So...my husband's phone conked out Saturday morning and because he needs it for work, we had to go on a Saturday night to get it replaced. We remembered there was an ATT store on Weston Road (same plaza as Lucille's and the nitro ice cream place). This is an ATT authorized dealer, not a corporate store so the up sale pressure was definitely not the same. We walked in at 7:15pm. One would think that they close at 8pm and they'd try to rush us out...nope. We didn't leave until 8:45pm. Picking out the phone was easy. Getting the credit for the phone we were turning in was not, only because my husband's phone had damage to the digitizer so it was going bonkers. The 2 members of the staff worked on getting the phone to reset so they could take the trade in. Because of their efforts, we were able to get the $20 for trade in and the $180 that Samsung & att were offering. Not once did we feel pressured to spend more money (like we do when we go to an ATT store) and we also weren't rushed out the door. They just worked with us, on a Saturday night, until we were done. After we left, my husband realized he forgot the memory card that was in his old phone. He went back when they opened and was able to retrieve it. All in all, this was a great experience and I would definitely go back next time I need a phone. read more

I came in to upgrade my phone and the person that took care of the transaction was pretty quick but not pleasant at all. He did the whole thing while standing next to a counter even though there is a work desk with chair for clients. The store was empty so I don't see why standing was the best option but nonetheless it was pretty quick (15 min max) They didn't have the phone i wanted to they shipped it to my house and I needed to return the old phone once I got it. I came back in for the return and two employees were sitting (one behind the desk and the other one in what would be a Client chair) The guy behind the desk got up and grabbed my phone and once again I was left standing there. The other guy didn't even look up from his phone. They told me I had to bring the phone to UPS which wasn't mentioned the first time around. He also told me they were out of boxes and I had to see if UPS would give me one. All in all the process was pretty quick but the customer service was subpar. read more

Went in to upgrade my phone before a trip to have the best camera quality possible - I explained this to the girls working when I walked in. Immediately they tried to sell me on the newest phone which I opted into. I regret this decision so much. The front camera takes AWFUL photos and intensifies & darkens the photo essentially aging you by at least 5 years. I upgraded my phone for the sole purpose of improving my camera quality however I've done the exact opposite. My iPhone11 took better images than the iPhone 15. I wish the girls had been honest with me about customer feedback as this is the #1 complaint of the iPhone 15 if you do a simple google search. I even had my 14 year old step daughter take a selfie & she agreed the photo did not depict what she looked like & the photo looked grainy & dark. When I brought the phone back to return/exchange the girl working pretty much laughed in my face about the reason of my dissatisfaction & said her ex never had that problem. She also was unable to restore my old iPhone 11 because somehow in the week I had the phone I miraculously went over the amount of storage (interesting....). Very poor customer service. read more

Went in shortly after opening. Arlet was the only person working and she was helping a customer, she said she'd be right with me. Few minutes later she helped me fix a problem ATT caused. I didn't have any cell service so she helped me call ATT with the landline and guided me through the process. Thank you Arlet!!! You're the best!!! read more

Very professional staff. My on line order was ready to go. The sales consultant- Vielka - was fantastic. I had some issues switching over from another carrier. She walked me quickly and expertly through the process and my new phone was ready to go. She also installed other items quickly, all while training another employee. Frank and Kevin were less than helpful, argued about a return (unopened with original receipt). There is no return policy posted on the receipt and had to be pull from being behind the cash register - not visible to customers - period. I spent over $100 on accessories here but never again. You're better off ordering from Amazon: quicker, easy returns/exchanges. read more

AT&T!! I'd like to say it's been a love hate relationship but unless it was a drunken one night stand and I slithered away doing the walk of shame, I really don't remember the love. But............. That's for the company as a whole and the fun times I've had getting transferred from one person to another that couldn't figure out how to help me. That'll be another review.... This is more about the experience than the store itself which is fine. This store is in the sleepy suburbia, Weston, FL. It's located in a strip mall, shocking eh! :-D Most these stores are all alike. They give the primo shelf space to the items the company is trying to push and sell those accessories you can get almost anywhere else for 1/3 the price! Ok ok so why 4 stars you ask? The answer! It's the fine employees of this establishment. I went in full of questions looking for the new iPhone 6 plus and since they sell the competitors gear as well I got an education, then a negotiated a good deal! The employees were great! Informed and genuinely trying to help! I was pleasantly surprised! Remember when you were a kid and you waited all year to get that toy you've been looking at on TV, the web or in the store window? The one Santa was going to bring as long as you've been nice and not naughty. The excitement you felt when you ran under the tree and then destroyed the wrapping with your hands moving at warp speed. Remember the thrill, pure joy and appreciation you felt when you got that toy? I do! And......... For a few moments that little kid in me was jumping up and down and couldn't wait to find the time to start playing with that toy! To the point that we will drive out of our way to whatever store she is working at. Royce continues to help me and my family whenever we have any issues! I'm not one to leave many Yelp reviews, but this was probably the worst customer service I've ever seen. While trying to get my device set up with another employee, Alina (I believe was her name?) kept coming over and bluntly interrupting, asking the guy what he wanted for lunch, what he thought of the movie playing in the store, what she should say to the customer on the phone who she was clearly extremely annoyed with, etc... At least ten times. Which slowed down his already very slow and apathetic service. I also had to awkwardly bear witness to some interactions of them being very rude and dismissive to other customers. read more
