Incredibly slow wait times. Took almost 45 mins to get my order. Seems like this establishment is severely understaffed and/or don't care. Do not ever go here. Needs a zero star rating. I ordered loaded beef nachos. The cashier apparently rung up something else. The register couldn't print receipts so i couldn't see what I paid for. Apparently they rung up cheese nachos. To fix it, they then tried to charge me again for cheese nachos which would be more than what my original ordered should have cost. They gave up and just said they'd make what I originally asked for. 20 minutes later, I still didn't have an order despite many "sorry" and "it will be right up." The staff was, at best, indifferent. After a long wait at the counter, I tried to order a meal that was advertised on the wall. Two staff members consulted at length, ignored me, and finally informed me it was no longer available with no apology or alternative offered. I was the ONLY person waiting. Yet my meal took 20 minutes. I saw no activity and asked about it. I was informed tersely that Taco Bell food is prepared "in the back". We waited over 15 minutes with 2 cars in front of us. Although they took our order they never gve us or the people in front of us any food. The service is typically poor at this location but this was pretty much no service just a waste of our time. No matter how good the food is advertised to be it ain't worth the frustration. I'd love to give this place a ZERO but it doesn't allow it on this app. I have been there a few times and each time gets worse and worse. The last time I was there, I ordered 1 chicken soft taco. They told me to 'pull up' and they will bring it out. I pulled up to 3 cars in front of me, also waiting. I waited 17 minutes for ONE Soft taco. I tried I really did. I gave this location (both Taco Bell and KFC) multiple chances. Just for background I'm the type of customer who is always nice even when you mess my stuff up or are rude because everyone has bad days but I just can't with this place anymore especially after my most recent visit. So every time I've been there, they've messed up my order, forgotten some thing in my order, or just plainly don't know how to make the things that I order correctly. Now my husband and I have a pretty simple order chicken quesadilla combo and burrito supreme combo no red sauce. That's it that's the whole order. This location does not know what goes into a burrito supreme because every time they either forget the sour cream, or the beans or sometimes both, obviously making it no longer a supreme which is what I pay extra for and every time my husband's quesadilla isn't cut. Because this happens every time I now am trained to check my food before leaving (unacceptable). So last night I check not only did they forget the sour cream but they also forgot my Cinnabons I ordered, so I go up and politely let them know and they said they were sorry and would remake it and get my Cinnabons, so after that I get my burrito and my bons and everything appears fine so I head home. Well, despite my valiant efforts, I should have apparently also stuck my finger into my burrito prior to leaving to make sure it was hot because when I got home not but five minutes later, because I live right up the road the inside of my burrito was freezing cold. So that tells me they didn't remake it they just opened it up and slapped some sour cream on it after letting it sit open for who knows how long. So I drove all the way back for a refund and to return the food and told the woman that I have had issues multiple times and I keep trying to give them a chance and she just rolled her eyes and told me the money should be back on my card. So that's the last straw for me I can't keep going back when I know for sure I will always have a negative experience. Not to mention this whole ordeal took about 30 minutes before I even left with my food the first time and the entire time I was there there was a woman who was waiting for her food from the drive through who was there before I even got there. So poor customer service and ridiculous wait times are the cherry on top but my biggest concern is you have people working at a Taco Bell that don't know what goes in a burrito supreme or that a taco supreme gets sour cream As far as the KFC twice I've gotten chicken that looks absolutely rotted and obviously same issues with the staff as at Taco Bell read more

This review only had to do with the Doritos Cool Ranch Locos Tacos. We decided to grab them randomly on the way back from Maryland this weekend. I was not a fan of the original doritos locos taco, but the GF loved it. Naturally she and I both wanted to try the new Cool Ranch version. This thing was freaking awesome and I don't even like hard shelled tacos. I love cool ranch doritos, so this was a natural fit for me. It just goes perfectly well with the spiciness of the taco. The workers at this place might be the most stupidest people I've ever met. The women in the window asked me if I needed sauce 5 times, and then proceeded to read out my order to me. So, she read it back to me correctly and handed me the bag of food and the order was still wrong. I really don't know how you can do that. This is the slowest Fast Food eatery I've ever been to in my 30-some years of going to places. The floor was dirty, the restrooms were out of soap, and they told me they were out of Pepper! Took me over 25 minutes to get my food, which was supposed to be dine in, but they missed that. I have to admit, it WAS dinner time, but that doesn't explain why there was only one person working the counter and two in the back.
