This was my first time visiting Five Guys, and I had the bacon shake. It was ok and would have been better had not all the bacon been on the bottom of the shake. The shake was thick, and I do not think it was mixed well. The place appeared to be clean and the staff uninterested with their roles. read more

I had 5 Guys for the first time in over six months and once again this place has never done me dirty. The service at this location near the airport was great, starting with the person that took my order, getting my order correct and the taste was just as I remembered. Keep up the good work! read more

Good service. Food tasted good. But if I'm going to pay pub prices for a burger, please, at least cook the cheese on a cheeseburger. read more

f you're craving a juicy, made-to-order burger with all the fixings, Five Guys at Southlands hits the spot every time. The staff is friendly and efficient, and the food is consistently fresh and delicious. The fries--especially the Cajun ones--are crispy, golden perfection, and the milkshakes are thick, creamy, and customizable with tons of mix-ins. The restaurant is clean, the service is quick, and the vibe is casual and welcoming. Whether you're dining in or grabbing takeout, it's a solid go-to for a satisfying meal. Bonus points for the free peanuts while you wait! read more

The fries are not good. They're soggy as soon as you take two bites out of it. The ketchup makes it worse. The service is terrible. The ambiance is just not it. The service is awful because every time I go they literally give me 20 mins left just to sit there and wait for one simple order for hours. A order that's not even right. They just be playing me. Never coming back to the location ever again. read more

Fries were overly salty, too salty to even eat & the burger was wet, way too much sauce and all I got was ketchup and mustard. Really disappointing since it's so expensive but yk read more

A regular cheeseburger, a little cheeseburger, a large fry to share, and a single fountain drink = $28. I'm sorry but the prices at this location are outrageous, and the food quality and service do not justify the added expense. Food took longer than usual at a Five Guys, and the order was incorrectly prepared. We weren't in the mood to wait 20 more minutes and just ate the mistakes. The operator of this location has raised the prices to the point where my wife and I (who just moved to GVR) will never be back. We definitely witnessed at least two families walk in, take a long hard look at the menu board, and walk right back out. Never seen that before at a restaurant with counter service and a tip line on their receipt (who am I tipping exactly? the folks who got my order wrong, or the ones who took so long to prepare my meal?). I've included a current picture of the menu for those of us still looking at 2017 prices in Yelp. Take a good hard look before you make the trip. There are many other burger options out there... explore them first. read more

Five Guys - Prices as of August 2019 - yes, that is a $6 plain hotdog. - Burgers Near Me - Aurora, Colorado

Here for opening day, very friendly staff and food was cooked perfectly, everyone was out and about. Great experience, I'm glad a five guys opened this far north! Got a hamburger with everything and fries, about 10 bucks. It was messy as expected since I loaded it with toppings. The location can be a tad bit confusing if you're coming from I-70 because this area is new development. read more

First Time trying Five guys. Service was quick and professional. Free peanuts as you enter. Place very clean. I I was told to try their fries. Well compared to homemade fries or to frozen french fries while you do it at home in an air fryer, I wasn't impressed by the french fries. The peanuts were OK it's not the first class big large peanuts. My small french fries was almost 4 dollars and a half, but generous. And of course, like in many other fast food Restaurants, it was very salty: thanks Heaven they had vinegar. Over all, I try one new fast food restaurant every year or two and I keep getting disappointed. I quit eating at McDonald's because it's super salty, same would be for Five guys. read more

Customer service was spot on. Milkshake was very strawberry-y but fairly generic. Got a bacon burger and the cajun fries. Honestly, I know people love burgers and I wanted to try it but I will just stick to chicken sandwiches. Fries were good but I shoulda got regular I didn't love the seasoning. And the burger itself was greasy and mediocre at best, nothing to really write home about. Overall I can see why people love this place but I wasn't necessarily impressed, but I realize this isn't my jam, either. read more

They charged me for a soda I didn't order. I asked for my money back showing the receipt. They said "I don't know how to do that" with a blank stare that said between the lines "I really don't want to be here. I hate this minimum wage job. Please get me outta here." The food tastes worse than other fast food joints which is saying a lot given the "premium" price this joint charges. Just how do fries come out instantly soggy???? Changing the frying oil perhaps more than once per day may help??? read more

My daughter and I are just a burger and the best next day couldn't stop throwing up! And it just the burger I was throwing up.

Came here August 13 2022 and was highly unsatisfied mostly teens working mid order left us to attend to phone call the bill came out to 35 plus tip around 40 dollars for two sloppy cold burgers terrible and one large fry which was literally little pieces of fries and not what they typically give you super skimpy and two drinks will not be returning the only person that was attentive was a older woman seemed like she was telling all the kids how to do their job! read more

This is definitely the best fast food burger joint. It is definitely pricey as I paid about $50 for 4 burgers and 2 fries. But I guess you get what you pay for. I will say that everyone was super friendly at this location and very accommodating. They had gotten one of our burgers wrong and when brought to their attention, the manager swiftly came to me and fixed the problem and offered me a milkshake for my inconvenience. I highly recommend going here to this location!! read more

WORST FIVE GUYS EVER. Staff completely ignored the fact that an individual on drugs was making others feel uncomfortable. The individual posing a threat was NOT a costumer and kept trying to go into the bathroom while simultaneously arguing with himself and others who had not seeked an argument. The individual was posing a threat to himself and others and it was brought to 4 staffs attention by another costumer who was completely ignored and left the restaurant. This incident occurred on 10/12/19 at approximately 4:49 pm. It's seemed that no manager or supervisor was at the location to take action and I'm not sure if the staff was unsure what to do or just didn't care but they should have called 911. I paid $39 to enjoy my meal, NOT to feel uncomfortable and have to leave due to being ignored. Not even McDonald's has this shitty costumer service. Never again will I go to this location. read more

The food is good as always. However this review isn't for the food, but for the quality of employees this store has. I was greeted by Christian with a genuine smile and positive vibes. I couldn't help but feel bad that he's in this industry because I know negative costumers and life can taint even the purest. Every time I come here I see how extremely polite and genuinely friendly he is to everyone, despite being in a harsh industry. I went to speak to his manager or supervisor (Monica), about taking care of him as an employee and cherish his energy. I was then even more impressed with her response on how, not just her, but the whole team takes care of him and one another. Many people come on here and leave some nasty reviews about employees over SMALL fixable problems. If people understood that they can just go home and cook something, instead of leaving a bad review over little things. I get that we are paying customers but no one deserves to be bashed over a mistake. And people who have been in the industry long enough will tell you how much it can bring you down. So, dear corporate, whatever you're paying them, isn't enough. Solid team, solid leadership. thank you Christian for your positivity and thank you Monica for taking care of your crew! read more

I ordered two burgers with a drink guess what? $31 dollars I feel that they fool me out! Never ever! No combos it's a scam for sure

Yoo best five guys ever! Just stopped in today and I'll admit I was lost with the fact that everything is not sold together as a meal ( like fast food spots like McDonald's or Wendy's) but keep in mind that does matter because it makes up for it whenever you will get your meal! I enjoyed and recommend everyone to stop in and grab a good burger! read more

Kind of surprised to see this location have such a low rating! I've been to different Five Guys location all over the place and there's just something about this spot that's good every time! I come here pretty often. Food is always hot and fresh. Tastes great. I love the burgers shakes and hot dogs. I usually order thru delivery on postmates but I went in the other day and the staff was really friendly. Ask if it was my first time in and offered to help if I had any questions. This is a horrible location!!! Jesus Cruiz and the other Jesus have HORRIBLE customer service. I took my daughter to this location in August 2019 and took a big bite of my burger. Something tasted weird and I felt something weird on the roof of my mouth. IT WAS PLASTIC! I could have choked on that! I Went right up and talk to Jesus cruise and told him I would like a refund immediately. He refused to give me a refund but said he could remake my food. I told him I wasn't hungry and he said it's OK I'll make it to go for you and you can eat it anytime. Obviously I was not satisfied with this customer service so I asked about five minutes later to get the corporate number from them at that point he apologized (he had not done so the entirety of the incident). He asked to see my receipt and took it to the back. He then returned and told me that any time I wanted to come in he would make it right and replace everything on my receipt. I asked to have a copy of my receipt and he said it's OK just say that you talked to me and I will take care of it. Today I went in to have the items be remade and the other Jesus manager was extremely disrespectful and rude. Told me in a very aggressive and assertive tone of voice that I only had 30 days so sorry it's been more than 30 days we're not doing anything for you. The amount of customer service in this entire location is truly lacking and unfortunately, it ruins it for all of five guys. I will never be a customers of five guys due to the Jesus is at this location and their disrespect to women and lack of customer service and common sense. I did give them a chance to make their mistake right,Unfortunately they came extremely short again. I hope the management in this facility changes because if not they will continue to lose great paying guest. I really wish that I didn't have to eat plastic and ruin my $53 purchase. This place is overpriced for quality and poor customer service. read more

I'm no mathematician but I'm pretty sure a double cheeseburger is supposed to have TWO slices of cheese. Even the cashier was like "single or double" ? I'm like "uhhh I know what I ordered....I said bacon cheeseburger....which is a double......" Anyway, I feel robbed, cheated, and betrayed by a franchise I love. Who skimps on the cheese like that come on man....Also the fries did NOT taste five guys fresh. Probably were cut hours ago...what the hell am I paying $20 for a burger and fries for if you can't make that shit to the premium standard you advertise. Oh and they didn't have malted vinegar. I'll bet they're not even using peanut oil to make their french fries. I didn't think it was possible to take a five guys experience and make it this mediocre but these guys have pulled it off. Good job! read more

We ordered our food and we had two milkshakes one banana one Oreo. And a few burgers and grilled cheeses. When we got our food multiple of our burger toppings were missing and they ended up giving up 2 banana milkshakes instead of one Oreo. When I told the young lady behind the counter she just looked at me like I was dumb but also said she would remake it. So I sit back at my table and she does nothing. We also asked for the drink they forgot and the barbecue sauce for one of our burgers. So about 5 minutes later I bring up my receipt and ask again and she same girl looks at me like I'm dumb and walks away. Another employee named Lorenzo had fixed my order I thank him because that other girl looked high or something. read more

First off, way overpriced. $27 for 2 burgers, 1 reg fries, 1 shake. What is up with that? They do give you 2 patties and unlimited toppings, so order as many toppings as you can and add as many extras in your shake as you can. They also "give" you and extra scoop of fries in your bag. Does this offset the cost, heck no. Was it good, yes, it was good. Burgers were juicy, toppings fresh and super salty yummy fries. Service was good. Three youngsters tossing around burgers and fries. No one washes hands, guy at the register took my order and touched the register etc, and put gloves on to help...gross. In addition, his hair was everywhere but in his hat or combed back. read more

I'm not giving a one star because the food is good. But holy cow guys. How can I walk in to get my pick up order and give my name and you say a few more moments. And you hand out about about 7 orders and never call my name. And I'm sitting there like a dummy. And then I ask again and it's been sitting above the fries THE WHOLE TIME. Seriously? You have to be better than that. I appreciate the employee apologizing. But did they think I was just sitting there for fun? read more

If you are looking for a casual, carnivorous, greasy spoon this is the spot for you! I usually come here when I feel like vegging out on the couch, and order to-go. This location is very conveniently near my house and very clean but it can definitely get busy. This is one my all time favorite cheat meals! The burgers are huge and have two patties which are cooked well done and all toppings are free. The fries are fried in peanut oil and they have the perfect crunch and salt ratio. Pro tip: don't waste your money on a large fry order, the "little" is plenty! Another huge plus is that the mix-ins for the shakes are free as well! The food is usually pretty fast but can get a bit pricey. I believe that the free toppings/mixins make up for the prices. read more

Came here to pick up a huuuuge delivery of burgers and long hot fries. Coming in, Noah attended us and had his crew of chefs cook up a well made masterpiece. They had a red theme going on in five guys. I enjoyed the eatery very much and enjoyed the large stacks of peanuts and potato bags that they carry. I couldn't wait to try the burgers and also see the looks of my coworkers face for trying it. It was awesome. They loved them. I believed that they all enjoyed the thick grilled patties. Best part was the fact that I noticed a major thing was the fact that the workers all wear white gloves. Thank goodness for promotion of hygiene and cleanliness. read more

Totally rockin'! Is how I would describe this location of Five Guys. In general I like this franchise and this store is exemplary in representing the brand. Clean tables, chairs and all surfaces. Friendly, competent staff. And most importantly, the food is correct. If you've never been to a Five Guys, the whole premise is freshness. There is not a freezer in the place. Everything is fresh daily which makes a huge difference in the already over-crowded field of boutique burger joints. I had a solid lunch experience here and I hope you will too. Okay, so maybe they have a freezer for ice cream for the shakes, but I doubt you will find meat or potatoes in there... read more

After 2 visits the only consistancy is inconsistency. Both visits left us with incorrect food, one trip had good cajun fries and the other did not. The staff was fairly unfriendly during both of our visits and specifically the ones taking orders were rude. I expect the opening of a new place to not be totally on the up and up but i expect greatness on my second trip and especially for $28 for 2 people to eat, thats expensive by any fast food standards. Its a good location next to the best liquor store in town but if they cant get it together it will lose bysiness fast, we shall see. read more

Been here a few times, the staff running it is constantly busy. They were courteous and friendly. I have not had any problems with my food orders yet. Beware, the Cajun fries are pretty messy, get out those napkins. The burgers are okay, but the prices can go up fast, if you don't watch what you order. The gripe goes out to the seating area, it feels a bit constrictive and is somewhat uncomfortable. But, they do give you free peanuts, so easy while you wait. read more

I finally decided to give this place a try and I must say it's wasn't worth my $16 I paid for their food. The hamburger was tasteless no type of seasoning at all. Over 20 minutes and $13 for a cold hamburger and overcooked fries. 6 orders that were ordered after mine went out before mine while my burger sat on the counter waiting for burnt fries. I told the guy who handed it to me "20 minutes?" He just mumbled a "oh uh, sorry about that." The only reason the score is not worse is the girl at the front desk was exceptionally nice. I was craving a burger and finally had my first Five Guys experience today. The burger the service and the fries were all very good. The double cheeseburger was extremely juicy the Buns were perfect and I like that I can add my own toppings. Everything was prepared fresh which it looks like they always do. The price was high as others have mentioned $16 for a burger small fries small drink. I might have given five stars if their fries would have been a little better done. Next time I will order them a little crispy. read more

Amazing burgers here . Cook to order and very juicy . The fries were on the spicy side but overall great food and atmosphere.

This is the dirtiest Five Guys I've ever seen. I stopped in at 5:30. Hardly anyone there, but nearly everyone of the 17 tables was dirty. I almost walked out after seeing this. Take a bit of pride and try to clean up a bit. It was joy so busy no one could wipe down a few tables. The dos, however, was very good. I love the optional toppings and Cajun fries. Overall, cleanliness was a 2, service a 3, food a 4. read more
