We placed an online order 20 minutes before we pulled into the drive thru and we had to wait an additional 4 minutes with little to no business activity. When we got our food, the orders were mixed up. The burrito had grilled chicken when the chalupa was supposed to have chicken and instead they put regular steak on the chalupa. For the bowl, it was made incorrect also and there were 2 blonde hairs found at the bottom of the bowl, and we are two Brunette girlies. While at the window too, we witnessed one male employee grabbing a female employee's butt while hugging in an extremely unprofessional manner. Came by for a quick breakfast, and left before paying. We could see the employee throwing our food on the grill/warmer in front of the drive thru window while waiting to pay, and the same employee came to take our payment with her gloves still on. How many other people have you put food together for, taken their payment and then went back after touching their cards/money to finish and bag up the food? That left me feeling very uneasy seeing that and we told the employee we'd pass on the food. I didn't trust she'd wash and get new gloves after either. She wasn't super friendly to start with but looked extremely annoyed when we said we'd pass. I came through the drive through during the COVID-19 pandemic. It was a Saturday afternoon and I ordered a #1 combo which consists of 3 hard taco supremes and a large Pepsi. I was glad to see Taco Bell using preventative measures by using a clear bucket to receive the money and a tray to give out the food. Everyone was very nice and friendly. Fast forward 5 minutes when I opened my bag at home...the order is wrong. Instead of 3 tacos, I had a taco and a beef burrito. Yeah, I'm not happy with this, but what can I do? I would love to talk to one of the district / general managers that I posted in my pictures. I went through the drive-thru on our long trip home and ordered a chicken quesadilla light cheese. I received a packed full of cheese quesadilla with ZERO chicken. I had to turn around on the highway to go back because it was the premise of getting my order correct instead of finding and paying for more food. I'm tired of going places and having to check my meals every time. Usually a Taco Bell gets it right . I walked in and asked maybe I could get a refund and my quesadilla remade. To my SURPRISE there was TWO other customers in there that went through the drive-thru and their orders were missing things and messed up as well. I waited approximately 5 minutes to get my quesadilla remade when you had six people working in the kitchen area and one in the drive-thru. If you could please get a hold of me I would appreciate it. Called about my door dash order and the general manager took the phone from the manager who wasn't trying to hear anything I said ! Nachos bell grande was cold and stale chips like they had been sitting all day ! gm said I have been up since 3 am and worked all day ! Absolutely Terrible Service! This used to be a very nice, respectful Taco Bell, Now you'd be better off digging through the local grocery stores dumpster for a meal. These "kids" are belligerently rude with seemingly No Supervision At All! They messed up our order so bad we assumed they gave us someone else's, they wanted to Argue with us when we brought this to their attention, told us "this is what we ordered" then snatched our food from us, sat it in the counter for 2-3 minutes and then handed it back to us unchanged. The "Food", once we got home, was stale, cold and looked like it had set for 4-5 hours before it was tossed thru the drive thru window. It's a travesty when a Major Company like this makes So much money that they could care less how their customers are being treated. You've lost my business. You're food is poison anyway. read more

What can I say. Hi, my name is Lynne and I have a secret love for Taco Bell. Our first foray into the new Bell was pretty normal. The staff seemed very nice and helpful. I ordered by combo # but they haven't gotten them memorized yet so there was a tiny bit of hesitation figuring out what I wanted but once we got through that our food was delivered in a timely manner (#11 & hubs had the nacho fries box) with a side of those tasty balls (the name escapes me for the moment). I would have preferred my Doritos taco to not be crumbling with even a glance at it, and the tables be somewhat clean but all in all a good first time experience. I took off a star for the lobby being untidy. If there had been more booths it wouldn't have factored into my review but they only have three full ones and I believe 3 half n halfs (this location seems smaller than others) and all of them had food on them in some form or another. When we arrived there was no one in the DT or restaurant so the dirty tables and floors could have been handled. Sort of in their defense we arrived right at 1030 so they were in between breakfast and lunch but they seemed to be just milling about. I had an old boss from my very first job (McDonalds) who used to say "if you have time to lean, you have time to clean". They did have someone in the lobby as we were leaving which was good to see. I left with my appetite satiated so all in all, a good visit. I'll warn you ahead of time, if you plan on dining in, choose your parking spot wisely. If you park facing Hillcrest, you're going to have a heck of a time backing out if the DT line is backed up. And let's face it, when isn't the DT line full at TB? Also, the first way in isn't the entrance. It's the exit. Be careful when pulling in or you may be running for the border. read more

I have been waiting in the drive thru Kane now for over 20 minutes and have not even placed my order yet. Slowest service I have ever experienced at any fast food place in my entire life. We tried to eat at this establishment tonight. When we arrived we tried to use the kiosk to order our food, but some menu items that were displayed on the menu were not on the kiosk. We stepped in line behind another customer who was waited on by a Taco Bell employee. After ringing up the other customer, that Taco Bell employee walked around and then presumably clocked out. Another worker, maybe the manager, stated "We are short handed tonight, use the kiosk." We then stated the menu item listed was not on the kiosk. He then replied to use the app. When we finally got an employee to the register to order, they were magically out of the menu items we were trying to order. The level of customer service during this encounter was disappointing. If I wanted poor customer service I would have gone next door to Wendy's. read more

Very friendly cashier, Nicholas, respectful and worked with us trying to make sense of a confusing menu board. Seriously, when I say confusing, I mean CONFUSING. You pick a meal number but then realize that that there are TWO meals with the same number. Be careful when you walk out as the drive thru lane runs right by the walkway and an order board blocks your view of cars coming. Worst taco bell I have ever been too. Would be more reasonable for them to just forget i ordered and give me nothing when I pull up to the drive thru window. If you enjoy a soft taco shell with a hard taco shell in it and that is all, then this is the place for you. tsp of meat at best, no cheese, 8 shreds of lettuce, hard shell and soft shell. My daughters hard taco with just meat and cheese had more in it then my crunch wrap supreme which is 3 times the cost. I have to give them credit where its due, if they only made regular hard tacos they would be the number one taco bell in the world cause it was overflowing, but don't order anything else other then that. Tried the New Toco Bell after reading reviews on Google. Man are there a lot of miserable people out there. Not One Word of the venomous chatter was true. Fast and Courteous Service is what we received. We were the 8th car in the drive through line at lunch time and exactly 5 minuets ( less then a minute each) to the order speaker we were greeted by a friendly voice with plenty of enthusiasm. Two minutes later we were driving away with our lunch. Food was Hot and Freshly made. There is something about Toco Bell food when prepared correctly It's out of this world. So Glad to have Toco Bell close by. Keep up the great work and we will be back often. I Have said it before but it needs to be said again "When A New Restaurant Opens Give them a chance to work out any glitches before you criticize Judge with a clear conscience and eyes open. Sadly this Taco Bell has pay its appeal because the quality is no longer there. Taco shells stale, filling sparse, nachos bell grande with hardly any cheese, quesadilla cheese not melted. Nothing but praise for this new Taco Bell. I usually don't write reviews for fast food places but it was a very good experience. Went thru drive thru, friendly cashier took my order repeated all of my special requests, I received everything I ordered and it was all correct even though each item had a 'no onion or no this / that' did a great job & I'm thrilled to have a late night taco option as I work late sometimes. Ate here twice a week until recently. For some reason as of late the food quality and quantity has gone down. Forget using the online app where you can customize your order, especially if you use the drive thru. They literally ignore everything you ask for and charge you for it anyway. The past three times the orders have been wrong. Checking the order in the car is the only way to prevent this but when your buying for a family of five its not always possible to check your entire order without making a mess and wasting time. I placed my order at 1:29 p.m. after deciding to come in and order because the drive thru line was very long. At about 28 minutes of waiting, I came up to the counter to inquire about my order and all but one employee, a female with glasses who offered me a refund, looked at me with their mouths open and did not respond. The drive thru line was speeding right through. According to my watch, my food came out half an hour after I placed my order. I started to wrap my bag to leave and then one of the employees came running up to add two more soft tacos. My order was still not correct when I got home even though I asked the gentleman with a cross tattoo on his arm if he was sure it was correct after he scrambled to give me the two tacos. I waited half an hour and my order was incorrect. I will not be coming back to this location and will be posting this review on other sites. They got several of my orders wrong and kept changing extra for replacing beef with beans. Not very good customer service in general either.

So came in, went to order my food. Was informed they are "out of everything" she said. I ordered my few dollar items. Asked for creamy jalapeño sauce... and she said "like I issued were out" okay what about fire sauce? "We're out. Hot sauce? "We're out. Then go over to the drinks and the Baja blast flavoring it wateRed down because they're out. They have also no straws since yesterday. And we've been waiting inside 15 minutes for 4 dollar menu items and have been smelling by burning tHen a cook yells, what's burning? For a Taco Bell this place is amazing at getting orders wrong. Every time we have ordered here not only are most prices higher than other locations but our order is consistently not correct. Missing items, items practically falling apart upon opening them.....our kids request certain items not be put on their food and it's put on there anyway, we pay for extra guacamole and there is not a trace of avocado to be found. I would understand a mess up every now and again but this is EVERY-TIME. if you can spare a few minutes do yourself a favor and go somewhere else....if it's Taco Bell you must have there is one that does it right on battlefield! read more

We make frequent trips to and from the OBX and had been looking forward to this Taco Bell opening. We will not go back there because the $5.00 box that I've had at every other Taco Bell is $5.99 at this location. I also think they are rather chintzy with there ingredients. I've been to this Taco Bell numerous times with specialty orders. Every order has been prepared correctly and quick. The food resembled the menu pictures and was exactly what I expected ( tasted and looked good ). While the parking lot is unusual, inside the restaurant was clean and orderly. The staff is eager to help and very friendly. An all around good place to get fast food Mexican. read more
