This is the dirtiest Five Guys I've ever seen. I stopped in at 5:30. Hardly anyone there, but nearly everyone of the 17 tables was dirty. I almost walked out after seeing this. Take a bit of pride and try to clean up a bit. It was joy so busy no one could wipe down a few tables. The dos, however, was very good. I love the optional toppings and Cajun fries. If you are ever in California check out --In and Out Burgers. Five times better than Five Guys and Five times less cost. Apparently this place is an expensive ordinary burger joint because the customers have to support five guys! Never again, not worth the price. read more

Honestly, this is one of the better burgers in a town full of exceptionally good burgers. If you love toppings, you'll love this place--many to choose from and you can add as many as you want for FREE. I went with a bacon cheese burger and added mayo, ketchup, tomatoes, pickles, grilled onions, grilled mushrooms, and fresh jalapeños. It was delicious! And all ingredients were fresh and of the highest quality. The milkshake was delicious too, and they let you mix flavors. I had peanut butter mixed with Oreo cookie, definitely would recommend this combo. Delicious food, they don't gouge you for being creative with ingredients, and it's right off I-70. Five Guys is a decent burger spot. I enjoyed the burger, I guess my only complaint is they don't have combo meals you have to order drinks and fries separately. That and it's a bit pricey. All things accounted for I would definitely be dining there again. read more

The BOMB Burgers!!! We've been to this restaurant 3 times in the past 10 days The burgers are amazing!!!! We always get it to go and they always take the french fries and dump them right on top of the bag, it's awesome, keeps all your food nice and hot and SO Delicious once you get home to eat!!!! A little pricey, about $21 for two burgers and fries but it's totally worth it. if you want a really, really good hamburger you must go here. a definite favorite in this area with not a lot of great restaurants "Green Valley Ranch" I am super happy to have this one treasure surrounded by 30 so/so places!! read more

I love the food at this place even though it gets expensive fast I'll pay for a good meal. The burgers are cooked well done and the toppings are free which is good value because other places charge per topping. The fries are probably my favorite when it come to fast food. Cooked in peanut oil. So beware they're peanuts and peanut oil inside. Had one bad experience awhile back with not receiving my order before leaving without it but still love this place. I have eaten there twice this week and I think the fries and shakes are just ok. My burger was pretty good both times but this is the loudest place that I have ever eaten. The kitchen staff seemed to be competing to see who could scream the loudest and most often. Every time the door opened they would holler 2 or 3 at the door and I have no idea why. It seemed totally unnecessary since the cashiers were both facing the door anyway. It's better then the big chains but if i ever go there again it will be for take out. $8 for a hotdog on a smashed bun, with nothing else. Attitudes for all 4 employees when I EXTREMELY POLITELY informed them it was a naked hotdog, unlike I ordered. Nice juicy burger. Quick, friendly service. Kind of run-of-the-mill joint. I would say that there was no seasoning on the burger, the bacon tasted like it was on the south side of old, and the fries were under-cooked. The thing that garnered two stars for me, however, was that I saw one of the guys who was working there picking his teeth then he put on gloves without washing his hands. What's the point of the gloves now since you had to use that hand to put the glove on, thus contaminating them?! Thank goodness he wasn't handling my food, though he was trying to prepare a shake for another customer. read more

went to Five Guys snd Fries 4/17 snd ordered cheeseburger and bacon with fries we watch them place burnt bacon on our hamburger so we asked to replace them they gave us on three small pieces of bacon so we asked for more the manager say we will charge you for more bacon thought that we can have bacon like before when we ordered not pieces of small bacon and then i stead of putting extra fries in bag like they used to we ordered small fries and thats all they was gonna give us what happened a year ago to this place we decided to get our money back and not go there anymore; used to be so good now it is not like it used to be so sad read more

Went for lunch ordered and it took 25 minutes to get my food at 20 minutes I asked mgr if it was acceptable to have to wait that long she looked at me and said "what you want your money back we are training new people " I said I just want my food.
