I've ordered ribs from several local barbecue joints and some were either dry or was too much smoky flavor for me. I'm kicking myself in the rear end for not ordering more. Daddy J's ribs were juicy with just enough of season and smoky flavor. BAKED BEANS (5/5): Beans were tangy and sweet; very flavorful SAUSAGE (5/5): Sausage was hot and fresh but flavor was nothing really to rave about. It tasted like normal kielbasa sausage. BRISKET (4/5): While I'm not a huge brisket fan, I have to admit, it tasted pretty good. I personally feel like brisket should be injected with the same seasoning that's used on the outside. But, I understand most BBQ joints use the traditional way and I'm sure many may enjoy it just as it is. My husband ate more of it than I did and enjoyed it just as much as he did the ribs.
