As Taco Bell's go, this one was well below par, and that's saying something. The food was skimpy and just slapped together. Along with that, we were gypped on a few things. Rude employees, almost never get the order right. And it's not like they just leave stuff out or something, they literally just put whatever they feel like in the bag. Don't feel like making a double stacked taco? The customers will probably settle for a Doritos locos. It's a good taco but it's not what I ordered. We went in tonight to bring them our bag of food that was so wrong they had to remake the entire order, and we stood there waiting for that for 20 minutes in the lobby. I didn't even know I could possibly have a burrito supreme made incorrectly so many different ways. It's almost impressive. -- They notoriously close up and turn off equipment prior to close. I get that everyone wants to get out of work on time, but at the risk of limiting your patrons options? Not smart. -- Service at this Taco Bell is comically slow. The staff was to busy being on their cell phones, first they have the drive thru order screen has a sign over it and then they ask if the order is correct???? Pull up, drinks wro ng, order was wrong. And I'm Taco Bell lover, the experience I had today for this branch has ruined my experience for next time I crave taco bell, everyone on there phone, on a hurry for "me" customer to order when empty, and when i got my fountain drink over the drive thru and I knock on window to ask for a straw while waited for my meal to be ready, and she replied, " it's always in the bag" closed window and didn't give me time to tell her if I could get one anyways while I wait for food. Power bowl -- beans were burnt in areas, the rest were dried out. Whoever is constructing the food was one of those kids who didn't want their peas to touch their mashed potatoes. Order a crunch wrap? They will make sure to compartmentalize each ingredient so they NEVER overlap. If you're the person who wants lettuce one bite, cheese the next, and then finally some meat? Than order it here. They also do this with the steak burrito, and beefy 5 layer burrito- don't ask me how. I ordered on the app for pick up (not drive thru) but the doors were locked and a sign said "indoor dining closed due to low staff". I had to literally walk through the drive thru because our semi doesn't fit. They wouldn't hand the food out the drive thru window (I'm guessing safety reason?). I do not recommend going to this Taco Bell for MANY reasons. The staff is RUDE and INCONSIDERATE. Always closes before closing time and one of the lady's there is EXTREMELY rude and has by far the worst customer service I've ever experienced. And I understand it's a Taco Bell but at least have some common decency. And the lobby is never open can only use drive through. Just always a terrible experience regardless of any circumstance. My word. I pulled in to see that they had a pretty long line and was expecting to have a bit of a wait, that was fine. But, i pulled up to the window (eventually) and then waited until the person ahead of me got their food and drove away before i could even put my order in. Very simple order too. 4 of the same thing, one without lettuce or tomato. Anyway, after going back at forth while ordering, we pulled up to the window when this blonde woman glared at us?? so sorry you have to do your job ma'am but I just got off my 10 hour shift, drove an hour up to this town and all I wanted was to eat, not my fault you hate your life. I then watched her pour my drinks without even thinking about ice? then when I asked if they had ice I got an Immediate no? Thats like telling a house guest that you don't have a restroom, get real. Then, I proceeded to watch her sit on her phone and yell with the ONE working employee in the back. After sitting on her phone for so long her thumbs must've gotten too tired because she then continued to walk to the lobby, and continue to pretend like anyone was texting her, with a line of 5+ cars behind me.. Whatever guy was closing last night deserves all respect as he took care of the entire store and was very kind to us, but the lady that refused to do her job was honestly just an embarrassing representation of the store. Worst Taco Bell location in the world. I sat in the drive through for 10 minutes today trying to get someone to take my order. They kept looking out the window at me and then would never answer the speaker. Every time I have ordered from this location my order has been wrong in some way. I have tried ordering online, still wrong. Verified order on screen order was changed when I got to window. When order was correct the food was hard or no steak on a steak quesadilla. My husband and I go to this location on the way home from Church quit often. A couple weeks ago our order was suppose to be all taco supreme and we got plain tacos. We did not return them. Today while there at around 5 we ordered our normal taco supremes and while I was eating in the car I found a long hair in one of my tacos. I took it in since the door was unlocked. A young man from the back said you can't be in here. I told him I just wanted to return the taco cause it had a hair in it. A lady from the back took me to the door without another word and led me outside and threw the taco in the trash. Standing on a chair to make sure the door was locked with me outside. I own a food business and I can tell you she would NOT be working for me . She could have told me that she was sorry for the problem and she would take care of it but that I would need to wait outside. She just gave me a very hateful look and walked off.
