This place is so DOPE. It's a small cozy window front business with an entire wall of nostalgia. I almost don't want too many people to know about my favorite secret place. These guys are better than gamestop and you can relive our 90s childhood because their 8 and 16 bit consoles and cartridges are so fairly priced. They had xbox 1s for sale when a lot of places were sold out during the pandemic. The owner and his sons are helpful and knowledgeable about games I'm coming back for that Sega Genesis. read more

This place offers repair services. I gave two playstation controllers to be repaired and 2 weeks later, when they were supposed to be ready, the guy didn't even know where they were. I kept coming back and every time he had another excuse. besides that, everything is over priced. old games are priced like collectibles and newer games are no cheaper than in stores. actually a bad business. read more

Let's start off by saying the place is great for buyers of collectors in old and classic video games consoles and actual games. But if you really want the newest games, I'd rather go to a GameStop, BestBuy or even order in Amazon. The place is not organized at all and small and it is quite dirty. Great local game store that has games for CLASSIC systems, and the systems to play the older games as well. They also give more money for trade ins than the competitors, often times 50% more which you can put towards new releases or preorders for future titles Never had any customer service issues, very friendly staff! read more

I've been shopping with Multivest Video Games since I was a kid and I still shop there religiously. The environment is comforting and the Staff are truly helpful. The thing I Love most about Multivest is their trading policy! They beat all the competitors when it comes to trading games, it's like you get the most for what ever you bring in. I really wouldn't recommend this place to anyone who is in need of a repair. My Switch had water damage, causing my joy-con rails to become faulty. It also couldn't connect to the TV via dock. Due to this, an actually good repair store referred us here. Worker estimated it would cost $130-140, and it SHOULD take 2-3 business days. Almost a WEEK later(longer than expected,) we received a call for pickup. After getting it back, we tested, and he didn't fix anything! Just put an annoying sticker on the back! The Joy-Cons were still faulty, and it still couldn't show any video, or output any audio to the TV! We were ripped off. We went back, and said it was still faulty. We reluctantly accepted to get it fixed again, and then he said he should call us on Monday. Near the weekend, we finally got a call. He fixed the Joy-Cons, and docking issue, but now the MicroSD card slot, which has most of my photos and games, isn't functional. I hate this place now. read more

This place has horrible customer service, my PlayStation 4 hdmi port was having problems due to my little cousin not being careful when he enters the hdmi cable in the PlayStation 4, so I took my Play station to MultiVess, hoping they could help, When I get there and explain to him the situation, without even looking at the play station or anything he automatically quotes me a price of 160, and he says it's probably going to have a another problem and it will be more and he tells me to leave the PlayStation and he will call me when it's fixed, it was frustrating that he didn't even want to diagnose the problem but he was quick to take the money for what he thought was wrong. So I go somewhere else and they fix the hdmi port for 50$ compared to what MultiVess 160 $ and potentially more. I will never go there again, there rip offs looking to take advantage and make a quick dollar on you. I just wanted to share my experience on my first and last time ever going there! read more

I have been going to multi vest since I was in middle school back in 2002 and it still is the best video game store... amazing prices, outstanding customer service, and most importantly when you trade a game in they don't try you like GameStop and give u 0.75cent..
