OK FIRST THINGS FIRST!!! They had every right to reject my request. It was late at night, store was clean, bright, and empty. They were 30 mins to close. My pedicure was long overdue and I had a meeting the next day, so I could either muster up the courage to call and ask if they could see me (totally fair and valid) or I could do it myself and totally mess up my toe nails. I asked for a gel removal and pedicure, only if they could accommodate. Thuba answered the phone and said YES! COME! We're open 30 more mins. When I tell you I SPED OVERRR and was FLOORED at how beautiful this place was. I couldn't believe that they were going to see me. I don't know what I was expecting, but I definitely wasn't expecting to be met with such great hospitality and excellence!! Amy did my pedicure and OH MY GODDD did she go above and BEYONDDD. I felt like a total rockstar. We chatted and laughed and it was a GRAND TIME!!! I wish I could give the level of cleanliness, professionalism, expertise, friendliness, and service 15 stars out of 5, but alas, yelp only allows 5. I got a manicure here yesterday and honestly it was terrible. I asked for a very basic manicure with regular polish -- nothing fancy at all. Even before I left the salon, my nails already started getting messed up. When I got home, I literally only washed my hands and dried them, and the polish immediately started peeling off. The quality of the polish was extremely cheap. Within one hour, my nails looked like the photos. I didn't touch anything and was being very careful, but the polish still came off. And for this service, they charged me $45, which is ridiculous. On top of that, whatever products they used made my nails very weak. They started breaking, and I eventually had to cut them short. I definitely do not recommend this place. You're much better off going to a salon that does Russian-style nails. Even if it's more expensive, at least you'll be satisfied! read more

I called for my aunt to get a blow out and they said they had availability right now. We were able to drive her there and she was seen right away. They also had a lot of pedicure chairs so my mom and I got the lavender treatment while we waited. It was $75. The location was spacious, clean, friendly, and welcoming. The chairs had massage so that was pleasant and the tub was iridescent which was pretty. They had the tubs lined with plastic and all the utensils came out of a sanitized packaging. My mom and I felt really taken care of like we had a spa treatment. The location was near a massage and facial location so you could hit them all if you planned it right. read more

I have been coming to Manacco for 5+ years and they always go above and beyond! Duc is AMAZING at haircuts and blowouts and Hang is the BEST when it comes to color and Highlights! I come every week for a blowout and always leave with a smile on my face. Tina is my go to for nails.. but all the nail techs are good. My whole family comes here.. and they treat you like family! Great service, Thao Huynh gave me the best pedi I have EVER had in my decades of pedis across many states, cities & locations! The massage was out of this world & of course the paint was perfect. I've come twice now to this location w my husband and we both LOVE the Deluxe Pedis! The atmosphere is clean, stylish, newer massage chairs and everyone is friendly. I also recommend the gel manis! Go to Tina! She is fast but very efficient. So sweet and always delivers. I am pretty picky about my nails being even and especially my cuticles being cleaned up nicely with the acrylic going back close enough so it doesn't look grown out in 2 days. My nails can absolutely last 4-5 weeks if I need them to. I love Tina! Call and ask for her! Also, the space is super clean and up to date which is a positive. Two weeks ago, my friend and I called ahead for an appointment and came in for gel manis and regular pedis. Upon arrival, we were asked to wait for a short time and then seated at the pedicure massage chairs. Our pedicures were done at the same time and my manicure was started as my toes were finishing up. My friends manicure did not begin until the very end and was the last thing left to do. While the staff did our nails, if we asked a question or pointed out an issue or request, they did not hide their irritation. I don't know what was being said as they spoke to one another but the tone and timing made it clear that they were discussing us. This made us uncomfortable. For my manicure - My cuticles were done aggressively and rushed, she cut my finger and just moved on. My cuticles have looked horrible for the past two weeks. Despite the less than perfect paint job, at least the gel did not chip or peel. My friends manicure - Cuticles barely done. They did not inquire re: what shape she wanted and then huffed and puffed when she asked for shaping, her gel did not last. Pedicures - As I sat waiting for my friends manicure to be started and finished, I noticed that my heels were rough and scratchy - horrible instead of smooth (they were actually smooth when I came in). Whatever "scrubbing" they did made my heels rough and when I inquired they told me it's because my heels were dry and shrugged it off. I actually had to press further and ask for lotion or oil to address what they called dryness. But really, I had to fix what they did to my feet in the shower at home.. after I addressed them myself, my heels returned to their usual smoothness. Cheapppp nail polish on my pedicure was forever malleable. Mind you I sat drying while they did my manicure and the entire time they did my friends manicure (which started after mine). I also wore sandals so my feet were not in shoes until 24 hours later. Before I went to bed I noticed the nail polish was already damaged. Because it was malleable, I pressed it into position and tried to smooth it out the best I could. I knew I'd be unavailable for the next two weeks so I really should've just re done my own polish at this time but I didn't. One day later, the polish was ruined further and now on other toes as well. Basically, the entire pedicure was a complete waste of money. The salon looks nice and looks clean but I will never ever get my nails done here again. The quality of the pedicure, the cuticle fails on my nails and the blatant discontent and talking about us was all too bad to give them a second chance for me. read more

Just moved down the street from the city and really didn't want to take too much time finding a new hair place so I stumbled upon this place after having lunch in the same plaza. I was hesitant to get my hair done at a multi service place like this, but they did a very good job with my haircut, highlights and pedicure. My roots already grew out like 5 inches, and Hang did a great job blending. I knew I was gonna be there for awhile so they even let me go grab a smoothie and snack before my services started. I came here yesterday with my family and soon to be MIL because I am getting married on Saturday. I made the reservation about a month ago and let them know it was for my wedding when I did so. I had the absolute worst experience I have ever had in any nail salon and it was super disappointing because I came here because of how much I have loved it every other time. I have been coming for years because Tina's pedicure massage is the best I've found. Yesterday kind of blew my mind, and I could not have anticipated it would go so badly. I brought a bottle of champagne because I had asked the previous time if I came in for my wedding nails with family if that was okay and they said yes. My Mom and MIL both commented, "There's the bride!" when I walked in the door. Usually when it's a special occasion, the treatment is even better than usual. This was so far from the case. We all (4) got a regular pedicure and gel manicure. My sister asked for a kid pedicure for my niece (5 years old). She asked them not to use any tools on her, just a soak and paint on her toes. She brought nail polish and asked them just to apply the paint on her fingers, no manicure. They charged her $58 for those services and used tools on her when my sister asked them not to! Then, I had the most weak pedicure I've ever had...and I'm no Bridezilla but geez this is a special occasion so you do a worse job than usual?! Then, I picked about 10 different colors and EVERY time they told me they didn't have that color. Then why is it on the reel of choices?! I had a vision for what I wanted and I never could have imagined that 10 of my color choices would not be available to me. A few other color choices looked absolutely nothing in real life like they did on the example which makes no sense. And after all that....they still charged me full price when I literally wanted to cry during my appointment. About half way through my pedicure, she asked me when the wedding was and I said, "Saturday...that's why we're here!" and she looked stunned as if she didn't know...it was pretty obvious. This review is for their gel mani and pedi service. The 3 star rating is because you don't know whether you are going to get a good service or a really average service. Been here few time and it's always been a hit or a miss. The first couple times were really good. The gel lasted longer. But the last two times I visited, I got a really bad service. The person who was doing my manicure started applying a wrong color. I picked #104 I believe. She brought #4. When I pointed that out and told the number, she kept justifying LOUDLY that it was in fact 104 that she was applying. I had asked her if I can show it to her on the color menu. Then she said oh yeah, it's a different number. No apology, nothing. (Dont remember if that's the exact number but it was along those lines) She moved on to finish the mani pretty quickly and was also loud about requesting tip. And in just 1.5 weeks, my nails started chipping. For this price point, I'd expect the gel polish to last at least 2 weeks. There are cheaper salons around where your nails can easily last 2 weeks. I'd give 2 starts but giving 3 only for the couple ladies who have been doing a great job there. read more

I've gone to so many salons that will literally refuse to do designs, even when they seem fairly simple (I don't do nails, so maybe it is hard). I've had different nail techs here, all so kind, polite and accommodating. This definitely isn't the place to do a walk in, they most likely won't take you because they're busy. I usually call in the morning when they open and see what they have available for the day if it's last min. Even then, I've waited up to 45 minutes after my appointment time for them to get started. That seems to be the norm these days so I won't knock them for that. They keep the entire salon appropriately distanced, I feel very comfortable in there. read more

Came for a pedicure and fill on my white tip Almond shape nails, the pedicure was fine but the fill was bad. The white tip is uneven and thick. I told the lady doing my pedicure that I wasn't happy with my nails and she said "oh you don't like white tip?" I said I do but I don't like that it's uneven, can you fix it? (At this point the lady who did my nails had walked away) She came over and looked at them, she fixed a rough spot she also left and walked away. I know the lady doing my pedicure told her I wasn't happy and didn't like that the tips were uneven but she ignored it. I wish I got the name of the woman doing my nails, but she was pretty busy and had to jump into another person after doing my nails. She has really great attention to detail and did my nails exactly how I've always wanted them done! I work in a lab so I can't have too long nails, and I've always hated short nails, but she did them perfectly & didn't make my hands look too stubby by elongating my nails. 1 STAR is TOO MANY! Most of the technicians don't like when you're specific about how you want your nails done. They expect you to sit there and accept whatever crappy service they give you. Sorry, but I'm not one of those people. I was there a few days ago. Trinh did my fill and did a sh*tty job. She got a nasty attitude with me when I asked her to turn down the drill. It was up too high and was too rough and abrasive on my nails when it didn't have to be. She then commenced to doing my nails fast, careless, and sloppy; on purpose. She did an awful job. She even started to file my cuticles with the drill. I immediately stopped her. That, in no way, is proper nail care. She, like a lot of those nail technicians are lazy. They only want to do what's fast and easy for them. They care nothing about proper nail care for their clients, and I'm sick of dealing with those types. Moreover, they use very cheap products. From the acrylic powders to the nail polishes; all cheap. My nails started lifting that same afternoon and I had to go back that evening. Amy (an older lady), who doesn't seem to see well, was supposed to re-do/repair my nails. She did and awful job too! They just don't give a damn in these type salons; I'm sorry. They just don't. All they care about is a fast dollar and using under skilled nail techs and cheap products to get it. And then, have the audacity to be expensive. I have a mixed review. When I get my nails done by Viki, they last great, the shape is great and I'm very satisfied. The last time I went, I was scheduled with Viki but got another tech. The whole situation was strange. It seemed like some of the other techs had a concern with the tech who was doing my nails. Also, the tech's hands were shaking the entire time and she was jerky with her movements. The shape of my nails are inconsistent nail to nail.
