On a positive note, the gentleman who waited on me when I came in to pick up my order, Eric had excellent customer service skills. You've got about a 50% chance of your order being delivered correctly here. Having ordered from them for 8+ years I keep coming back due to our limited options (dominoes coming soon!). So make sure you have them read it back to you at least twice, then your chances may increase by ~5%. Just now we made a very simple order. Simple as in, no high school or GED required to fill it properly. Chicken salad, chicken wings with ranch, cheese sticks with marinara, and cheese fries. No chicken in the salad, no ranch, no cheese, and no marinara. Call them to ask for someone to drop off what was missing and was informed they are closing (it was 9 on the dot) and all they could do was give a discount (how much TBD) on an order if we placed the following day (being Christmas eve). So last night me and my wife order chicken Parmesan and spend about $40 because we also got breadsticks and left a good tip. And then this comes in the bag. I completely understand that we are still under strange circumstances under Covid. This Rosatis might be one of the worst take out/delivery pizzerias I have ordered from. The food is typically really good but the service has been terrible since they opened precovid. Example.. I order food for my family and I also order 2 orders of their cannolis that is 4 in total. They deliver all of the food and it is great. The minor issue is they only deliver 1 order of the cannoli. Not an issue I call the restaurant and let them know and they tell me that they will make another order and send it out. 2 1/2 hours later.. No delivery driver and no phone call. I mean the cost isn't that big of a deal to me it is the point.. I will no longer order from this restaurant in Coal City, IL. read more

I spend about $70 at this restaurant about once a week because we use to really like the thin crust pizza, even though it is quite pricey. I mean you pay $2.25 for each ingredient. Outrageous! But we liked the food. I ordered tonight and for the 2nd time, I didn't get the extra fries I ordered. With the shrimp specialty dinner, you get fries and a salad. I ordered 1 extra order of fries and didn't get them. This time I called to complain and was told that the shrimp no longer comes with fries. So I guess you are paying $10 for 6 medium size shrimp, wtf. Either way, the menu says it includes a salad and fries. I got the salad???? In addition the last time I ordered, the pizza was over cooked and even with that, the crust was soggy. I don't know what happened to this place. I use to give it 5 stars. Before I get started on my horrible experience with this location I would just like to say that I would give it less than a 1 star. We placed our order at 4:39 this afternoon and asked for it to be delivered less than 6 miles to our house. We did not get a phone call saying it would be late. We called and spoke to someone at 6:19 and the girl on the phone was not very apologetic. Our order finally showed up at 7:00. My wife and friend were outside when the small SUV pulled up. There was a young girl in the passenger seat. They were startled as if they weren't expecting to see anyone around. The driver did not apologize for being so late. We opened the food and everything had to be reheated in the microwave. Cheese sticks were cold. Bread nuggets cold. Pizza was cold. Chicken wings cold. Then we called to let the manager know and once again no one has apologized to us... we will not be returning customers to this horrid location. They sent the wrong pizza apparently? I called and told them what I got and they did actually tell me they delivered the wrong pizza to me. On top of that they informed me that they haven't had a topping I ordered for three years. The key topping in this case. Still on the online menu though. Three toppings I didn't order were on the pizza. None that I did. They only offered to refund the price of the topping they didn't have and give me a credit for the pizza that had nothing I wanted on it. A complete refund of the price of the pizza with an apology would have been the correct response. But instead they were disrespectful and belligerent. How excited was I dout the pizza I ordered and waited 90 minutes for? Very. How pissed am I at the result of this customer service interaction? Also, very.
