I came into this store mid-day when it was quite busy, after waiting for a while I was greeted by Alex (with an S?). He was very pleasant and honest with me about reception quality. Overall, it was a great customer service experience and I walked out of the store with an activated and working phone. Thank you to Alex for getting me all set up with my new device! My mom ended up switching her unlocked phone to T-mobile in Naples, the experience there left a lot to be desired and she ended up with additional fees on her bill for services that she did not sign up for. So, I'm appreciative of the positive experience I had at this store here in Sunrise, FL. This store moved a few months ago and it's now down by Burlington Coat Factory.

They had a huge candy and snack area with just about any candy you can imagine. I love the book section where you can find some great books at a great price. This is one of those places that you can definitely spend a lot of time browsing around. For a store this big I was actually surprised at how well maintained it was, things weren't thrown all over the place like I've seen at other stores. We told Kathy about it and she said that they had one and would get it for us. We had them hold the printer at the register while we looked around. Kathy came to find us to ask if we had an old printer. She told us that they had a promo where you could get an additional $30 off if you traded in your old printer. We ended up paying about $70 (plus tax) for the printer. The original price was $200, on sale for $100. What great customer service from Kathy! She's a valuable asset to the company.
