Worst service I've ever had. Had to complain to the manager at the drive thru for how I was treated. Will be calling corporate

Every six years of so, a commercial for Taco Bell will pique my interest. I hope things are not as bad as I remember. They are. We ordered a couple of orders of nacho fries. The fries were so stale they were unfinishable. They were also really sweet. I have a feeling they are using the same utensils for the churros as the fries. The sugar is rubbing off on the fries. The girl at the window wasn't sure what levels of hot sauce they had. She also forgot my drink. I will still be referring to the chain as "Taco Hell." read more

The two workers here tonight are completely awful. I waited 40 minutes in line. I ordered a large drink and I get to the window and they tell me that they are out of lids and have no straws left. I never write reviews, but this was horrible. read more

Isn't Taco Bell made for midnight cravings? Isn't that exactly the audience they love to make money off? Then why in the holy hell are they "not taking orders" during a "shift change" at 11:50pm on a Saturday night? Notoriously this location is fucking awful.. slow service... when it should be easy as hell to scoop together tacos and burritos.. they aren't cooking things each order. They also have horrible customer service... never once have I received a have a nice day or thanks for ordering. 50% of my orders here over the couple years I've lived nearby have been wrong. Get it together Taco Bell. Ya'll suck. I'll drive to Delhi for better service. With all the other options people have on this strip (and two more fast food places being built as we speak) you'd think they'd do a better job. read more

I work for Doordash and I waited 35 minutes to get food. It's Super slow. I don't understand if drive thru is the only thing open. I will not come back here ever. read more

The service was great the food was outstanding. Everybody was nice and respectful. They all looked like they wanted to be there. The manager was nice and caring! The food was hot and delicious. The food came out quick it was great and it had a not so fast food taste. It was like a sit-in type of taste! No thing was undercooked or overcooked. Again it was great. They had horrible customer service!!! The manager was rude. Everyone that works there needs an attitude adjustment. You can't even order food and pay quickly. Chipotle is a much better option for our health and for customer service. read more

It always takes at least a half hour to get through the drive thru. The workers are all very rude and have no hospitality.

Typical Taco Bell. Bad service, missing some of my order, dinning area was not clean. What in the heck was I thinking. Never again.

I was 'forced' to go to this Taco Bell. I ate while under duress. Seriously. The group I was with insisted on Taco Bell, I gave in to the 'mob mentality'. Here's the problem with Taco Bell (in general) and this restaurant (in particular). The longer you look at the menu, the more you realize that despite the different names, these are all the same item. A flat tortilla fried with 'meat', a U-Shaped tortilla fried with 'meat', a rolled tortilla with 'meat'. "Hey, can you add a teaspoon of sour cream on it for $1.50 more and call it supreme?" Anytime 'meat' is served with an ice cream scooper, be wary. Needless to say, my food was not tasty. My second and more pressing issue is the 'filth factor'. There are more ingredients on the floor, under the feet of the teenage chefs, than on the prep counter. Why? Don't they know we can see right into the 'kitchen'. In all seriousness, it is really unappetizing to eat in a dirty restaurant. I have made a vow, that in the future, I will stand up to the peer pressure and avoid this restaurant. This location is the worst, and unfortunately the only one close to my place. My boyfriend and I love Taco Bell because it has decent options for vegans, but this location just can't ever get our order right! We used to go there a few times a week, and since I'm a restaurant manager myself, I'm a pretty patient customer. I always order online so I don't have to deal with a confused cashier, then when I pick up my order I politely ask to make sure there's no meat, cheese, or sour cream on any items. Not sure why I even bother to ask because they don't check or care anyway, even if I mention that I'm allergic to dairy (which is true). Every single time, the order is wrong in some way, or items are missing. Plus, most of the employees suck at customer service. Not welcoming, busy chatting and BS-ing in the kitchen, and certainly not apologetic if they mess up. And the Baja Blast Freeze machine apparently hasn't been working for a year now. Seriously. The final strike was our Crunchwraps tasting and smelling like burnt plastic last time we went. Grill not cleaned properly maybe? Either way, screw this location. I'd rather starve than ever go there again. read more

How on Wednesday night Oct 30 at 830 pm can the inside be locked and the drive-thru the only open choice? The staff inside told me not enough workers showed to run the inside (I was able to get in because someone in the drive through had the wrong food, and the reaction I got was very unprofessional). BUT, there was a family inside eating.. maybe related to a staff member? That's just STUPID. Drove over to the North Bend location.. plenty of staff, clean inside, food came quickly, tasted fresher than ANYTHING I've gotten from the Glenway store. Why not just close it and get it over with??? read more

Went through the drive thru line at 2 am and no one took our order so we assumed they must have been closed for some reason. However, when we drove past the windows we saw an employee hiding from us so they wouldn't have to take our order. read more

So to start off I downloaded yelp Just for this review. (I never do this) this afternoon I went to this location and ordered lunch, when I got back home, I noticed I was never handed a receipt and got the totally wrong order. I called the Taco Bell and a woman answered the phone. I told her what happened and she told me to keep the food I had and that she would give me a credit. She asked for my name and my original order and told me she had written it down and I was set. I went later that day to get dinner and went through the drive thru and a different woman was speaking to me. I told her the situation and she said basically I was lying because earlier that day there was no woman working (which is not true because a woman took my order and answered the phone). She said there was no note and that she called both managers and both said that the incident never happened. She said there was nothing she could do without a receipt (which I was never given) and the returning of the wrong order (I was told to keep). She then preceded to cut me off every time I tried to offer proof I was telling the truth so I eventually just gave up and drove away. Needless to say I will not be going back to that location. read more

The freeze machine is NEVER working. I waited in line for 20 minutes and was informed that the icee machine "went down" while I was waiting in line. Don't advertise something if it is never going to work. If I wanted to be disappointed, I would go to McDonalds for ice cream. read more

WOW......that's about sums it up for this taco bell!!! This is absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced in my life. I waited 23 minutes for 2 tacos and 1beefy Frito burrito. There was only one person in front of me when I ordered and it still took them that long to make my food. A deaf,dumb,blind,retarted monkey could do a better job then the employees who work at this location. My question is who is running this place because they need to be fired for allowing this kind of service. Oh, did I mention that the place was a mess.....food all over the floor in the kitchen.I think there was more food on the floor then on the prep table. Just think of all the homeless people that that wasted food on the floor could feed. And I also had to watch an employee who had his pants down to his knees with his boxer's showing......who wants to see that????? This store has the most disrespectful and nasty attitude young people working in it. I went into this Taco Bell Restaurant and I never did get my order because the people working there was so out of order. There was this young manager there and she had just lost all control over this place. The employees would not listen to her and they were throwing food everywhere, it was just food all over the floor. The customers were angry because their food was not being made, it was a mess. I asked the manager for my order and she was so nasty so I just asked for a refund because the employees were playing all over the food. However, me and my family was sitting in the restaurant waiting for our food when the manager demanded that the employees lock the door and I asked why, she said because the employees were out of order and wasn't listening to her. So she decided to lock the door and not let any more customers in. It was truly a spectacle, never seen anything like it. This is what happens when your a manager and become friends with the staff things get out of hand. No professionalism at all. that store needs to be closed or fire everyone. This Taco Bell location continues to disappoint. It has been in steady decline for some time. The drive thru is one of the slowest around. You can easily wait 20 minutes or more regularly. They just don't have enough staff on hand during many peak hour periods. I've also had a real problem once with using a credit card at this location at the drive thru. I was billed twice for the same order because the cashier cleared my paid order and didn't remember that she had already swiped my card, so she created a new order and swiped it again. The manager refunded my money, but now I just use cash. I wonder how many people this happened to who didn't catch the problem on their credit card statements. And, don't expect the drink equipment to be working. I have tried to get a Pepsi Freeze during the happy hour periods on numerous occasions, but the machine is never working. In fact, for all the flavors they offer, usually only one at a time is ever available. There are plenty of other fast food options around where this Taco Bell is located and I recommend you go elsewhere. read more
