I went to this store for a new internet provider, ended up getting phone service and a new phone too. What struck me as odd was, not getting any of my monthly charges in writing. When I enquired the customer service rep told me she couldn't provide one but told me what my monthly bill would be. After paying for activation and an additional accessory for my new phone. No receipt was provided. I assumed The receipt was in the bag and realized when I got to my car there was no receipt so I had to return to the store to request one. Now that I received my first bill from T Mobile it is much higher than what I was told initially. I don't appreciate what this sales woman did and will never return to this store. I just wanted to warn new customers about this practice at the store. read more

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Their service was TERRIBLE!!!!! They had a long line out the door and one of the workers wanted to sit and lollygag with one of the other customers. Talking about BULLSHIT!! Had NOTHING to do with the service he was getting. I waited for almost a hour before I had to walk out because my break was almost over. This is not a good T-mobile store. I entered the store and had to wait 30mins for one of the people working to acknowledge me; they were just talking amongst themselves. Once they did start to talk to me the service wasn't great and I couldn't do what I came in the store to do. I recommend that if you need to visit a T-mobile store, don't come to this location. read more

I walked into their store and they start speaking to me in Spanish, I am not a Spanish speaker. I asked them for a plan that I could use to travel internationally with unlimited data and texts and they told me that I had to keep the plan for 3 months. Not true, I called t Mobile customer care and they were able to set me up. In addition, the store clerks were not very respectful, I will never set a foot into that store again. read more

ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED! Never mind that the service has been terrible since the T-Mobile takeover, it's when the customer service horrible, that you leave. I had received a new sim that was apparently not good upon installing. I was told it would be quicker for me to go to the store, so I did. When I got to the store at 284 Indian Trace Road in Weston FL, two employees said that it would be $10. for a new card. I told them I wasn't going to pay the $10 because it was T-Mobile who sent me the bad sim card. Then some guy named Alejandro who claimed to be the manager came over to me and said, "Ma'am don't speak to my employees like that." I wasn't rude. I wasn't condescending or unkind, I was just stating a fact. This manager actually told me I could leave if I didn't like it. WHAT A SCAM. He must be commissioning himself. Even my 14-year-old son stated that his attitude was totally uncalled for. So I left and here I am. read more

Don't waste your time going to this location. The store is not able to solve the simplest problems, except sell you stuff. All they do is refer you to the T-Mobile toll-free number and they don't even make the call themselves...useless and impolite. read more

Horrible customer service. The so called manager Roger is a joke. He told me they don't do jump on demand, that their was no store owner, that he didn't have a supervisor. So many problems with this branch i don't even want to type them. I ended up calling corporate t mobile to report them and the owner reached out to help me. Do elsewhere. read more

My husband and I both had a terrible experience at this T-Mobile location (in shopping center off of Saddle Club and Indian Trace). My husband went into upgrade our phones and was told we were getting a better deal and would be paying less on our monthly bill. The first issue started when the phone I wanted was not in stock and I received it 2 days later via UPS and turned out the store ordered the wrong phone. I went in the day after I received it to return it and I was told that there was nothing they could do, it had to be returned via mail (USPS) and I would have to wait approximately 20 DAYS for it to be resolved. They said it was a human error and nothing could be done. Then bigger problem was that it turns out we are paying more that what we were previously. They sold my husband the JUMP that he did not want and also sold him a bundle deal but it so happens that it is not a deal! We are just financing the accessories that we were under the impression were part of an ongoing deal. These terms were never expressed and the way we were sold the items was deceitful. I understand there can be an error but I have been a customer of T-Mobile for years and due to the poor customer service I have received on both visits, I am seriously thinking of returning everything and taking my business somewhere else. Terrible customer service and not to mention my experience. Never going back there! read more
