Slow slow service. Stopped by on Father's Day 2023 kinda early for dinner, was surprised it took forever to get our food since there was maybe 1 or 2 cars in front of us. Ordered a bunch for the family and headed back to the nearby hotel. Once we unwrapped everything, found that our priciest item had been substituted for a lowly bean burrito. I was hungry for breakfast, so I decided to pop in. They're open, right? Ample parking, and went I went in. The place is spotless, so I decided to eat in. The staff is welcoming, and even though I ordered through the kiosk, they were professional, courteous, and made me feel like a truly valued customer. Ok, what did I get? I grabbed a breakfast crunch wrap with sausage, a shredded beef grilled cheese dipping taco, and three crunchy beef tacos. They served me very quickly and were super friendly, even in the midst of training a new crew member, who was quickly getting the hang of everything. There is an art to wrapping things up without breaking everything. The guy was off to a great start! I started with the shredded beef taco. The dipping sauces were perfect for it. Is it messy? Not really. I was sitting down at a table, not eating this in my car. It was the perfect beginning. Then I attacked the crunch wrap, but took it to the next level by using leftover dipping sauce. This is above and beyond me just blending all the sauce packets, from medium through diablo. Yeah, maybe I should carry Tapatio with me instead of using the packets, but they were good. Regardless, it was delicious! I finished off with the three crunchy tacos. These were excellent. I've gotten quite a few that looked and tasted like train wrecks. Not these! Completely fresh from beginning to end. So, will I come back here? Yeah. Definitely. I think this has become my go-to Taco Bell. Make it yours, too! read more

If you could give 0 starts then that's what this Taco Bell deserves. I usually place a mobile order (to save mine and the workers time) and when I get to the window I ask for fresh nacho fries. Without fail every time this Taco Bell gives a horrible attitude and takes FORVER while having nobody else in the store/in line. First let me be clear - I LOVE Taco Bell. I just do. It's my go-to guilty pleasure. And this specific Taco Bell is what all Taco Bells should be like. My order was accurate and more importantly, my tacos etc. actually had the perfect amount of meat in them. If you frequent TB like I do then you know, sometimes that is difficult to achieve. Many TBs like to short you on the meat and give you tortillas filled with lettuce and lettuce alone. The service was fast and friendly, another thing that can be hit or miss at other TBs. I wouldn't give this location any stars if I could. So we pull at the drive through, ordered a cantina bowl with steak and a twelve pack of regular hard tacos. That was the first time. For the most part this Taco Bell is the best that I have gone to. I always use the drive up so I can't comment on the inside. The food is usually hot, fresh and quick. My only issue with this Taco Bell (and the one in Berlin, CT) is anything on the dollar menu is usually $1.39 and the special $5 box is always a little over $6. I realize that franchise owners have the right to set their own prices. I could see if these stores were in NYC or in lower CT (Greenwich area) because they are expensive communities to live in and most of the people make a lot of money. However, Cromwell and Berlin, CT are working class towns where not everyone is wealthy. read more
