give them a zero if possible. read more

This pizza is so good! I do love their sausage hand tossed pizza, but the pizza is also a bit pricey , I think. The service we use is delivery so I've never been in the restaurant. So ambiance is a mystery. The people we interact with are helpful and punctual. I don't mind spending a little more coin for a good pizza. Try them! read more

We ordered a sausage pizza and a cheese pizza. Both pizzas we ordered were thin crust. The crust itself is good and crispy. The pizzas were cooked perfectly. Their sausage is quite tasty and they give you a fair amount of it. Their prices are average. They do offer coupons as well. There is a decent amount of seating available if you choose to dine in. It is clean and decorated nicely. I would reccomend and will return while in town. read more

The best food in Braidwood, IL. The chef is very friendly and so is the staff. They have a reward system which is great. read more

I was visiting an old friend in this area during a cross country drive. Was in the mood for pizza and this place had the deals! We got a Chicago style at $5 off (Thursdays) and it was good and filling. If you priced this thing by the pound it this is a huge bargain. I could only do one slice. The whole thing might have weighed 3+ pounds. The next day we went back for their everyday $10 thin crust special (because how can you not try a pizza for $10 in 2025??) and again it did not disappoint. This is what we would call a bar or tavern pizza on the east coast. Both pizzas used top, fresh ingredients. The sausage is house made according to the menu and my taste buds. The cheese very plentiful and high quality. If you are driving historic route 66 this is a great beginning or ending stop for some quality food. I'm glad I don't live around there because at these great prices I would gain 10 pounds fast. Also, the interior while small, had the classic pizza place feel and the staff very friendly and helpful. Thanks for the great pizza and prices. read more

Friendly service and delicious food all in one package.order online and 30min order is ready.great job!!

Their pizzas and the deep dish is so delicious. The pastas and salad are delicious. Mostaccioli is really good too. It's local so you're helping out the local businesses which is always good. I hope this helped. Have an amazing day. read more

You'd think I would learn a lesson spending at minimum $700 a year at this place. Food is good when you can get it. They forget something every time. Lamest beef sandwiches ever made right here. No managers are ever "available" . We are done, back to Geos we go. You won't get another dime of our money. read more

Rosati's Pizza - Pizza Near Me - Braidwood, Illinois

Delivered our food in a timely manner. Food was simply delicious. The mango habanero chicken was sweet and slightly spicy not too much, and the chopped salad is definitely something to try. Pizza is always great. read more

I just found out that Rosati's Braidwood was under new ownership. We decided to try them because we miss having a good pizza. The pizza was fantastic. The way pizza should be. Hot fresh and not burnt. The person on the phone was very nice and friendly. I hope others will give the new owners a try. The old owners hurt this business but if the new owners cook the food like what we had tonight, they will thrive. Go back and give them a try. read more

I traveled to Illinois to visit him and he introduced me to the best gyros in town and pizza and wings. The owner Felipe is a kind man and his kids help him run the restaurant. He offered to give me a free jar of peppers, but I ended up leaving a tip for it. Lol.... Please support small business because they're good food is hard to come by. read more

Let me begin by saying that I love Rosati's pizza and have had it from many other of Rosati's chain locations and each store remains very consistent in taste. Not the one in Braidwood. The inside of this location looks like they're being evicted and half-packed to move hurriedly. Behind the counter is a wreck; dirty, grimey and totally disorganized. The woman who rang up my order was wearing what appeared to be pajamas and while you may think I'm exaggerating, she was wearing actual house slippers. There's a male working there, too, who looks more like a bouncer than a cook or staff member. No one wears anything resembling a uniform or food-safety gear. The pizza was meant to be a medium. It looked like a small and was absolutely NOT Rosati's recipe. It looked like the kind of cheap, cardboard pizza you get for $5 at a bar late-night. And for $15?! Total rip-off. This place is unclean, run by seemingly unclean people. Steer clear. Head down a half block to Casey's. You're way better off. read more

Fast, hot pie. We are particular because we grew up around great pizza in Chicago. When we moved to Braidwood we were fearful, but they do a delicious pizza. read more

Growing up in the south suburbs you grow accustomed to being able to find a decent pizza on every corner. When you move out to the boonies not so much. The Braidwood Rosatis is every thing I remember Growing up. The food is excellent the service has always been great. What more could a Southside boy ask for read more

Great pizza and customer service. Plus they have some great coupons. Would definitely go back for the dough ball apps! Also they said they're under new management so looks like things are turning around for them. read more

Was surprisingly very delish pizza antipasto salad was to my liking definitely will order again

This place is usually good food quality wise. However this is their third chance with us. First they had nothing we wanted to order. Well, that happened twice and now..I'm not sure what happened...it looked like our pizza was drop kicked and then delivered. We called to tell them about it and then they said they would make a note to talk to the driver. That's it.... Now we are just left disappointed. :( read more

Rosati's Pizza - Idk how to eat this - Pizza Near Me - Braidwood, Illinois

The food was pretty tasty and the customer service was outstanding. We had a few issues with our food - our thin crust pizza had a very thick crust, and toppings were scarce for having to pay $2 per topping. Garlic bread was good but barely warmed and not very crispy. They also forgot to deliver ranch with our breaded mushrooms. All issues were taken care of promptly. The dough nuggets and zeppoli are highly recommended! read more

Don't even try to order from them. We placed a good sized order online and received a confirmation, waited an hour with no delivery and called, only to be told that they never received an online order, even though I had full confirmation from their website. First and last time I will order from there. read more

1. Customer service definitely needs improvement. 2. When taking an order.... take it right. 3. When you're wrong admit it. 4. If you have a new employee working make sure they are fully trained before they take orders. 5. Make sure your cooks are trained to make your signature dishes properly. Every single time we order from you our order has been wrong.... I was offered 50% off my pizza because you made the wrong one or took the order wrong and the pizza you sent wasn't enough to feed my family. So now we wait once again for an hour so that everyone can eat. After the manager told me she could discount my additional pizza(only wanted 1 in the 1st place) so I payed and tipped again. AWESOME. Happens Every time. Unfortunately this behavior is acceptable because of where we live. I will now drive to joliet to my order is right. read more

Absolutely love Rosatis and the people here are awesome. My favorite pizza around.

Placed an online order tonight, and called 20 minutes after the delivery was due to arrive, and was told the company that handles their online sales never entered the order. To make matters worse, I was told that I would have to wait another 90 minutes to get my pizza. Never again. read more

I would give it 0 stars but that wasn't an option, we ordered and waited an hour and 15 minutes, they forgot 2 of our dishes and the wings we ordered were raw and now I'm worried my 15 year old daughter is going to get food poisoning read more

The pizza was amazing and fresh. And of course this Italian girl has to have a cannoli too. They did accidentally forget part of my order, but the lady that answered was very nice on sending the rest out. read more

They have a decent pizza, but charge $3.50 to deliver it 5 blocks. Then the driver asks for a trip. Just say no.

Consistently bad pizza, service since the day they opened, unorganized, takes them forever whether you eat in or pickup/delivery. Sparse/questionable ingredients along with cold uncooked green pepper. We asked for a 14" pepperoni, sausage and green pepper pizza. There were no more than 10 small pieces of sausage and 4 (counted them) pepperoni on a 14" pizza (that is another story). The pizza wasn't even a 14" pizza. It looked like it was a 12" that they tried to stretch to 14" with no ingredients the round cardboard that it was put on was larger than what we received. The sauce was nonexistent on 1/2 of pizza while the other 1/2 had so much sauce that it squired out. When you complain, they don't listen! My suggestion is don't eat from them unless you want to pay for crap! We have complained to corporate -we hope they get shut down. We plan on going to their competitor. read more

We were very disappointed in our service on Thursday night we ordered a pizza and lasagna at 6:15 pm and it arrived at 9:00pm. We called at 7:30 and were told by the manager she would call us back. We were given no ETA on our food only that they were slammed. She never called back and we had the delivery person return our food as we were in bed when it arrived. Probably not ordering there again. read more

Love the chicken parm sandwich and chicken alfredo! Never have had a bad meal. Excellent service!

I'd planned a pizza party for my coworkers yesterday for an 11:15am lunch.. I didn't realize most pizza places don't open until 10 or 10:30am leaving me a very small window to host my party. Rosati's didn't open until 10 so that's when I called in my order. Bobby answered and informed me he just walked in the door and didn't even have the ovens heated up yet.. I started stressing and asked how long it would take to cook 3 XL pizzas, it was going to be down to the wire but he said he'd call me as SOON as the last one came out of the oven. I pulled up to the store 35 minutes later and he called me saying they were about ready! I made it to my party with only seconds to spare. And everyone absolutely died over how delicious the pizzas were! Bobby went above and beyond the call of duty and really saved the day! Super quick and extra friendly service will keep me coming back time and time again. Thanks, Bobby! read more
