Sis bought a Groupon to try T3 Beauty Care. It is a new place that opened up between Big 5 and a mattress store, kitty corner to the Safeway and Panda Express strip mall and across the street from Bank of America. They just opened up 5 months ago. The storefront is nondescript but inside has been transformed into a cozy space offering mani/pedis and head spa treatments. Free beverages were offered upon check-in. Got the 40-minute experience called Viet Nam scalp spa. I think the 2 nice ladies who did our treatments were Julie and Janice. They were awesome. They started by waving a soothing scent around our faces that cued our brains to unplug and relax. Gauzy covers for the eyes and ears came next. I wasn't bothered but my sister is a tiny bit claustrophobic. She didn't panic, adjusted quickly and it turned out great. Washing our hair came next. They also cleansed our faces, décolletages, and upper backs. A luxurious massage of the aforementioned areas accompanied the cleanse. By the end of the treatment I was boneless. Then they dried our hair, no styling, just detangling. While the deep cleansing and massage was pure indulgence, it may have stripped my hair of natural oils. My hair felt a little crunchy, though it was fine the next day. Still definitely want to repeat. So worth it. I'm already thinking Christmas or birthday gift. read more

This brand new T3 beauty care salon has such a beautifully design spa theme. The stylish decor gives you a Napa day spa feel. I was warmly greeted by Kathy as she welcomed me into the salon. She had me sign in and choose a service. I was given cozy slipper at the door and guided to the changing room. The towel wrap and linens are luxurious. The beds are extremely comfortable and the head spa service had so many fabulous steps to the process. Oils , many massages , facial, shampoo, mask , rinses , shampoo again and conditioner. A complete hair dry and leave in conditioner. Delicious hot ginseng tea with honey and fresh ginger. Foot soak tub too to! I was very happy to say the least. I will be back for more. read more

Now keep in mind this is a nail salon that has added a head spa experience! If you're looking for the Instagram reel, this potentially is not that! However, it was incredibly relaxing! The products that were used smelled divine! I did the T three signature a 90 minute that had the head spa facial and massage -I would use the term massage lightly- but I believe for the price, the duration and location. This was great. all the staff was super friendly. I love that they gave you a foot soak and slippers, as well as the body wrap and a robe after when they dried your hair. read more

I wasn't going to leave a bad review as they attempted to fix the issue. We came at 9am Saturday morning to get my daughter a mani/pedi for an event she has on Sunday. By Saturday evening, not even 12 hours later one of her toes the gel came off clean just like a sticker. We went back Sunday morning to get it fixed, which they did but as soon as we got home two more came right off. We have an event in a few hours and do not have time to go back at this point. This place has an amazing ambiance and modern decor, every detail was carefully arranged! The staff are friendly and welcoming the second you walk in the door. They welcome you with a free drink, I chose to get the ginger tea but they have soda, coffee, champagne or mimosa. I did the Beauty care signature which included the scalp analysis and exfoliation, facial acupressure, and neck and shoulder massage, it was a treat! I really wanted to love this place, unfortunately it was pretty bad and won't be returning. I usually get facial every month, so i thought to try a new place and also try out their hair spa, so i got the signature package that does both, but it was def not worth the money, even with 20% off. The staff that serviced me was nice but it was apparent their facial and massage skills are not professional, it was like a random person rubbing randomly on your face and hair. My normal and more affordable hair and facial salon i go to (cost cheaper than what T3 charge) have way better skills for facial and how to massage head. As for the facial, the product they used i can feel is cheap. it stinks my skin and my eyes. I can tell because i try many skin care products, and i can feel whats good for your skin vs not. Honestly as soon as my service started, i just kept thinking i can't wait for it to end. it was that bad. For the price this place, it's def not worth it. You can find cheaper service with more professionally skilled staff in other places. The shop looks cute, but after trying it, i think they prob hire anyone (even without professional experience) and just have them work there. At least how it felt for me. It was also odd that when i arrived, one lady was finishing up and leaving and the staff asked her how her experience was, and the lady said 'I hated it'. At first i thought she was joking but she didn't laugh or say anything else after that. And i honestly felt the same way after i tried it. So now im thinking she was actually serious. Anyway either train the staff more to be more skilled or honestly i dont see this place lasting and i was very excited to have a shop like this in Dublin. so i hope the service will improve read more

I was excited to try this new salon, but they still seem to have some operational issues to work out. I scheduled a same-day pedicure online for 5:15pm, but the salon later rescheduled it to 6pm. When I arrived, the front desk told me they forgot to call and let me know they were unavailable, then asked me to come back at 7pm. Considering I drove 30min, I found that unprofessional and a waste of time. read more

Super cute place with great customer service. They are very thorough with each service they provide. We got the scalp treatment and pedicures and both were great. It is a very small place, only about 3 stations per service, with shared staff across stations. Since we were the only ones in, we had no issues with time management but the thorough service did have them running a bit later than anticipated. Since they are freshly open, I'm sure that's just a lesson that hasn't been learned yet and will improve with time. Will definitely be back!
