The crew they have working in the evenings is terrible. It's all younger kids and they're more concerned with joking and chatting with each other, than actually doing what they're supposed to be doing. The manager looks like the only one working, but obviously has zero management ability, since they are working while 5 teenagers stand around chatting. My order used to always be correct every time. Now, there's usually something missing, incorrect, or the tacos are completely busted apart like they do it on purpose. I wish there was another location nearby, because this one is trash. read more

I attempted to come through for a vist at 1:25 AM on June 21st, when i arrived, i noticed vehicles pulling up to the speaker, trying to order, but was denied service. Same with me. When I pulled up, the gentleman on the speaker said "Welcome to Taco Bell what can I make for you" at which point i began to place an order. The employee and myself was rudely interrupted by the manager, who yelled multiple times "we only doing doordashes." This location was set to close in approximately 30 minutes. I myself work in fast food, and we strive to served all of our customers up until close. I understand it can be stressful to have a last minute line, but serving the customers is why you have a job. The manager was disrespectful and rude to myself and that employee. read more

I have been to this location a few times, and regardless of previous reviews, customer service does go a long way. I have been to the drive-thru most often and indoors once. The staff is always nice, regardless of how busy they are. My food is always hot also. I think the food varies location to location, the same as the price does. I don't know if that is fault to the ownership of each location, or if the way the food is prepared is according to the staff that is working. Sometimes food feels skimpy, other times its impressive. I think that's the case with all restaurants. Overall, I would look past the reviews of bad service/food. There are a lot of younger kids working at this location, but they are at least showing up to work. I've never had any issues with the cashiers. There was even one time that I couldn't find my debit card and the cashier was patient with me, when they had a line around the building. Don't let the reviews discredit this location. I've even had food so hot that it's burnt my tongue. My review is from today, during breakfast hours on 9/17/2023. My 4 stars is a reflection of the occasional skimpy food/price fluctuations, besides I always think there is room for improvement. The same breaks fast burrito at another location is twice the size and $1 instead of $1.79. Again, is that the franchise owner or the workers? Overall, I will come back to this location. read more

A few days ago I went to this location w/ a friend around 10 pm to the drive thru. This location is not supposed to close until 2am. No cars in line, pull up to the drive thru and no attendee. After blowing horn a few times, we pulled up to the window with an employee just staring at us literally going ‍. Okay fine. No big deal we'll head to Delhi for better service which we received. If I could give this location a zero I would!! We went in tonight at (10pm Saturday) and will never go back. First off, It smelled nasty when we first walked in. We ordered our food and went to sit down and couldn't find a clean table. The tables & floors had crap all over, including the upholstery. We received our food and the tostada had a clump of beans in a ball; not spread on. So I would have had two bites with beans and the rest would be shell & lettuce. Both the tostada & taco shell were chewy more than crunchy. The one female employee spoke (yelled) at another using "fuck" in her sentence, which I'm not butthurt over, but it does reflect the lack professionalism as with everything at THIS Taco Bell. They overcharged for the taco pack, charging extra for both sour cream and tomatoes (!?) in 2 separate charges. All in all, we paid almost $6 more than we should have. Went there later at night, waited 5 minutes in the drive thru and someone said we'll be with you in a minute, about 5 minutes later they come on the mic, say cash or card and I said cash. They immediately say they won't take cash so I said I'll pay with a card and she pauses, and then says "I'll be with you in a moment". I looked at the clock and I end up waiting another 15 minutes before she says "sorry we're out of everything, go ahead with your order" and confused I ask if they have a soft taco.
