I get this is Taco Bell, but I was doing community outreach. A person needed some protein. I checked the order before I left. Missing a ground beef taco. I went inside, they replaced. I get back to the ladys camp and there is nothing in the Crunchwrap supreme. It was bad enough that I drove 20 min back and received about the same. I was craving some Taco Bell so I snuck out of the apartment one evening. It took me about 15 minutes to drive to this location as it is the closest one to us. I ordered the #1 combo as well as the chalupa combo. I can actually attest to the fact that those were some of the worst chalupas I've ever had! Didn't think it was possible to be so disappointed with a late night junk food meal because these things usually hit the spot for some weird reason; but the chalupa was cold and sloppy, it was just really too sad to eat. I didn't even bother finishing them. I wish I could say nicer things, but I really can't. read more

I like the self ordering kiosk because it's easier to consider customizing the order. The food was fine.

Part of me wants to give this Taco Bell a great score and insist that everything bad anyone has said about it is wrong. The problem is they aren't wrong. No one should ever eat Taco Bell, its basically poison wrapped up in a tortilla. I still eat Taco Bell sometimes and this is my favorite location. My favorite poison here is the Caramel Apple Empanada. The thing is that 9 out of 10 times I order the Empanada they are sold out or unable to make them for some reason. Its very frustrating but when you do get one its amazing! The crunchy tacos are good in a trailer park sort of way. I've been known to go into a few Crunchy Taco frenzies that I am sure have taken years away from life. I know you probably wont listen to me but the best advice I can give you is to not ever eat Taco Bell and especially dont drink Baja Blast Mt. Me and an entire line of cars waited at least 15 minutes only to pull up to the speaker at 12am with no one answering. You ever download that Live Mas app that Taco Bell has? Well, you should, dudes and dudettes. I have come here more than 10x to pick up my food, AFTER i ordered exactly what I wanted through that Live Mas app. I am telling you now, you need to order your food off that app from now on. Why you ask? Let me count the ways - 1) you get to order EXACTLY what you want, how you want it, even with all the add-ons (extra sauce, no onions, extra cheese, etc) without any discrepancies or cracking megaphone ordering from the drive-thru microphone. 2) as soon as you roll up to this location (after you ordered from your app), go through the drive-thru (or inside) and let them know your name (the app even gives you a silly name which you can use and it still identifies your order as yours). Your food will either be ready for you and/or the employees will put the final sauces, napkins, etc in your bag. 3) Walk out/Drive out and head home to enjoy your food. Ordering through the app the first time I had my suspicions that my order would be incorrect, lacking, etc however the app really eliminated any discrepancies and allowed me to expand my order and tailor my food to my liking. You can pay over the app which I highly recommend because Taco Bell will sometimes add coupons and discounts to your order(s) on the occasional basis. I got $2 off my $12 order and I was a happy lady when I checked out on the app and paid for my meal. Do it. You won't regret it. read more

Very quickly and already full of attitude I was "notified" that since they were out of ground beef i would have to pay MORE for chicken or steak. So i nonchalantly said that its funny I have to pay when youre out of something which is pretty laughable?? She proceeded to tell me since she "notified me" (multiple times) that it's completely justified, in a very rude manner. Im pretty lighthearted so I may have not minded the extra dollar?? for a steak taco, but she was doing too much with the bad energy I was pretty taken aback. All of the one star reviews are spot on. I went tonight because the Southpark location had computer issues and couldn't take orders for another 16 minutes (the employee was very nice and super apologetic.) So I go a bit out of my way over to WC/S 1st. I've been there many times, especially when I worked nights and had the munchies and they were open late. I expected better, especially considering the $$$$$$$ they just spent remodeling. I ordered a $5 Nacho Fries box. First of all, total was $5.41 and I should have gotten 59¢ back from my $6.00. They gave me 55¢. I get that there's a coin shortage, but in that case they should have given me 60¢ if they were out of pennies (my last ones went to Dollar Tree.) Anyway, that was the least of it. I got a Pepsi and started drinking it on the way home. (They are NOT "contactless" and put their hands over the lid.) It was flat and watery. Okay, whatever . . . sometimes the fountains don't cooperate. I get home, starving, and there is NO queso (i.e. fake cheese sauce) for the nacho fries. So they're just plain battered fries, cold and limp at that, and this was a NACHO FRIES box. Now I'm picking up the phone. I told the chick who answered about the bad Pepsi and the lack of sauce. "NO queso?" she asks, almost in disbelief. "None," I said. She says if I come back with the receipt they'll "replace" it. Replace what? How about a fresh meal WITH A FULL REFUND? I told her I didn't get a receipt and they never give me one anymore (besides, with the store being closed, I would have had to go through the drive thru again, probably with a long line. Whatever happened to those "Tell the Bell" receipts?) I said it wasn't really worth my time but I just wanted them to know. Silence. Did I just get hung up on? No, I could hear noise in the background, like she set the phone down without an explanation. I wait a couple of minutes. "HELLO? IS ANYONE THERE?" No answer. I go back to my crappy meal, which is now seriously cold. I notice that there are NO NAPKINS. Now I'm really mad. I call again and guess what? The line is busy. After several more calls and nothing but a busy signal, I can only assume she left the phone off the hook. I'd call tomorrow and ask for the manager, but that probably WAS the manager. So all I can do is try to contact customer service. I usually let these things go, but I'm really fed up. To recap: Shorted my change, bad Pepsi, bad fries with no sauce, no napkins, no receipt, no offer to compensate me for the inconvenience, and the lousiest "service" possible. Never again. read more

Worst TB ever. Tried to drive through for late night munchies tonight, and was told at the speaker that they were out of...EVERYTHING. Seriously, it was almost comical that EVERY SINGLE THING we asked for, we were told they were out of the ingredients. No beef, chicken, potatoes, nacho cheese, French fries, CUPS... The list goes on. Perhaps it was just a single worker who is collecting a check and not giving a shit. Maybe it was a terrible GM who didn't order the basic ingredients to their entire menu. I couldn't find a yelp page for this particular location. But they're def the best taco bell in town, so they deserve a good review. I pass by it on my way home from work, so it's a place I've stopped by several times. I mean, yeah, it's just some janky fast food. And yeah, they get backed up at drive-through. But also they're working a minimum wage job (that I'm guessing comes with zero respect or health care benefits) in the middle of this whole panorama, so I think that kinda evens some of the wait times out. This Taco Bell does not really know how to make good food. I don't eat meat or cheese and my instructions to them are always pretty simple. Drive thrus are only open so when I got home I found the unpleasant surprise that my order was wrong (hence it was covered in dairy). Luckily I do not have an allergy so I think the staff has to be more careful in following directions. Probably won't be coming back to this one in the near future. read more
