Everything! The food and the staff. They open late in Bennett and is very inconvenient. The food is very old and tasteless. I've gotten home and thrown the food away it was so bad. Sometimes the staff is very rude. They even charge for taco sauce. read more

As Taco Bell's go, this one was well below par, and that's saying something. The food was skimpy and just slapped together. Along with that, we were gypped on a few things. The extra guacamole barely had anything in the cup, and other requested sauces were also missing. The food was loosely wrapped and much of it ended up at the bottom the bag. For three people, we barely ordered anything and it ended up being over 40 bucks. What a massive rip off considering it's swill / crude Taco Bell. SMH read more

I'm not from here I'm from Kansas but it was super fast for being a busy Friday and the girl and the boy at the window were supper kind and nice and it was a great experience . Food was good ! . Over all a great place . read more

Ate here a few days ago, the person at the counter was kind and offered suggestions. My order was prepared quickly and I had a pleasant experience dining in. Thanks to all those hard working young men & women for going the extra mile taking care of your customers! read more

I was nervous to go here from the reviews and they closed in 15 minutes. But driving from Oklahoma to Colorado and starving kids it was worth it to give it a try. Service was great and fast and the food was great! read more

Rude employees, almost never get the order right. And it's not like they just leave stuff out or something, they literally just put whatever they feel like in the bag. Don't feel like making a double stacked taco? The customers will probably settle for a Doritos locos. It's a good taco but it's not what I ordered. We went in tonight to bring them our bag of food that was so wrong they had to remake the entire order, and we stood there waiting for that for 20 minutes in the lobby. The original order was online too so it's not like they can fall back on a miscommunication. This was pure laziness and disregard for any standard of quality. And don't give me the understaffed nonsense - I'd have waited longer to get the right order. read more

So, Taco Bell is def my guilty little fast food pleasure. Unfortunately, this location misses the mark - A LOT. -- They struggle to make some (or MOST) of the menu items correctly. I didn't even know I could possibly have a burrito supreme made incorrectly so many different ways. It's almost impressive. -- They notoriously close up and turn off equipment prior to close. I get that everyone wants to get out of work on time, but at the risk of limiting your patrons options? Not smart. -- Service at this Taco Bell is comically slow. Even during their peak hours when you'd expect them to be on their game. Inside, drive-thru; it doesn't matter. All that being said, I get that it's a fast-food restaurant. You get what you pay for - that's for sure. read more

Once again tried taco bell, still worst I've seen. The staff was to busy being on their cell phones, first they have the drive thru order screen has a sign over it and then they ask if the order is correct???? Pull up, drinks wro ng, order was wrong. Tried to talk to drive thru staff, she was on cell phone. Ask to speak to manager, they just shut the window. Only reason these fast food stay open is they are the only ones. Having no hires is not excuse for bad service. The manager and or owner can't manage a store. Surprise that taco bell franchise management don't try to fix it. But of course these fast food restaurants have it made. Worst service ever. Informing corporation of this restaurant. Family, friends plan not ever go to this taco bell. read more

Eating at the gas station across the streets would have been a better choice Waited 30 minutes Chalupa had nothing but chicken on it Gordita crunch was cold Drink tasts like plastic And tacos were missing Nothing about this was even close to a decent experience read more

I live near this area! And I'm Taco Bell lover, the experience I had today for this branch has ruined my experience for next time I crave taco bell, everyone on there phone, on a hurry for "me" customer to order when empty, and when i got my fountain drink over the drive thru and I knock on window to ask for a straw while waited for my meal to be ready, and she replied, " it's always in the bag" closed window and didn't give me time to tell her if I could get one anyways while I wait for food. Rude. I ask for extra hot sauce and ignore me and walked away, then again on there phones ! Everyone I saw from the windows ? Horrible experience! read more

They're supposed to be open till midnight, I arrived at 11:26 & they were closed. I could see an employee hiding inside. This has happened twice at this location. read more

We all know Taco Bell is unhealthy food coupled with not the best service but this location takes the cake on the worst out there. They are ALWAYS out of meats and ingredients, they are never open on time nor do the people care to show up work as several times I have gone to the drive thru and someone stated sorry we don't have anyone here today. Save your money and use it anywhere else obviously Taco Bell could care less. read more

They don't listen to one thing you ask from them not one thing. Couldn't give us sauce or the right thing on the menu. Everyone there is so disrespectful. I was actually disgusted by the disrespect. Get new employees cuz you're gonna start losing business. read more

Power bowl -- beans were burnt in areas, the rest were dried out. Whoever is constructing the food was one of those kids who didn't want their peas to touch their mashed potatoes. Order a crunch wrap? They will make sure to compartmentalize each ingredient so they NEVER overlap. If you're the person who wants lettuce one bite, cheese the next, and then finally some meat? Than order it here. They also do this with the steak burrito, and beefy 5 layer burrito- don't ask me how. I ordered on the app for pick up (not drive thru) but the doors were locked and a sign said "indoor dining closed due to low staff". I had to literally walk through the drive thru because our semi doesn't fit. They wouldn't hand the food out the drive thru window (I'm guessing safety reason?). So glad a local police officer took our food into his squad car and handed out his passenger side wonder so we could finally eat. 10 out of 10 do not recommend. read more

We go through this drive through all of the time. Not once have we had a 100% correct order. Today we had an order of 8 things, half of the tacos tasted like mold. Not sure if it was the shell or meat. Please please be cautious. read more

I do not recommend going to this Taco Bell for MANY reasons. The staff is RUDE and INCONSIDERATE. Always closes before closing time and one of the lady's there is EXTREMELY rude and has by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. And I understand it's a Taco Bell but at least have some common decency. And the lobby is never open can only use drive through. Just always a terrible experience regardless of any circumstance. At least they give you a lot of hot sauce packets though that's cool. read more

Every time I show up to this Taco Bell they have an issue. Can't take payment is normally the problem had me waiting 15 minutes at the drive thru to say that. Nobody was working this time. They're all standing outside on a smoke break and yelling at each other through the door. Hours posted on the door don't mean anything you can't ever get food here anymore lol. Don't know how they're in business still at this location. read more

Whoever is the manager or even general manager of this location needs a talking to or to find a new job! THIS PLACE IS NEVER OPEN ON TIME EVER! The food is always old and gross. Employees are super rude. LITERALLY PROBABLY THE WORST TACO BELL IN COLORADO. Food sucks, employees suck, and grounds and facility are not kept up! read more

Stopped to fuel up. And haven't had a chance to eat today. I'm a trucker and can't fit through a drive through so I thought why not see if I can call in or walk up to the drive through. Nope they said no. Well let me just say this we bring your shipments so maybe next time this company should re-evaluate turning someone away that is hungry. Pitiful. Disgusting. You guys should be ashamed of yourself. read more

Would prefer to give no stars, but don't have that option. This place is terrible. They never have anything in stock, even ice. You have Mexican Pizzas come back out and they have been out of supplies for days... don't go when the teenagers are working because your order won't be right since a cell phone is more important. You don't even have the dining room so how hard is it to get things right??? This location is by a truck stop so the truck drivers can't even get anything to eat. Has to be the worst Taco Bell I have ever been to. read more

Wish I could give this zero stars. Waited 30 mins for a burrito that didnt even look like one. The tortilla was stale and what little was inside was cold. I wish I would've just asked for my money back after 20 minutes and avoided the let down of being served this garbage. Avoid this place read more

Taco Bell - Tacos Near Me - Bennett, Colorado

Three people working during the lunch hour and no one had a clue what they were doing. 45 minutes wait after placing a take out order as they ignored everyone inside while doing only drive through orders. Only when asking would they make anyone's order. Seriously poorly managed and understaffed. The one star was overly generous! read more

Staff was rude. We weren't even greeted, they just directed us to the kiosk to order. The taco shell tasted very old as well.

Food is what you expect from the bell so you won't go off the rails there. The staff has little to NO customer svc skills. Last time I went they literally handed the bag through the drive through window and closed it without uttering a word to me. They were however chatting with coworkers. Such a shame for a small town business even when it's a major chain. Chic Fil A is the last fast food restaurant that has any customer svc consideration. read more

Crunch wrap box. What's that you say it's a double crunch wrap? Hmmm could of fooled me I thought I got a crunch wrap .5 version. This place is the worst Taco Bell ever and I eat a few times a month for the past 20 years from Wyoming to los angles. And this is the absolute consistently worse Taco Bell for food quality. Waste of money and parking lot space. Been working on remodeling the house and as a last quick resort Taco Bell run. We actually just go into the grocery store and get ribs from the deli. Or hit up Carl's juniors next door. Slow service also. They have to be making a lot of money with how much product they keep in the end. If they don't then someone is taking what they should not. End result is a change of 20 years of taste to now grocery shopping. I don't eat out besides here. Minus I will reserve for when I go to eaton or Cheyenne for that matter. read more

ordered the grilled cheese double steak burrito. they said they were out of steak after I already paid extra for it. they said they couldn't give me my money back since I had ordered and paid on the touchscreen. they gave me a ground beef burrito with no rice and no fiesta strips. so, after a 25 minute wait I got a $3 burrito for $7. not impressed. Worst Taco Bell location in the world. I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes today trying to get someone to take my order. They kept looking out the window at me and then would never answer the speaker. Every time I have ordered from this location my order has been wrong in some way. I have tried ordering online, still wrong. Verified order on screen order was changed when I got to window. When order was correct the food was hard or no steak on a steak quesadilla. I keep trying this location because it's close to my house in Bennett but keep getting disappointed. I think I am done!!!! Would try and give it negative stars if I could. read more

Tamy Y. While taking our order she had a really bad attitude she forgot to put a thing in our order and when we went back in the drive through she knew what we were missing and after everything we would say she would ask us what else in a really bad attitude. My husband and I go to this location on the way home from Church quit often. A couple weeks ago our order was suppose to be all taco supreme and we got plain tacos. We did not return them. Today while there at around 5 we ordered our normal taco supremes and while I was eating in the car I found a long hair in one of my tacos. I took it in since the door was unlocked. A young man from the back said you can't be in here. I told him I just wanted to return the taco cause it had a hair in it. A lady from the back took me to the door without another word and led me outside and threw the taco in the trash. Standing on a chair to make sure the door was locked with me outside. I own a food business and I can tell you she would NOT be working for me . She could have told me that she was sorry for the problem and she would take care of it but that I would need to wait outside. She just gave me a very hateful look and walked off. I will never eat there again. read more

My word. I pulled in to see that they had a pretty long line and was expecting to have a bit of a wait, that was fine. But, i pulled up to the window (eventually) and then waited until the person ahead of me got their food and drove away before i could even put my order in. Very simple order too. 4 of the same thing, one without lettuce or tomato. Anyway, after going back at forth while ordering, we pulled up to the window when this blonde woman glared at us?? so sorry you have to do your job ma'am but I just got off my 10 hour shift, drove an hour up to this town and all I wanted was to eat, not my fault you hate your life. I then watched her pour my drinks without even thinking about ice? then when I asked if they had ice I got an Immediate no? Thats like telling a house guest that you don't have a restroom, get real. Then, I proceeded to watch her sit on her phone and yell with the ONE working employee in the back. After sitting on her phone for so long her thumbs must've gotten too tired because she then continued to walk to the lobby, and continue to pretend like anyone was texting her, with a line of 5+ cars behind me.. Whatever guy was closing last night deserves all respect as he took care of the entire store and was very kind to us, but the lady that refused to do her job was honestly just an embarrassing representation of the store. Then, we got home to all orders right, but after explaining to this lady multiple times that there shouldn't be lettuce on anything in one of the boxes, I did't think it would be that hard to forget while typing in the order, but, what do I know, maybe taco bells a harder job than it looks lol. OH and lastly, when ordering I said and I quote "ALLLL the sauces, lots of sauce" and i did not receive a single sauce packet. Have you ever been to a taco bell and gotten no sauce?? because Ive always gotten a 2" layer of sauces at the bottom of my bag without even asking?? read more

This is by far the worst Taco Bell I have ever visited. The staff are usually rude and ALWAYS goofing off. The place wasn't even busy this visit and it took them 20 minutes to get the food out, the portion size sucks and no one seems to care. The owner of this business is destined for failure. I've complained the last 4 times I have been here about the extremely slow service and the staff messing around and nothing changes. What a discrace to the Taco Bell franchise read more
